If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I've been to a lot of reflexology places and this one is the BEST. Reasons why I liked it: 1. You are in your own separate room! Unlike other cheap reflexology places where you're in a room with 10+ other people I like having my own room better. 2. You have the option to take your shirt off which I like because I hate when they massage through your shirt it doesn't feel as good. 3. We have been to the Tatum location many times. Always a nice, relaxing, professional massage. My husband and I went yesterday and I walked away feeling like I got in a physical fight. Went there this evening with my daughter, we both got 1 hour with hot stone massages. First of all the 2 people working on us were talking to each other constantly. The massage were already not enjoyable and them constantly talking was irritating me. 20 mins into the most awful massage, I sense the person working on me has maybe left. When I take the towel off my face, I see that she's fallen asleep. Then the person working on my daughter wakes her up. I ask them for the hot stones and they don't do anything. Then 10 mins before the massage is over, for about 3 mins they use hot stones on our back which I paid $10 extra. When I went to pay, I thought the manager would be there so I could share my experience but he wasn't, only the masseuse. Truly the worst experience I've had and waste of time and money! read more

This is not the spa massage experience. Rooms are created out of curtains, and very short tables on the ground but the guy that did my massage was amazing. This place is such a hidden gem! I had an Elements membership for years and then started coming here and cancelled it. I get the half reflexology, half massage treatment and it's $35 for 60 minutes. I would typically pay twice that much plus tip elsewhere. I love deep tissue massages and they do a great job at actually digging down deep and getting out any knots! It's the first place I've ever had to actually tell someone to go lighter on the pressure. I can't recommend this place enough! read more

I've had roughly 11massages here the first 4 were amazing, the staff members professional, clean facility, very reasonable pricing. I'm not sure if there was a change in management but for the past few months the place has gone down hill. I've returned many times after a bad massage hoping the it was just an off day for them, but after my last massage I will NEVER be returning. I referred friends here and they had experiences even worse than mine. Upon laying down the massage table smelled of rancid sweat, I asked if the towels were clean and the man up front (the only employee who spoke/understood English) assured me everything was clean and new for my massage. When the masseuse left the room I grabbed a new towel to try and cover up the awful smell. The masseuse had an awful cough and kept coughing on me and near my ear. Between the awful smells, coughing and loud slamming of the front door relaxing was out if the question. As the masseuse began massing my shoulders his hand were like sand paper and his clothes smelled filthy. I was so relived when the massage was over. I left so stressed out and angry I had paid $60 + tip for such a lousy experience. When I got home I looked in the mirror and saw a mark on my neck. I called the front desk to explain my frustrations with the continually bad service and shock a masseuse would leave a mark on my body and not give me a heads up like "hey it was an accident etc" just some type of warning rather than looking in the mirror like what the heck happened to my neck?! Instead the woman who answered could care less and I asked her to take my number. for the manger to call.... Which he never did. To our disappointment, the receptionist was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful to us telling us to "be quiet" and scowling at us. When we first came in, he did not have the courtesy to tell us how his business is run. He told us to come back at 8:00 pm because that was when he said he would have an opening. We waited around the area by hanging out nearby stores and went back to Reflexology at 8.00pm. Tried this place today for an ionic foot bath and foot reflexology massage. I arrived shortly after they opened, and even though I didn't have an appointment, they were able to take me right away as a walk-in. There aren't many frills to this place, however it's clean and quiet. Upon receiving my foot reflexology massage, I was asked to lie on my back on a massage table. A heated pillow was placed under my neck, and a clean hand towel was place over my eyes. The massage involved both my feet and calves and felt very thorough and relaxing. The ionic foot bath was done afterwards, and although my feet felt very soft once completed, the position I had to lie in on the massage table made the experience uncomfortable. I had my legs dangling off the table below the knee with the table lowered just above floor level so I could place my feet into the foot tub. Such a position put a strain on my lower back which made it challenging to appreciate the foot bath. Had it not been for that, I would've given my total experience 5 stars. The prices are reasonable (I paid $50 total for a 30 minute foot reflexology massage and 30 minute ionic foot bath), and the gentleman at the reception was pleasant. Note: if you need any specific accommodations, tell the person at the reception desk as the majority of employees I encountered spoke little to no English. I will certainly be back and may try a longer reflexology session and see if they will allow me to sit or recline differently for the foot bath. read more

I actually really love this place. This is an isolated incident. My mom and I got 1 hr reflexology massages. There was a guy in a the room on the other side of the curtains getting a massage as well. His phone ran and it was really loud. He then answered the phone, took the call and talked for about 4 mins on the phone. The volume was up so high I could hear the person he was talking to on the other end. He got off the phone. He then started texting for a good 10mins on his phone but I could hear the keypad with every click he made. Then I could hear him hit send. About 10 minutes later. I could hear all the text messages he was receiving. He jerk off never once thought of putting his phone on vibrate or silent. The last 30mins of my massage was completely ruined by this guy. I told the girl at the front desk about this and she said ' I told him to turn his phone off' and she said 'sorry' but there was no further compensation or maybe even a ' my apologizes, here is a free massage or half off' She actually told me to be quiet as I am complaining about how someone ruined my experience. She told me I was ruining other people's experiences. I was t even talking loud (definitely not as loud as the guy that ruined my massages) I actually refused to pay. And walked out. This is not how you handle customer service. She's should be fired and that guy that should be banned. But unfortunately.. What's going to happen is me just never returning because I truly believe the lady working handled his poorly and made me feel at fault all while jerk off dude.. doesn't pay a price. First, I want to start by saying that my massage therapist herself was first class. A very nice lady, she did a good job. However, "first class," does not apply to anything else about this place. It's in a nice part of town, but once you walk in the door it's dark, dingy, and just doesn't have that nice spa atmosphere. There is music playing, but it's so low that everyone else's coughs, sneezes, and talking can be heard throughout your massage. The rooms are small and not very nice. When I had my massage today (90 minutes) I was already 95 minutes in when I looked at the clock and realized my time was up. I had another appointment, and was expecting that the massage would end on time, or that someone would tell me when the massage was over (I fall asleep sometimes during massages, as many people do. With every other massage I've had the masseuse keeps track of the time, as would be expected). I nicely told my masseuse I had to go, but since she speaks very little English she didn't understand me. She went out to get a woman I'm presuming is the owner so that she could translate. Imagine my surprise when, my bare butt completely exposed (as the masseuse had left it) the owner comes and opens my curtain completely so that anyone in the hallway who may walk by can see. She then asked me what the deal is. I told her my 90 minutes were up and that I had another appointment. She looked confused and anything but apologetic, then said ok. When I dressed and went to the front I explained that what had just occurred was embarrassing to me, and absolutely unexpected. For someone to completely open your room up to anyone in the hall or just beyond in the waiting room when you aren't dressed is unprofessional and simply not acceptable. When I told her that, she did not apologize. She said to expect that if you have a question, since the people working there don't speak English. I pointed out that instead of opening my curtain all the way and exposing me when I'm naked she could have simply popped just her head in and kept the curtain closed. She said she thought she had done that (she did not). Then she said, "ok." No apology. She wasn't nice in the least. I will never go back. If you want to save some money and are a fan of flashing people, go here! I, for one, will never be back. read more

Hurts so good! This isn't your typical massage. The therapists use pressure points to release the pressure and knots from your body. Unlike a traditional massage parlor, the therapists are mostly male, speak little English, and have strong hands. Don't be surprised if they pull your underwear/thong down to your hips and cover you with a towel instead of a sheet. The pressure they exert may hurt initially but it's for the greater good! The prices are very reasonable for a 90 minute massage or foot spa. read more

I'm not sure why, but this location is 5$ more for the same service offered in Ahwatukee (probably rent prices). Regardless, it's still a pretty good deal to get an hour massage for 35$. We easily made appointments over the phone and were shown back to the massage room right away when we arrived. The massage was....good.... but not as good as the ones I have had in Ahwatukee. One of the best massages I had in a long time. I did the 2 hour full body reflexology massage for $65 + tip. They did not ask for money or tip upfront. They seemed pretty professional when I was there. There were private rooms for each person. The massage was strong, which is what I like. I suggest telling the masseuse 'harder' or 'softer' depending on your tastes. After applying pressure, they do ask if it is okay. This is the time to tell them to adjust. I was supposed to have a 90 minute combo reflexology massage and what I got was 30 minutes of neck tugging (not massaging), 40 minutes of awkward foot and ankle rubbing (not massaging), and 20 minutes of a horrible back rub that almost caused me to scream in pain.
