While it took a long time (2 hours), they did a very thorough inspection, didn't try to sell me on anything, and everything they told me needed fixing, I already knew about - honest. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything they saw. I liked that. They didn't mind my questions. They were very personable - made time to accept my daughter's handmade drawings, giving her paper and high fives. The bathroom was clean and smelled nice! It matters to some of us. There was also a waiting area with a water machine. Other than the length of time it took for an inspection I didn't ask for, I have absolutely zero complaints. Thankfully I had the time to wait unexpectedly, but it would have been great if it was done under an hour, as expected. I will 100% be back to Greulich's at this location. They have earned my trust, and I hope they continue to!

To boot, I had a $10 voucher for signing up for the their text program which they wouldn't apply because the terms and conditions stated it couldn't be used with another coupon - but I read the T&C of the voucher this morning and I dont see that stated. All that is in addition to the repeated attempts at upselling, including replacing the drain cap that I was told had a leak. (The inspection report says 'may' have a leak...and there's a picture of the bone-dry drain cap. Highly do not recommend.

Unfortunately, even though I've called Bell Tire and Auto my mechanic shop for years now, I'm done…read morewith them. While the owner, Dave, is still there, I don't think he really runs the place anymore and lets all these new people he hired run it. And it's so obvious that they're not doing a good job. It's like a different mechanic shop now, same name. They don't communicate amongst eachother and the new guy behind the counter has lousy bedside manner. When I brought it in recently, they broke the driver's seat and was hoping I wouldn't notice, I guess. I've also noticed lately that there's new scratch marks in certain areas inside my car and the bottom part of my leather steering wheel is frayed and peeling. How does that even happen on the bottom part? I've noticed other things too over the last few months or year or so since Dave let Irvy run the show. I also have to repeat myself over and over again. I told Irvy probably five times that the inside of my trunk is coming loose. And they keep forgetting about it and I got the deer in the headlights look from the guy behind the counter when I mentioned it again this morning! Anyway, I brought my car back in today so they could fix the seat they broke and another issue that they were waiting on parts for. Irvy told me to bring it in this morning and that someone would give me a ride home, no problem. I was supposed to be working in the office today and my manager let me work from home so I could get my vehicle taken care of since Bell Tire is no longer open on Saturdays. And I get there and am sitting there for over an hour while I'm supposed to be on the clock at work. And when I asked the guy at the front desk what's going on, all he could say was there was nobody there to give me a ride. So I just took the keys back and drove off. Maybe there's another mechanic shop that actually wants my business. Quick update (7/25/2026): I had just paid Bell Tire and Auto over $1,000 to fix an issue with not being able to fill up my gas tank. Well, I just went to get gas yesterday and the issue is back! I discovered Scott's Auto a few years ago when my car needed a repair. I have a 2020 Toyota Rav 4,…read morewith 54,000 miles on it. So I started bringing my car there for annual maintenance and was quite satisfied. A few months ago during my annual maintenance they told me I needed new bushings and control arms that would be almost $7000. To say I was shocked was an understatement. A friend recommended I take my car to Tony's Auto Service Center, located at 5602 E Thomas Rd, which I did and asked they check out the bushings and control arms. They called me several hours later to say I DID NOT need new bushings and control arms. They said that a vehicle with 54K miles on it is no where near requiring this repair. They said they don't see vehicles requiring this repair until after at least 100K miles, especially Toyotas. In addition, after checking Car Fax, to which apparently mechanics report every car repair they perform, they noted that at 30K miles they performed a maintenance type repair that isn't required until 50K miles. As a retired single woman I feel like they took advantage of me by lying about what had to be done on my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I cannot begin to tell you how upset I am. DO take your car to Tony's Auto Service Center, even though it may be far from where you live. Call 480-945-7788 and ask for Mike or Scott and tell them Bob's friend Cindy referred you. You will not be disappointed.
