My first time here the "therapist" was stuck in traffic so my appointment was delayed even though I was at the place I had to wait about 45 minutes for her to arrive. I thought I would give a second chance since the massage was good. Today appointment was confirmed 30 minutes prior. I get to the place 5 minutes before my appointment. At the time of my appointment I get a text that the therapist is having car problems and can't get there until an hour later. We are in town visiting our kids and wanted to get a massage before heading home tomorrow. We were super excited to try this place because of all the great reviews. So we scheduled a couple's massage. We got there ten min early and filled out paperwork. Around the time we were to go back, one of the women took a work call. At abt 12:50, they took us to the restroom and asked if we wanted separate rooms. We said we scheduled a couple's massage and wanted to be in the room together. They told us they needed to prep the room, which they started while we were in the restroom. Then we waited in the hall to get set up in the room. Once they got us in the room, we quickly got undressed and waited almost ten minutes for them to come back to the room. The massage started at 1:05. It was hard for me to fully relax because it felt rushed. They tried to end our massage after only 45 minutes. I said I was confused because we scheduled an hour, were on time, and that we were not the cause of the delayed start. They gave us another few minutes but it definitely was not an hour. Very disappointing and, frankly frustrating. I wondered if we were treated differently because we are people of color. That all said, I gave 3 stars because the person who did my massage had a good technique. We still gave a full decent tip in spite of our experience. read more

My boyfriend and I came in for a couples massage & had an amazing experience. In right away, they were very attentive to our individual tastes in massages. I received the sports massage & my boyfriend the deep tissue. Very calming, relaxing experience. I only take away one star because our cost was higher because we received "upgraded" massages. We were both asked what we preferred in a massage--but it wasn't ever stated "okay that's extra." I've never had a facial before, but I wanted to give it a try and allow myself to be pampered - plus I couldn't believe that they offered to do this type of service on your back! I deal with annoying bacne (back acne) and was interested in getting it professionally taken care of. My appointment was earlier today at 11:00 AM. I walked into the reception area about 5 minutes early, but I was surprised to see no one at the front desk. Maybe a minute or so after 11:00, a woman walked in and addressed me by name, so I knew she must be familiar with my appointment - she ended up being the esthetician for my services, Rhoda. She was very inviting and personable, and she made me feel comfortable throughout the experience, which is so important for your first time! She took time to understand my specific skin concerns and personalized the services, all while giving me advice on how best to treat my skin troubles. What sealed the deal for my desire to come back was an aloe vera mask she used on my face - it smelled wonderful yet wasn't overpowering, just incredibly relaxing and refreshing. ! Called on a Friday about a last minute 90 minute couples massage for the next day, Saturday. They were able to accommodate us by opening early that morning (9:30am instead of 11am). So polite and professional on the phone! The massages were INCREDIBLE!! Honestly - best I've had. Did a consultation prior, so I received Deep Tissue on my back, Swedish Massage on my legs, arms, and chest, a Reflexology on my hands & feet! It was 90 minutes of PURE BLISS!! These therapists are MIRACLE WORKERS. I had a nagging pain in my shoulder. I told Michelle what to work on and BOOM, the pain was gone. Recently my low back was flaring up and it was debilitating. After the session I walked out of the room and Michelle exclaimed "Oh my god you're walking so much straighter!" I came in like a crooked question mark. I was turned on to this spot by a good friend .. Was recommended to see Gretchell.. I was able to book appt with Gretchel with ease .. I'm a bit of a pain with allergies to most lotions / creams.
