I have been having a yelp account for some time, but I never get to write a review. This is the first time I truly want to recommend a business. I always shop at the Whole Foods next door so I have walked passed it several times. I checked it out at Yelp and saw great reviews of Diana. So I thought to give it a try some day. I crawled here after bench pressed 315 pounds at the gym the other day. NO JOKE! I felt like my arms and back were tighter than a rubber band. I walked in, the guy at the front desk is very helpful. I asked for Diana and she happened to just completed a massage session. With the guy's help, I explained to her my problem area and as I expected, she handled it like a piece of cake. Pulling and kneading, firmly with hands and elbow. After maybe about 30 minutes, I felt so much better already. Thank you Diana! I came here another two times with my girlfriend and she absolutely loved her experience as well. Diana gave us a regular swedish massage instead of deep tissue, and it was beyond relaxing. Since we both wanted Diana, we were fighting over who would be first. we are so glad that we found Diana and First Class Reflexology & Massage! read more

After being referred by a friend, I came to Yelp to read the reviews before I booked a massage. Often, as with dive restaurants or bars, when reviews are split between horrible, 1-star reviews and stellar 5-star reviews, that's how you know they mean business. Compared to other massage places, yes, this place doesn't have fountains and fancy dimming lights, but I got an amazing hour-long massage for half the price of what another place would charge for less time. The masseuse might not speak perfect English, but the two front desk people who I interacted with were more than helpful. I booked the day of, only a few hours in advance and they were happy to help. You get more than what you pay for here, and I'll definitely be back again soon. read more

I misunderstood the time they scheduled me. I Was 15 minutes late and they said they had no one to do the massage. I was booked for 90 minutes so who was gonna do mine in the first place if no one was there to do it? Crappy service and I think the woman lied to me. She didn't want me to wait there for my friend that was already there getting her massage. I fully intended to pay for the time I was late. I was offered a half hour she said that was the best she could do...where did the person go that was going to do my 90 minute? Hmmm. Double booked?? Poor customer service. read more

This place is the worst place totally a rip-off and high pressure tactics I would never recommend this placedon't go here now the owner is trying to harass and intimidate me won't work unless you agree with this guy and say everything was great he will turn on you and show his true colors and it will catch up to him I never asked for anything free just fair ness and now he try's intimidating me read more

Nothing I expected. The ionic foot bath was interesting and whether it really worked or just a psychological thing, I did feel "lighter" after I was done. Will go back for sure. read more

This place is awesome!! $35 for a 60 minute reflexology massage. One of the best I've ever had and by at the cheapest. Very friendly, nice staff. Be sure to bring cash for tips :) read more

I have never had a better massage. This place is amazing!!! It is so reasonably priced and I walk out every single time feeling refreshed. I came here twice a week when I was pregnant and am still a customer. Do yourself a favor and go here. read more

Found this location thru very favorable yelp reviews. Called in and got a 60 minute reflexology appointment scheduled within an hour. The location was very convenient, extremely well kept, and created a wonderful ambiance to relax. My masseuse, Wendy, did an excellent job. Thank you First Class Reflexology and Massage! This was a highlight of my visit to AZ. read more

Solid massages. Good prices and the place smells delicious. What more can you ask for?

My daughter and I went in for the reflexology massage and we had a superb experience. I was a 'member' of a monthly massage studio and none of the massages I received came close to comparing to the massage I received here. I'm so happy that I found a reasonably priced massage studio with excellent service. Yay!!! read more

Wonderful experience overall I highly recommend this place if you enjoy a quality relaxing deep tissue massage. The were were very nice and really accommodating! read more

Today was my first visit , I wasn't sure what to expect. I got there right when it opened, so it was still nice & quiet. I had the 30 min foot detox along with the 90 minute reflexology / massage combo. You don't fill out any paperwork and they don't ask you if you have any physical ailments, etc. You just go into the room ( all separate rooms with curtains ) , undress, and lay down..you're covered with a large towel. Everything is very clean. The therapist I had didnt speak much English, but enough for us to communicate. And then, Heaven hits !!! The treatment was absolutely incredible..he worked so hard and hit areas that have never been massaged before ! Not sure about the foot detox, if it's real or not, but still seeing the water change color is kind of interesting. The massage itself was amazing..90 minutes of sheer heaven ..and you cannot beat the pricing ..I tipped him well as he really worked hard and did a great job. I highly recommend this spa and I'm looking forward to the next time I go back !!! read more

Great place for a wonderful quiet relaxing massage. The massage was very good. Many places start and never ask if you are comfortable warm enough or ask if pressure good or bad. Don't let outside fool you. read more

I'm sold!!! First time there and I loved it!!! I'm looking forward to my next visit. I would refer anyone to First Class Reflexology.

If I could give this place NO STARS, I would. The employees at my work purchased a gift certificate for my boss for a Christmas present in 2019. The certificate said it expired after a year, which normally wouldn't be a problem, but my boss misplaced the certificate and moved twice. Once it was discovered, I called to make an appointment. This place WOULD NOT honor the full gift certificate amount (would only give me 1/2 credit) and since prices have gone up, would not even honor the price that we paid for the service. Gordon is horrible and completely unwilling to work with his customers. My question is, what did you do with the other half of our money? You took revenue and didn't bother to honor a customer's service. Even with all that has been going on, in addition to our own obstacles in our business and personal, he was completely cold and not one bit willing to work with us, even knowing our circumstances. I will NEVER go back to this place again, and will tell everyone I know how they do business!! read more

5 stars all the way! Surprisingly excellent techniques. Linda got a lot done in an hour. As a professional therapist, I am selective and know what quality is. This is it! read more

Unbelievable massage and it is very reasonably price. Both my wife and I enjoyed the massage.

I am in love with this place! I got an hour long massage a few weeks ago, and it was wonderful. I swear I wish I could go there every day, it is that good. read more

We just had an amazing massage! Highly recommend getting the Hot Stone Massage $45 for 60 minutes. We will be back soon!!!

Oh my gosh! Absolutely amazing. Went with girls from work and it was beyond fulfilling! We did the detox and the one hour reflexology while body and wow! We need one of these at home! read more

I have been there twice now, first time i came with my mother and second time with my husband. The first time was okay service, at the front desk, there was a young Caucasian girl who was very nice and spoke English and was able to explain their services. We did not know what to expect in regards to the massage but had an okay experience, but the second time, i knew what i wanted in my massage and our last visit was month ago. The front desk person was very short and to the point. He did greet us when we walked in. we had 60 minute reflexology that included massage for whole body, mainly focusing on feet. We told the guy that we wanted medium pressure for back and hard for the feet massage, which he said he will let the employees know. Two ladies greeted us and took us to the couples room. One' s name was May and i cannot remember the name of the other lady. we had to tell the ladies again for more pressure on the feet, on the upper back it was exactly what we wanted. my husband felt like all she did was continue to scratch his back and buttocks than the massage. the problem we had with our time here is that both ladies continue to talk and giggle among each other while we are in our underwear with towel over us and a towel over our eyes. I think this was very unprofessional. At one point, i uncovered the towel over my eyes, just to ask them if everything okay? They replied by saying- you like it? It is hard to relax when there are whispers and giggles going on through the entire session. At one point, I felt my massage lady pointing out my hand to show the ring to the other lady while my eyes are covered, which would have not been a big deal, if she wanted to compliment the ring instead of showing jewelry to each other. Their prices are no doubt bad but their services are very poor. In my opinion, it was nowhere near relaxing for us. I regret spending 70 dollars and tips. I will not be going there again. Not worth it!!! If i could give them "0" stars, i would not think twice!!! read more

I loved this place. Very professional, incredibly relaxing ... very affordable. I got the 2 hr long Thai massage, and I was transported to another world. I believe her name was Mia ... but I couldn't even remember my own name by the end. Highly recommend. read more

What a great experience and great massage! Everyone is just so nice and friendly. Its great because I usually call the day before or the day of to make an appointment and they never disappoint! The location is very clean and the staff is amazing! I would recommend this to anyone looking to get a great massage at a fair price. Walk in stressed and walk out refreshed! read more

To say this place is first class would be like saying flying Southwest Airlines sitting next to a toilet in the very last row is first class. I brought my cousin her boyfriend and myself in for an hour and a half appointment. I asked the gentleman who was going to rub my feet for a deeper pressure since I am very ticklish. He was not able to offer much more then a light stroke something of which my 2.5 year old daughter could accomplish. The highlight was when he continued getting softer and softer to a point where he was no longer even touching me. I looked up to see his head hunched over and was sound asleep! I kid you not !!!! While I am suppose to be relaxing this man has gone ahead and passed out! I then asked him if he was ok he woke up startled and continued to soft stroke my legs. I decided it was best to excuse my self and let the front desk know. I felt bad because he was probably overworked and underpaid but I also didn't want to sit there wasting my time Hoping it was going to get any better. I try to give people the benefit of he doubt and told the front desk that perhaps the man was not feeling well or was extremely tired. The manager stormed in the room and I guess fired him. I feel awful that he was fired but according to the manager he had had this situation happen before. The manager also never offered me another opportunity to come back because of the experience I had. I went ahead and suggested that he offer me a free massage next time and the man said "I'll think about it" on that note I said no need and left to sit in my car and wait for my cousin and her boyfriend to be done!!Either way I suggest finding another place to get your feet rubbed!!!! read more

Yay! Love this place! I have gone to a number of reflexology places here in town.. mostly in Scottsdale. Most were ok.. some meh. I have been looking for that one place that is 1/ convenient and 2/ good. This is it. I have now had two massages now and I have to say that they were great. This past massage was by Tony which I am relatively sure lol is not his real name. It is probably something like Phng Bhat. Or something like that... ha. He was extremely strong and really did an amazing job. There were a group of girls leaving when I walked in and then the bathroom was full and I had to use it so by the time I got back into the room, I was probably about 10 minutes late for the appointment. But they STILL gave me the full hour. The man at the desk was extremely courteous and super nice. Highly recommend! read more

Terrible massage. You barely have a towel covering you and they don't ask you if you have any medical issues or areas that you want focused on. The massage was way too rough and the therapist even burned me with the hot stones. I will not be back. Very disappointed. read more

I had the worst experience at this place and was treated with zero respect by the OWNER! This happened about 5 months ago, and I just can't seem to let it go so I am finally going to write this review and get it off my chest. I had a massage scheduled, and mind you I am a dental hygienist and was looking forward to this massage all week. I spoke with a lady on the phone who was nice and pleasant! I told her I wanted my main focus on my back instead of my legs and feet... She said that was just fine! I get there, and it's the owner up front... He looks irritated and barley acknowledges me... I walk up to him, and told him I was there for my massage and repeated what I was told over the phone about the back being focused on. He then starts basically yelling at me telling me I'm going to need to pay $50 more for that type of massage and the person who I spoke to in the phone obviously doesn't know what they're talking about and he whispered some other rude things!!! I was appalled. I said "well knowing that one of YOUR employees told me something different I'm assuming you will honor the same price I was quoted, correct? He said nope, absolutely not I don't care what you were told and you will be paying this price as he points at a paper! I stood up and told him to Just forget it and I will not be returning or referring, he says "good" and yells some other stuff on my way out. Stay away!!! At least at massage envy and elements massage they treat you like a person and with respect!!! STAY AWAY. read more

First time at this business. I will definitely come back. Great 60 minute reflexology/massage appointment. Nice atmosphere. Clean. Friendly staff. Thumbs up read more

This place is wonderful! I had one of the best reflexology massages I've ever had. Everyone was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. I had a sensitivity to their scented candle and they took them all away! So responsive to my every need. I would recommend them for a wonderful, stress relieving experience. Very affordable as well! read more

I think I might get addicted to this place! I went 3 times for their reflexology foot massage in he last 2 weeks. For just $10 more u get a whole hr of feet and full body massage, can't beat that! Make sure you bring cash to tip the staff! read more

I have made multiple appointments and not had what we asked for. The owner used to be so responsive and attentive. Not so much anymore. Where has the great service and attention to detail gone?! Beyond disappointed...so frustrating when we schedule for this....drive down there and you don't get what you called and scheduled for. read more

My boyfriend and I went in for full body massages recently. The guy who worked on me was applying too much pressure. I have arthritis in my neck and a slipped disc in my lower back as well as a couple of other issues. I asked him to ease up on the pressure and he just massaged harder. At one point I felt something crack in my back and after that I couldn't take a deep breath without a sharp pain going through my chest. I was holding my breath and clenching down on my tongue the entire 90 minutes just wanting it to be over. My boyfriend had to ask his masseuse to work on his hands and feet and she only did his feet after that. Today, it feels like I was hit by a train. I can't even touch my neck or lower back without pain. I feel bruised all over. I recommend saving your money and looking into places who have licensed therapists that know what they're doing. Perhaps their reflexology techniques are more professional. I won't be returning here. read more

I gave First Class 5 stars after my initial visit in December of last year. 11 massages later says that my experiences have been consistently excellent. I use an app called Translate to communicate with the masseuse on any give day. I can speak several languages, but Chinese is not one of them. read more

I have never had a massage where the therapist chases after you outside asking for a tip. They also don't give receipts so we could claim it on our insurance. I was not comfortable having the male therapist undo my bra as I'm laying on my stomach for back massage. Overall the massage was very good but an odd way to do business read more

Had a massage last week using a gift certificate I got from my wife. I got a full body massage. I needed my lower back worked because of tension in the muscles of the lower back and legs. After being thrown around on the table and stretched improperly, I went home very sore and an ankle problem none of which I had before the massage. By the time the weekend hit I could not bend over or flex my left foot. I went to see a chiropractor on Monday and discovered my tailbone was push forward and a bone in my ankle was out. I will never gi to first class massage again. Their technique is bad and unsafe. Most of the therapists do not seem to speak English and it makes me wonder how they could have made it through a massage program and passed a state test to get licensed in the first place. Beware of this place. I know most of the reviews are good and if you are looking for a plain massage you may be ok but for anything specific look for someone who can tailor a massage to your needs and has proper training or injury may happen read more

This place is sketchy. Only the manager spoke English, so there were communications issues. I did not see any name tags nor licenses posted. None of the usual cover your hiney stuff that you'd see at Massage Envy or elsewhere. The bathroom was dirty and had NO LIGHT, just a few dim fake candles. I went for an ionic footbath and no one knew how to operate the machine. They kept insisting on the arm band, but I put it on, and the machine still did not work. They did not know how to set the timer or the ion level!!! To use these machines, you are supposed to take a class for safety and health purposes, and it was obvious that no one that worked there had done so. I have had many ionic foot baths at other salons and wellness centers and never did anyone put a tea bag in the water. Sea salt, yes, but not a tea bag. That's to make the water appear darker, as if the machine is working, when in fact, it was not. The foot tub was too small, your feet are not supposed to touch the electrode in the water, and the plastic lining of the tub was too thin. It was not sanitary. I voiced my concerns to the manager, she put the owner on the phone, and not only was he rude, but he also had no idea how to safely and properly operate the machine. I got up and left. It was just too much. I went home and my feet started burning and itching. I really do not recommend this place. read more
