I had a lovely massage and left feeling amazing. They let you bundle a body and foot massage, and you can choose how long you want on each. Prices were very good compared to the prices in the area! I knew I would get there at 8:30, so I called ahead to make sure I could get a half hour massage. They said yes, and we're waiting by the front door when I got there. They asked where I needed it, and I pointed to my shoulders, my calves in the bottom of my feet. And then the man pointed to their chart and said it sounds like you want a full body Swedish massage. And I agreed. The lady gave me a massage, and she knew basic English. Her massage was excellent! And she asked a few times if I was hurting or if anything was too much. This gal definitely was not a. "Duster". She did an excellent job of tissue massage. 5/5* I would recommend this place for anyone. And I paid them after everything was done. Last evening, a friend and I stopped in. She's a regular with foot messages. I'm new to this and I was AMAZINGLY surprised! OMG! Where has this service been hiding?!!! We both got the combination, $45. This includes a massage of the foot, head, shoulder and leg. It's an hour. When I tell you my body thanks me! Its in alignment and totally floating in painless perfection. I felt SO zen. It felt like everything in the universe had synchronized. My massuese was kneading all the toxins to the surface, kneading the knots and kinks out of my entire body. People, get with it! Or maybe, I'm late. It's ok, I'm up on it now. The atmosphere transported you to, what I imagine to be a Thailand zen spa. The music, the lie lighting, the peacefulness. Just amazing! When we pulled up, I thought they were closed. There's totally lie lighting throughout. The staff is very nice and just very much about your experience. I slept like a baby in utero, at least what I think that felt like. I walked in about 11:30 on a Tuesday. I was able to get right into the 30 min chair massage. I had a male masseuse. He nicely clipped my French braids out of the way of my neck. He worked around my necklace that I forgot to take off. He had great pressure, I have very tight/tiff muscles and he had firm pressure but also asked me many times throughout if the pressure was ok. He got my neck, whole back, arms, hands, and even a little bit of my thighs and calves. Also worked down to the upper butt area. It was a very nice massage. I used to enjoy the services here with David specifically. Today I was met with a very hard unfriendly older woman who informed me that David went back to China. She ended up servicing me. It was horrible! Her nails were too long and kept scratching me. She was uncaring and rough as she pulled and dropped my limbs. The massage wasn't strong nor deep. The "hot" towels were tepid. She used my calves to push herself up from a sitting position. The kicker... she got so upset after several failed attempts to get me to tip her. She angrily walked away from me after I refused. The pricing is affordable with daily specials offered. This center offers chair massages from 10mins to 30. They are known for foot massages. You can combine the toe for a 60-90 min total relaxation. Not very happy with my recent visit. 11/08/2022. Booked for 40 minutes body massage and 20 minutes foot massage. I had the older lady she spent a long time on my feet. Then all she did was press my back with fingers and shake me. Like, literally shake me the whole time. And she kept going back to my feet. I was looking forward to that hard, deep tissue massage that releases the tensions on my back but all she did was to keep going back to my legs and feet. I then told her to focus on my back, but she just kept rubbing and shaking my shoulders, and back. I used to have a better masseuse in this place and I should have gotten their names. This is a horrible, horrible experience. When I went to pay, the lady asked if I was OK, and I was about to tell her but the lady popped her head out from the massage room and started listening. read more

This place is... interesting. Just because I had a weird experience doesn't mean you shouldn't go, however I won't be back any time soon if at all. When I got there I tried to order the foot only a few times but was told I could only do the body and then the lady tried to push the more body one on me. Not sure what that's about, it's a foot reflexology place, no? My massage was cut short because she got up about 4 times to check something or check the front desk. It wasn't extended despite 5 mins at least being lost and we know how important a full massage is. I recommend going in the afternoon to try to get several massage people to choose from. read more

I feel like there is definitely a lot of competition in this industry and a lot of different price points. I really just want to relax when I go to a spa, some people go for just the massage itself. I would say this location has good people and they are friendly, I'm just not sure it's super relaxing. I'm honestly not a fan of these places in general. I would rather spend a little more and go to a spa or a franchise place. The language thing weirds me out a little and I'm very progressive normally. The wife and I did a little shopping at the builtmore she wanted to buy some origins skincare yeah we are that couple. No kids and we pamper ourselves more than we deserve. My back has been bothering me on and off for a few weeks and I was hitting the gym trying to focus on core training. Lifting light and doing a lot of foam rolling. I even complained to the gym manager one day when I couldn't find a foam roller. I was progressively feeling better but the back was still bothering me a little. The wife was having some major pain in her hip so she called over to this place and we swung by. I have to say we both walked out of there feeling 100 times better. They spend half the time on the feet which isn't my thing because I also suffer from gout. When the second half of the massage started I laid on my back and she got right in there. And I felt that knot disappear. The one I had been hitting daily with the foam roller. She even asked me as I felt the release if it was too hard. No perfect you just fixed my back I did t say because I don't think they understand. But amazing thing is I'm better. So I feel compelled to give them a nice review. For $40 it could be the best money I have ever spent. read more

I live in a different city and wanted to give the certificate as a gift to my sister in Phoenix. After I paid and got nothing I called their Location Number One. First time here, won't be coming back. I called last minute to schedule a hour combination massage. Luckily, I was able to get one within 30 minutes. Once I arrived, I notified the gentleman in front that I had an appointment. He looked at me clueless, and like if I was the cops. Turns out he was the one to give me the massage. Once in the room I got a big whiff of weed off him. That made me start to feel a little weird. I am used to having a female, but I thought, I'm already here. Now the massage.. it was like asking for a massage from your partner and they do it so rushed just to shut you up. It was repetitive strokes and pushing. was definitely the strangest one I've had. He at least worked my shoulder which was in so much pain, that's the only reason for the one star. Half way through, he burps and is whispering the entire time. 90 minutes used to be 90 minutes here and you'd get a really good session. My last trip was choppy, zero flow, and he didn't do the back of my legs. When I left, I left the tip I felt was appropriate for the work my therapist did. The lady at the desk says "$7 that's not 20 percent, they do yard work" First, the session was not complete and a tip is not a guaranteed anyway. And the rudeness of trying to make me feel bad for not tipping more will ensure that even after over 20 sessions at this location, I will never be back. No one I know will ever be back. read more

If your not familiar with this type of massage, you're in a community space, clothes on while you enjoy massage, & this massage style is not for wimps, they really get in there. Ive enjoyed many years coming here, but the last few times have been awful. Made appt for Sunday for both me & my husband, the person at front desk talked me into 90 min my husband did 60. The massage started, and immediately not relaxed, I was pissed, & felt stuck! The massage started with the face & head, his fingers were disgustingly caked with cigarette smoke! He proceeded to use lotion on his fingers, lovely disgusting mix on my face! I don't understand why they don't wash hands before a service (second time this happened)! I'm not afraid to address it, but there's already a huge communication barrier! once he got to my feet the pressure was so aggressive, it was so painful I had a tear running down my face. I lifted my face towel & said the pressure is too hard (usually they ask you), I said ouch a few times! I finally stopped him & said I'm switching to 60 min! It was finally over through on my sunglasses (crying) to bathroom to wash the nicotine off my face! My husband paid , I just walked out! Bc we go there so often we have the stamp card, can't be sure who I had that day, but I may just choose another location. Went to this location Saturday night. Had the worst massage ever!! I yelled ow several times while he was doing my feet and he never responded. I felt like he was running a hammer across my feet. His nails kept digging into my feet and my legs. He kept hitting me on my head while doing my shoulders. I actually tipped this guy but probably shouldn't have. I'm a regular customer of both this location and the one on 40th street and have been for a few years. One of the guys at the 40th street location always makes comments about how hard my shoulders are during my massage. Yes I'm aware of this, it's why I'm here! I'm done going to these places. Decided to try this place due to overall good reviews. I did like they put a rice pack behind your neck by after a while it is too hot. The girl did an okay job not really focusing on pressure points on my feet and sort of rubbed them in the same place over and over again. She used way too much pressure on my back and the blankets they use under the chairs are super hot after a while. It was on okay massage and way to expensive compared to other places. Definitely one of the more interesting massages I have received. At first it started out ok. Then the movements just became rough and robotic. I'm okay with pressure but I was literally being jerked back and forth and the motions were very spastic. The woman massaging me would jump from one area to another very quickly without actually massaging one area at a time. I was being touched, tapped and literally shaken. She would calm after a couple minutes of doing it and then right back to it. It was like a rollercoaster of extreme tenseness and then a bit of relief for just about the whole 90 minutes. I really needed the massage and I had gotten dropped off or else I would have left so I tried to manifest love and comfort and calmness to the lady but it didn't work lol. Unfortunately, I just had a really poor experience. I had a younger heavier set man - Tony. It was really obvious he did not want to be there. For 20 minutes he just rubbed my left foot. Just literally rubbing it. When I looked up his eyes were closed and he was just leaning back. Finally as it went on to 25 minutes I told him that he had said a combo would be a half an hour feet and half an hour body. How could going on 25 minutes on 1 foot ever end up being 30 minutes for both feet. He is a younger person and maybe he partied or something last night. I get it. But if you need to take the afternoon off or let someone take the client you should acknowledge that to whoever is running the place. I would not go back. Sometimes one employee can ruin a business enough so that all the employees ultimately pay the price. If anyone knows these people they should suggest to them to read the yelp reviews so they can get a sense of which employees are doing a good job and guide the ones who are not read more
