Heaven on Earth! I've been coming to this little Gem for over a year now! I've had A lot of massages and the massages from this place release any aches or pains that I have! I have had most massage therapist and they are all good! Especially, Steve is and Mike are one of my favorites! read more

If I could leave negative 0 stars I would. My massage was HORRIBLE and made me feel EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE! I was supposed to have a 90 minute combo reflexology massage and what I got was 30 minutes of neck tugging (not massaging), 40 minutes of awkward foot and ankle rubbing (not massaging), and 20 minutes of a horrible back rub that almost caused me to scream in pain. Very weird staff and they got way too personal...almost had to file a legal complaint. read more

I am a teacher and love to get massages. I used to belong to massage envy and I was tired of paying for an hour massage and getting 40 minutes once they let you change for 10 min before and after. First class reflexology to the rescue! I've always received a full 60 min no matter what! They may not always speak fluent English, but seriously, who cares! I was coming once a week for a while because of the price point ($35/hr). They would do a full body massage and I would fall asleep every time they would massage my feet!! I don't fall asleep easily at all. The pressure was always nice and firm and I always left feeling wonderfully worked over and relaxed. It's a bit different since you lay down in a room with a curtain( no doors) and the beds are not traditional massage tables. Just give the massage a chance! read more

I don't know why I went to this place again tonight. When I called the receptionist promised me a male masseuse because the women aren't as strong as I needed for me since most of them are avout less than 100 lbs and most of the time they brush they're breast on my hands and straddle you with their panties on my head sometimes not to mention the awkward obligatory pulling your underwear down. Yep they gave me a woman after promising a man. It was uncomfortable the whole time since I was furious the whole time thinking that I drove here and paid $45 for a less than satisfactory massage. I complained to the receptionist after and she just didn't care. I left there with $60 less and unsatisfied. Never coming there again. Too bad that night the Foot Spa on 18th St and Camelback was booked that night. read more

I had a wonderful 90 minute reflexology session with a 30 minute foot detox. The gentleman who did my bodywork was very good and I actually fell asleep (which never happens). The woman who helped me make the appointment was so kind and patient even as I had to rearrange my availability twice. This is a lovely and respectful establishment that I would definitely return to and recommend to others. read more

Love this place!! The pricing is perfect and my service provider listened to my preference of pressure and was very attentive.

Absolutely an awesome massage however the gentleman at the front desk is less than friendly I believe he's the owner?

This place and specifically Cindi is the best massage experience I've had in years. I've aggravated a nerve and these massages have been little miracles of relief and I'm kindve addicted. Brought my friend for his birthday, next up the wife. Probably should have reversed that order but any excuse to come back! read more

Went yesterday for my first massage ever. It was my boyfriends and I's anniversary and I wanted to surprise him with a massage. Never again going to this place. The guy I had and the girl my boyfriend had were way too rough. When it came time to flip over to the other side I felt very violated as they just lifted up the towels when we were naked. Rather then relieving pressure we both came out with more. I thought they did a horrible job so I decided not to tip and the manager followed me to my car. I woke up this morning with bruises on my back and neck. read more

Overall Great Massage...but I called and made an appointment for this location. It is usually difficult speaking with a Chinese massage location due to language barrier, but they had a receptionist who was American, and that was great. The lobby was nicely appointed, and the massage room adequate. Although the therapist was beyond excellent (I get massages all Over the U.S.), they use the very paranoid approach of curtains for doors, rather than a private door that closes. This made for a lot of noise of people talking outside the room and the noises from the streets. Difficult to relax when you hear people locking their cars outside (front door was open) as each car beeped and foot traffic up and down hall way. Why they don't put people as far away as possible from the door is puzzling. In any case the massage was very good, and I would recommend them if you can handle A lack of privacy an noisy conditions. read more

I have to tell you how much I love this place. Nothing fancy and it is a bit awkward the first time, however the massage reflexology is one of the best I have been to. The extended hours are awesome. You can usually get something the same day if you don't require a specific time. Location is easy in and out. My only wish the bathroom was a bit cleaner and they had mirrors in the room to spruce up upon departure. read more

Had a great foot reflexology appt here Ellen did a great job will be back again for sure !

Fantastic massages at extremely reasonable prices . My husband and I have done the couples massage and I have also had numerous foot massages. Clean, calm, very nice people. read more

Holy Monocers This was AMAZING I just thought you know you go in they do your little feet or my little feet and legs, then wrap it up with a foot detox.. Heck no I swear I felt like I was on a remote island in Thailand.. I also felt like a Kindergartener just waking up from a nap.. The atomosphere was clean the overall experience was DOPE I will definitely be back definite read more

Scheduling with this place has become a nightmare! Went in for 1/2 hour appt then booked an hour and 1/2 for Saturday at 10am. Showed up and had no record of my appt. Really needed this appt due to headaches. Did nothing to resolve scheduling error! So disappointed in this place! read more

We came here for 30 min. Reflexology foot massage and 30 min detox. They were 10 min late before they started foot massage. So they only did that for 20 min then 30 min detox. The reflexology was terrible. She basically rubbed lotion on my feet and calves for 20 min. Won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

I heard great things about this place. I was really excited about my massage. I decided to get the 60min reflexology and the 30 min detox. They asked me to do the detox first. As I placed me feet in the basin, they asked me to lie back. I didn't like this because the bed was flat and it was uncontrollable positioning. Massage was decent. I didn't like that the masseuse was talkative. What ruined the whole experience was right after my friends and I walked out of our massage rooms, we were harassed and cornered by the staff. They were forcing us for a tip. I didn't appreciate that at all. A tip is optional. I believe people should tip if they think they received a good service. Not be forced into giving a tip. I hope the owner teaches his/her staff about decent customer service. read more

Omg! Amazing massage! I've been to many reflexology and high end spas and this is hands down the most enjoyable and relaxing! Forgot I was in a strip mall. Atmosphere was relaxing and calm! My lady was great and recommend to all! read more

Amazing and the price can't be beat. Be prepared though your short get pulled way down haha. Open late hours so accommodating. Have rooms for couples. I have been her at least 20 times. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could, the female masseuse left my back bruised and hurting the next day. Don't go here

Worst massage of my life. I wanted a good deep tissue massage on my upper body only. I don't think the masseuse ever had a massage herself or she would know that what she did was not even close to being relaxing. A tv one point she pulled so hard on my head that I thought she was going to hurt my spine. Then she kept pulling at my pants, wanting me to take them off. I tried to tell her that I just wanted upper body but she was relentless. So I gave in. The whole thing was uncomfortable and I left feeling like I got hit by a truck. Can't believe I paid for it but I just wanted out. Huge waste of money. read more

Such a good massage! I've gone multiple times and have had different ladies do my massages and every one of them have been amazing! I always leave feeling refreshed. read more

I'm not sure what just happened. Lol I have never had a reflexology massage so the whole experience was different than any massage I have ever had. Pros-inexpensive open on Sunday and extended hours beyond normal spa hours. The masseuse used the right amount of pressure and just enough oil/lotion. Cons- not a true spa experience. Awkward undressing ... Maybe this was just me read more

Incredible! Best massage for the best price. And the therapists are the sweetest people. We love this place. Great for a date night.

I started going to Elements in October 2013 because I got a coupon for a free massage and I am still going on a regular basis for a wonderful massage. I have had several different masseuses and now I am having Marcus. He is totally professional and gives a very relaxing massage. He gets deep into some of the trouble spots and knows how to work out the "Kinks". Elements is a very clean facility and has a totally relaxing environment. I will continue to recommend them to anyone I meet. They are the "Best"! read more

Holy heaven!! So I love me a good spa day and have frequented every 5 Star resort spa in town- My favorite being Joya Spa at Montelucia. BUT, this place right here gives THEE best full body massages around! They are clean, professional and friendly. And for the price I go on a regular basis. I love this place. read more

An upscale Asian foot massage place, this combines the hurt so good no nonsense pressure point of an Asian massage with a slightly nicer ambiance. There are private rooms if you want it and a few upgrades (music, scent, sheets). It's just a great service for a great price. Go and feel better. read more

I had a stellar detox foot bath and full body reflexology massage. AWESOME!! The staff is so polite and responsive and the facility is so clean and peaceful. The detox bath is the best way to start your session... it really gets you relaxed and comfortable. The reflexology is what it's all about... you can feel parts of your body responding immediately to the reflex points in your feet. I left feeling so relaxed, happy, and even lighter. I highly recommend First Class... oh yea and the prices are great!! read more

Awesome!! No direction on what to do or where to go... was not prepared to undress. But all worth it for the quality massage! Will be back every week, if not 2x a month! read more

We circulate all over the valley for foot spas. This is #1 out of 4 that we are repeat visitors too. We go once, sometimes twice a week to foot spas. We drive 74 miles round trip to come here. Its quite, clean, and the massage is our best. If your a repeat visitor and tip $3-$5 for a 90 min massage you can't expect a ton of effort, but you'll still get a good massage. If you can appreciate that this isn't an easy job and tip respectfully what you would want if you was doing this job then you will most defiantly get an amazing massage. Thank you Gord, Anna, & Mike for being what we look forward to the most once a week. read more

i have found that most of the rooms have more than one person having treatments on the other side of shear curtains. very load down hallway and in front office due to inconsiderate people checking in. i have always requested a certain room that i found is the most private and serene, this time i was told that they cannot reserve a room for anybody, i told the person on the phone that i have always requested that room so i have a peacful hour or so. the massages have always been great, but hearing the noise and seeing other people thru sheer curtains are a turn off. read more

Just dropped in today for a reflexology massage. The guy at the front was very polite and helpful even though I didn't have an appointment. The price is very affordable: $35 for a 60 minute reflexology massage. I've lived in several different states and been to many spas, but First Class Reflexology & Massage is the best I've experienced - I recommend John as a masseuse. read more

I've been to my fair share of reflexology joints and I have to say that this one was by far the worst I've ever experienced. Let me stress that I also rarely ever write bad reviews unless the service was poor. I'd like to start out saying that I'm 5'4 and a small petite frame but I prefer deep tissue massages. The lady (whom I did not get the name of bc I won't be going back) who worked on me had no strength (I mean it felt like she was just merely gracing my skin) during the entire massage and I even specifically requested for more deep tissue when I made my appt. It's normal for the ladies to leave the room at certain times to change out the water or wash their hands but these two ladies that worked on my friend and I took extra long with each break. To top off the baby massage I was receiving, when I was laying on my stomach and she got on my bum (in that straddle position) to massage my back, she was sitting/squishing on my thigh. She wasn't well balanced and more squashing my left leg while on top of my back. She wasn't a light lady either. For the price of $35. Definitely was not worth it. I know I cannot compare a place in Scottsdale (where the competition is low) to the millions of amazing places in So Cal but I will tell you that if you're willing to drive, definitely go to Comfort Foot in Mesa, on Dobson and Southern. Amazing, amazing strong and friendly masseuses there! I never had a bad experience there. Only reason I decided to try this place out in Scottsdale was because of convenience since I live in North Scottsdale. Long story short, I won't return to this place due to poor massage and service. I would rather drive 25+ mi to the people at Comfort Foot because they do an awesome job every time no matter who works on me. read more

I have been so pleased with my experience at 1st class Relexology and massage. It has become my go-to place for massages. I have gone to many massage chains in the valley & I have found this place to be reasonably priced & the therapists are very warm & considerate. Micheal (Mike) did an excellent job today! I liked that he used firm pressure because I really needed it! If you are open to a different style I like the one hour reflexology. You still get neck and back massage as well as feet! They also, use a warm towel to wipe off the oil so you don't feel sticky afterwards. 5 stars in its class! read more

Another great massage. The one hour reflexology is the way to go! John and Amy were great. I love that I can get a couple's massage and have a place open late enough to accommodate mine and the s.o's busy schedule. We will be back regularly! read more

This place is right between Whole Foods and Trader Joe's on N Tatum Blvd. I need regular massages to keep the knots out of my neck and shoulders and also have some problems in the L4 area. I have come here twice as a drop in appointment and could not have been more pleased with my reflexology massages. No waiting, clean and comfy rooms. My first visit in August was for 60 minutes and for the second visit, just yesterday, I upped it to 90 minutes. I will definitely return when I'm in the area. read more

Went here for the first time tonight. I'm a bit of a massage snob I suppose, as I'm (among many things) a therapist myself. But I'm newer to the area, don't yet have my "go to" therapist and it's Sunday and I hurt ... and lots of places are closed. So... Why not, right? I had a 60 min reflexology session with Amy. She clearly knew what she was doing right down to untying my long hair from on top of my head so she could give an awesome scalp massage. :) I had a few tender spots on my low back, and she readily adjusted pressure when I asked her to. I had requested the reflexology with hot stones and only received reflexology. Which in hindsight worked out perfectly. Just make it a point to be certain your therapist knows which service you requested before you start. For $35, it was excellent. The staff was professional and the place was very clean from what I saw. read more

The one star is for the atmosphere. The rest of this place is complete s**t. My boyfriend and I went here to get a massage for our anniversary, and left feeling worse than when we came. I got the FB Reflexology massage, and the guy went WAY too hard, everywhere. As he went over my back, the bone in his arm played up my spine like one of those wooden frogs. Not fun. Left with a huge knot in my lower back too. My boyfriend got the FB Massage, if you can call lightly rubbing the skin a 'massage', and could only enjoy the fact that he at least got a punch to the foot. Yikes. C'mon you guys. I've been to some pretty bad places, but this one tops the cake. read more
