I had theee best facial with Lizzie on Saturday (11/22)!…read more It was doing ittt outside, raining, lightning and cloudy skies but nothing and I mean nothing was going to keep me from that facial... lol From the time I walked in the ladies at the front were so sweet and welcoming. I was taken back to change into a very nice robe, like I wanted to go home in it (haaa). From there I waited in the relaxation room along with my mimosa (Heyyy now). Lizzie came in a few mins after I sat down. We started with a skin assessment. Lizzie listens, communicates clearly and helps you determine the best products for your skin. I chose the custom facial since I was not sure what I wanted prior to the service. I would totally do the custom facial again. They also offer the Hydra facial which I will try sometimes in the near future. Lizzie has magical hands and you can really tell she is so passionate about what she does. She took her time, answered any questions I had, gave recommendations and just really showed she cared. Her massage during the facial was aaaamazing. When she was finished my skin was Glowing and so soft. It was the best facial I have ever had. She is fire!! I am so excited to schedule my next facial with her in a couple months!! Highly recommend Inspire.

I also mentioned that during my last visit, my session started late. I was reassured that it would be noted and shouldn't happen again since she would be coming off a break before my appointment. I arrived early, as I usually do, but no one was at the front desk. I waited about 10 minutes, knocked on a nearby door where I've seen staff before, and got no response. After waiting a bit longer, I needed to use the restroom and went to use it, that's where I found an employee cleaning. She asked if I was checking in, and I said yes but needed the restroom first. When I came out, she was at the front desk and checked me in. Instead of directing me to the locker room to change into a robe, she sent me straight to the waiting area. This felt a bit odd, and while I assumed it might have been because the locker room had just been cleaned, I would have preferred the usual experience. I waited...and waited. At 7:30--10 minutes past my scheduled time--I went back to the front desk to ask about the delay. I was told, "Are you sure your appointment wasn't at 7:30?" even though I had already checked my confirmation email. That response was frustrating. A few minutes later, the massage therapist came to get me, apologized, and we began the session. She did a great job during my previous visit and likely tried her best this time as well, but unfortunately I didn't get much relief. In fact, I ended up having to go somewhere else the following weekend and spend more money. During my last visit, I had relief for weeks--this time was very different. The main reason I won't be returning, though, is how the overall experience felt. From the moment I arrived, it seemed like I was an inconvenience--similar to walking into a store right before closing when staff just want you in and out. It wasn't relaxing, and I didn't feel valued as a customer. I did receive a follow-up email asking about my experience and shared that I was dissatisfied. I also mentioned they could reach out if they wanted more details, but I never heard back. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

The food at Royal Palms strikes that perfect balance between refined and comforting. Every dish I tried felt thoughtfully composed--fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and a presentation that shows care without feeling overly fussy. A highlight would definitely be the service provided, going above and beyond in all aspects whether an event, check in or needing assistance for something. Have you ever dreamed of staying in the hotel room in the middle of a wedding?! If you are…read morescreaming yes, request a casita room. We had to close our shades as the wedding can see directly into our room and the music is LOUD (Chris Brown is blasting as I type and bass, mercy is it bumping.) It was kinda creepy. We could see and hear the entire ceremony. In my reservation I requested a quiet room, and I have quiet room in my Hyatt profile. I don't think that much forethought is put into guest placement. Yes, we are paying pennies compared to this wedding BUT they are not fostering relationships with Hyatt members. (I did mention this to reception and they offered bonus points. Great BUT this is an awful last night.) The room: King Casita is an excellent size! We have a king bed and a rollaway bed and we still have space! The bathroom space is large too! I don't care for a stocked fridge and snacks. It's useless nowadays. We had to ask for a fridge to be brought in. The room is very clean, however there were a few moths flying around the room, which was odd. Pool: the pool is wonderful! We are here on spring break (a very popular travel week) and always found spots at the pool. The servers are the pool are awesome 5/5 stars! Attentive and professional. The food at the pool was great (the burger was the restaurant burger and the whipped ricotta and fruit was yummy). The location is great! We did rent a car but never had to drive far! The valet team is speedy but it's an odd service as the parking spaces are super close. (I was ready to give this place 4 stars but this last night is a stinky way to end the trip.)

Because we were staying on site I made the wise decision to go two days in a row. The first day I went splashy and got a facial at the Sisley spa inside the spa. I love Sisley products. What an incredible experience. This includes up to three flutes of M&C champagne, macarons and a sample gift. It was an excellent facial and a great start to our mini getaway. The second day I went to the larger part of the spa and had a one hour massage with April. This was fantastic. Both days I had full access to all the facilities for no upcharge. There were waterfalls, water therapy and a large rooftop pool. It was chilly out, but many of us braved the chill in our oversized robes in an attempt to soak up some sun by the pool. I got some sun on my legs for a good 20 minutes. Brrrrr! The second day I had a generously sized fruit salad pool side. The only recommendation is that they could make prettier packaging for the food. Service was perfect. I would repeat this in a heartbeat.

I came in for a 1 hour massage and added on the foot scrub. It was a full body massage that ended with a scalp massage. Marie was my masseuse and I highly recommend her. She was very attentive and asked the right questions to make sure I was in maximum comfort. The aromas are perfectly applied and not overwhelming. I loved the eucalyptus towards the end of the massage and my feet felt baby soft and clean after the foot scrub. The amenities are fabulous. The lavender meditation room is under rated. The aroma is subtle and fresh, cool temperature and dim lighting. Feels calm and not many people use it. A nice place to reset and calm your mind. The rooftop pool is nicely shaded, I read my book there for a while. I'm coming back in a few weeks to try a facial. Already booked my next massage.
