Have always had good service here. Just had them mount and balance a set of tires for me. Then came back and had them calibrate the TPMS. No issues at all. A lot of the bad reviews look like self absorbed people who believe the world revolves around them. Would not hesitate to recommend. read more

Scheduling an appointment is a joke here. I waited for 2 weeks to get a Saturday appointment through their website. After I went in on Saturday, was driven off saying their technicians dont have time to inspect my car and asked me to come on weekdays. Morever the person(I think he was the manager) told me my rear tires were 2 years old, whereas I had replaced my tires just 2 months back from Discount Tires ! Would never come back here. read more

Been to this location a couple of times. The service writers are all friendly and helpful. I needed 2 new tires last year and they got it done in a few hours. I just had a tire rotation and alignment done today and they advised me I will need new tires in the next few months. Great info to know so I can plan ahead. How this business stays open I don't even know, I called to check on my order and the manager sounded like he would have trouble counting past 10 without removing his shoes. In fact he tripped over the phone when I finally arrived and it was a cordless. Probably the only way he got out of 3rd grade was because the school burned down.The so called tire techs are about as smart as a bumper jack from my observation. One tech starred at a carton of OJ because it said concentrate, another tech was busy telling his co-worker that he was going to move, because he heard 90% of all accidents occurred near home. After about 20 minutes at this tire shop and since they screwed my order up anyway, I asked for a set and they ordered 3 tires I got my cash back and got the heck out of there. read more

I waited 2.5 hours (mind you, they told me an hour over the phone) to get a tire rebalance done, only to drive it the next morning to a vibrating steering wheel at highway speeds. Who would ever think that the issue would be with my tires when I ALREADY GOT THEM BALANCED? So after I've gone through several attempts to try to get Firestone to check out the work they did with no luck, I took it a local body shop and they checked out my car for free and told me I had no wheel weights on one of my tires. I was absolutely speechless. I spent all that time at the shop for nothing. When I called for a refund (which they thankfully gave me), they didn't even want to lift it up to check their work. They just took my word for it, gave a cursory apology. Now I'm taking it to Discount Tires. read more

I took my car in for an oil change and paid a little extra for the complete vehicle inspection. My technician not only performed the inspection but he also discovered some major issues involving a failing water pump and a leaking timing cover. Because of this I was able to contact my Ford dealer and have these items fixed under my power train warranty, which by the way expires in 5 months. He saved me $3000 in repair costs because of this. I made an appointment for an oil during the week for a Friday appointment at 11:00. I was on time and the clerk asked me if I was waiting and I said no and he said he would call me, but it may take 2 hours. I came back in an hour and half because I had other errands that day, they still had not gotten to my oil change. I asked how long it would take now, he said he told me 2 hours and it was only 1.5 hours, and it would take another 20 minutes. I rescheduled for the following day, but am very disappointed they could not get to my car, when I made an appointment earlier in the week, on a Friday no less. Not the weekend when it will be busier. It seems this Firestone is under staffed. I don't see any point in making an appointment, just stop in and take my chances. This shop has received a lot of business from me over the years. Service has been ok. I send my wife in once for a simple nail repair in a tire and what happens?...they try to sell her additional services and send her off with the tires all improper inflated...nice job! It takes one bonehead move like that to destroy my trust in a shop. I'll be passing this information on guaranteed! Within an hour of this review I get a bogus generic response from Firestone acting like they are about customer service. It's just them trying cover there butts on social media instead of providing quality service at there shop. Next time do ethical work and you won't get a bad review. read more

These guys got me in, got me a new tire, and actually put the spare back in it's place - no one has ever done that before - all with smiles on their faces and a very clean, relax, positive atmosphere. I always get the road hazard warranty because it is valid at any location and they are all over the country. Found a small nail in my front tire and went into this Firestone location to see if they could take me as a walk-in. I was expecting to be turned down and asked to make an appointment but i was wrong! The guy told me that the tire required a simple patch up and that they could squeeze me in if I was willing to wait. Total job took about 30 minutes and the mechanic even showed me the nail after it was removed. All the guys here were friendly, polite, and professional. Most importantly, they made me feel completely comfortable despite the fact that I barely know anything about cars or maintaining them. read more

I have a 2003 Toyota 4Runner with the V8 and synthetic oil changes can get pricey. I have been running the synthetic blend and liking how my truck runs. I called Firestone and I got a quote of $49 dollars...out the door! It actually came out to $48...even less, whoohoo!... and I was very happy when they were finished. They were fast, about 25 min., my windows were cleaned and mats were clean too. I asked for a quote on front brakes and it was very reasonable...he even gave me a discount and said it would be in the system so when I came back to get them done at another time, I could still get the discount. Firestone at 35th ave and bell road. What a great place. My truck broke down on my to work. So since I was with in 3 miles of firestone I had my truck towed there. At 5:30 in the morning nothing is open. In this area. So I sat in my truck to wait for firestone to open. While sitting there I see the manager show up at 5:50 in the am. He entered the store and did his morning routine. At about 6:15 AM he came out to me sitting in my truck and asked if he could help me with my truck. And invited me into the store to wait for the other employees to get here so he could help me with my truck. The professionalism and concern for a customer is the best customer service I have seen in along time. I give nothing but the best kudos to this firestone store. I was in last week running an errand for a client of mine (I am an errand runner) and I had a lovely interaction with Dan! I was strapped for time and ended up being unable to have all of my services done that day. I was feeling stressed out about not being able to complete it all for the client that I was helping that day and make it to my next appointment, and Dan put all of my worries to rest! I walked in to their store in a panic. My vehicle repaired by a different Firestone store 1month earlier failed again. They calmed me down. And took control of the car. It isn't a quick fix. They told me it might take them 2 to 3 days to get it done but it was warrantied . I live over an hour from their store. They busted their butts and we're able to get my car back on the road again same day. I used to work in the automotive service industry. And I can appreciate how hard that was to accomplish. My husband works just down the street from them for now. But regardless my family will drive that hour for their team to work on our vehicles. Thanks for all the extra effort guys. read more

I had a very poor experience with Firestone this past week. I had my vehicle towed there on Saturday because I it was overheating so I pulled over. I was told they couldn't look at it until Tuesday because the lead tech was out until then. Tuesday rolls around and we get a call from them saying that we needed to replace the entire heating assembly including the thermostat. My husband asked if he had taken the thermostat off and tested it to make sure it was in fact malfunctioning. The tech said no, but in my years of experience if your vehicle overheats the thermostat is bad as well. Then my husband said I'm not paying for parts that are not needed. Specially because you didn't even check to make sure it was broken. Him and my husband go back and forth for a moment. Then my husband tells him that he has been turning a wrench for 15 years and there is no way to tell for sure if it is broken without testing it. He then tells the tech I only want to pay for the parts needed. The hose that is broken. The tech then says sir we are at an impasse then and I'm not going to do any work on the vehicle what so ever. Please come and get it. So I did. Then the tech put into the computer that we refused to buy parts. Not that he refused to do the work, but that we refused to purchase the parts he recommended. I'm sorry but I'm not buying parts that are not broken. By him putting that in the system he was trying to void the warranty on my vehicle, saying that the work was not completed by a certified mechanic, and that a certified mechanic did not take it off property. Well guess what buddy they did. The gentleman I had with me is a certified mechanic, and did the work. So nice try!!! Come to find out it takes longer to replace the small part that was broken than it does to take off the entire assembly and replace it. We are talking the difference between 3 hours and 20 minutes. He just didn't want to do the work that's all. read more

I use to go in and get it done right away and now they tell you that I have to schedule a appointment to get a oil change 4-5 days out. I walk out go to another Firestone and get it done right away. So don't go for a oil change unless you have time and can go back on another day. They lost my business. read more

Took my Subaru to this shop prior to a long road trip to ensure everything was in working order. Titus told me I needed 2 new control arms ASAP and that would cost about $1,200. Got a second opinion from Network Alignment on W Bethany Home Rd and they said I needed new bushings only, that it was not a safety concern, and would cost only about $300. I have done business with Firestone for years, and think this just ended my relationship permanently. I always felt like I was getting taken advantage of in their other shops (if I got a flat tire that could not be fixed, they'd happily sell me 4 new tires and insisted I needed all 4 or it would ruin my transmission. This happened 3 times: once in Tucson and twice in Salt Lake City, UT.) The Firestone brand has lost all credibility after this latest stunt. Good riddance. read more

Went to get my wheels alignment done at this Firestone since I have their lifetime warranty. They not only did not do it properly or never did it, they actually made it worse. Not only that, my brakes are now making noises ever time I break, which was never there before. I've been coming to this Firestone location for over 13 years, and they've always taken great care of all my automotive needs. Quite possibly my favorite thing about this shop is the fact that they are willing to help me prioritize my maintenance/repair needs based on my available budget, and they NEVER try to pressure or guilt me into services I don't need, or don't need right away. For most minor repairs/services, they can get them done while I wait. If I need to leave my car there for the day, they are always good about keeping me informed of when my car will be ready. There was one time a repair they made didn't work properly, and I was stranded on Easter Sunday with a broken down car. They took full responsibility and made me whole, never once trying to weasel out of anything. I can go on for days citing examples of their integrity and professionalism, but suffice to say, I trust these people implicitly. read more

Really impressed with this place. I had an issue with the power steering leak in my '05 honda odyssey and a couple of other auto care shops recommended replacing the power steering pump and also the power steering rack and pinion. The total amounted to atleast $ 1400. But Dan (and others) at this store confirmed after a gud patient analysis that replacing the pump alone for $400 is sufficient. I love the customer service! I went to this Firestone to replace a tire due to a nail. They went over the different tires brands and prices. I chose two toyo tires for my front wheels. I asked if they could get me in and I had an appointment at 1:15pm. They end up replacing my front tires and did my alignment and gave me time to spare for my appointment! The mechanic was really nice and even said he knew I was in a hurry and he would be done shortly. I would recommend this location to anyone! They made my transaction stress free! read more
