If I wanted to drive my car through the car wash, I could have gone to 5 minute car wash and spent half of the money. Instead, I got the pink tax, was pressured to buy a detailing (I did not), and had to drive my own car through the wash. NOTICE TO JEEP OWNERS: they will not drive your car through. They never gave me a reason beyond "It's a Jeep." It's a Cherokee. I shouldn't have to clean my own car for the price I paid. Never again and I warn my friends. Expensive, massive pressure to upsell, won't touch a Jeep. Only giving two stars because the guys who dried her off were excellent. Otherwise a poor experience. read more

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Cobblestone for the past four years. The location in North Scottsdale consistently provided excellent customer service and quality washes. I never encountered any issues there, which is why I felt comfortable continuing my business with Cobblestone after I moved. Unfortunately, my experience at this new location has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The first issue occurred when I signed up for a new membership after moving. I asked the employee to enroll me in the monthly plan, but instead, he charged me $35 for a single wash. When I returned, I was told I did not have an active membership and would need to sign up again. Although I was frustrated, I understood that mistakes happen--especially with new employees--so I agreed to re-enroll, this time with the help of a more experienced staff member. However, on my next visit--still within the same month--I was again told I didn't have a membership. When they pulled up my account, it showed someone else's name and vehicle information. At that point, I became genuinely concerned about how my personal data was being handled. I asked to speak with a manager, and Ivan came over. Instead of offering a refund or a proper resolution, he told me I would need to sign up yet again. I was stunned. He did offer to add a complimentary detail to my account, which I accepted--but when I later mentioned it to a staff member during a visit, they acted as though they had no idea what I was referring to. To make matters worse, a couple of months later, when my membership was finally functioning correctly (only because the manager set it up himself), another issue occurred. After a wash, I noticed one of the employees spending an unusual amount of time on the right-side mirror of my car. The wash took much longer than usual, and there were no other customers, which raised a red flag. Sure enough, my mirror had been broken. No one informed me of the damage--I had to point it out myself. A newer employee, who was kind and helpful, located the broken piece on one of the cleaning carts. This suggested that not only had the damage been noticed, but it had been intentionally concealed. That employee tried to get the manager for me, but when he did, the manager Chris reacted with visible frustration--toward him. It seemed as though he was upset that the employee had done the right thing. When the manager finally addressed me, he was dismissive and condescending, stating there was nothing they could do because the mirror was supposedly an "aftermarket part." I explained it was not, but he refused to listen and simply brushed me off. This entire experience has been deeply disappointing. It reflects a serious lack of accountability and customer service. I'm genuinely shocked at how poorly this location is managed, and I no longer feel confident doing business here. Car wash manager said he vacuumed it himself, he needs to be retrained. They did not even vacuum the seats, nor around the seats. They did vacuum the plastic all weather floor mats. Full service car wash was very disappointing. Was upgraded to platinum and given a month at the price of one wash. However the vacuum was completely rushed and so was the final drying/cleaning portion. When told my vehicle was ready, it was clearly still dirty. The guys cleaning it were just chatting the whole time and barely cleaning. I had to pull into the self service and basically do it all myself. So I had been turned onto them since my days back in 2015 driving for both the major ride-shares in Phoenix. And used the Detail Service after the 3 times passengers were sick. I can attest to the detail team's attention to detail to make some of the roughest rides sweet smelling and smooth as silk. So we have been as a semiregular visitor, even having the Wash Works membership. And let me tell you, 22.00 per was 2-3 times a month is more than the membership. So I guess after next payday I will see if they have a yearly plan. Let me tell you, as an ex-Mobil-auto-detailer, the time savings alone will be worth the price. With that being said, a life-changing event brought me to owning my dream vehicle and so far I have done washes. After I got some of my aftermarket add-on parts installed, I wanted the ride to look perfect. Which brings me to my last paid $80+ for a Diamond detail and I had to say, I was a bit more than disappointed as I asked before agreeing if they will do windows and surfaces inside as well as outer with wheels and tire shine. So I take my son and 3 pups to get the ride clean, the wait was a bit longer than normal, and the odd part is I now own a 2021 Grand Cherokee and was told I had to drive it through the wash after unloading 3 dogs and my son, then after we get out and under the shade for them to clean it. I also was told due to something that happened to another J-G-Cherokee. I had to drive it over in detail. Which fine if that is now the policy. So I did, and it was another 20-25 minutes when dude said it's all done. Now upon inspection: No windows Cleaned No wheels touched No tire shine Some smell good scent I chose So I had to tell the guy, what happened to the wheels, he did a 70% job, at least he wiped them off. But let me tell you, past Diamond Services were IMPECCABLE AND FLAWLESS. I guess I will need to not trust the process and double check each visit. I normally do the Diamond Detail Service 3-4 times a year, shame. I guess I have to say, do better if you want to stay on top. Today's visit was another 22.00 wash and was not disappointed. Time to get your staff up so you can keep the solid customer base referring other drivers to trust you with their rides. Good luck, see you next time. read more

I purchased a $110 Dash, Doors & Console detail on 5/5/23 at the 51st Ave & Bell location in Phoenix. I was told it would take an hour and a half, so we left it there and they said they would call us. 2 hours later I did not hear from them so I called and they said it was ready. When I got there, the inside was not detailed at all and was told that they did the outside detail by accident. We were running late, so they quickly tried to finish up the job. When they said it was ready, there was still so much dirt and we couldn't even see out of the back window. The salesman Jose Moreno was very nice but after we dropped off the truck, it went all downhill. I took pictures of the truck when we got home and was able to look at it closely and found tons of dirt.. even the rear view mirror was not wiped off. I have attached the pictures for reference. I emailed the manager and never got a response. I hope this is addressed for future customers sake. I emailed the business as asked below and never got a response. The sales process here is painfully slow. I only had one car in front of me, but the salesperson spent 15 minutes pushing a monthly membership instead of moving things along. It puts the poor sales guys in a position where they have to perform or they will have money taken from them. Not their fault. It's the company. Perfect stop!! Easy in and out!! Unfortunately I can't get down and dirty but, it's perfect for doing a deep detail , wash and cleaning of the inside if needed. The staff were all very nice and Welcoming. The roller system where you get your car onto is wide and easy to pull in on... thankfully!!! This is one of their larger carwashes with plenty of covered shaded vacuums and it's not so close together where you have to hold your door from hitting the vehicle next to you. It has now been one month since the store manager approved my reimbursement for this service. He said he was not able to issue credit to the card used to purchase this service. He asked me fill out a form that they would send to corporate to mail me a check within 7-10 business days. I have yet to receive this payment or even a call from anyone. When I call the store to speak to a manager, I am placed on hold for 30 min or more. I have also emailed customer service with zero response. Can SOMEONE please contact me???????? Paid $110 dollars to have my truck cleaned. I told the salesman 6 times no tire shine on the tires or on anything in or outside the truck . I had to have them try to scrub it off my tires . And who the hell puts that junk on side steps and floormats. If you pay to have a vehicle cleaning done. There is mo reason to have to spend 45 minutes wiping junk off your paint that you told them not to apply. And to have to scrub my side steps and floor mats to get that frap off . And to re wipe down the interior because they must be blind . Everything was still dusty dirty . I will never go there again what a total rip off. read more

I pay for the unlimited wash for convenience, not to be harassed every time I pull up. Today, after a long day at work and just returning from California, I told the attendant multiple times I wasn't interested in upgrading to a ceramic coat. He kept pushing and even seemed upset that I didn't want the upgrade. It took nearly 10 minutes before he finally gave me my receipt. This kind of aggressive upselling is unacceptable. 100% do not recommend. You spend the money and still end up cleaning your car after you leave. Handprints on the window, stuff wasn't vacuumed, it's just not worth it! And they will try to upsell you on everything! It's not a deal, they just make it seem like a deal read more

They said they cancelled my "other" account months ago because we never used it. Said i would get retroactive payment going back 6 months. They lied. Not only did they not cancel my account but they charged me for ANOTHER 2 months. I called and complained and "canceled" again. 3 phone calls later they finally said "you will only get $20 back because you were not in contact" NOT IN CONTACT? This is my 2nd time cancelling mind you! I said OK Just make sure its cancelled. AGAIN, as of today they did not cancel! I called back and told them to cancel both my accounts. To start they have removed all of their prices from view when you pull up. I had to ask how much the different washes cost. So I paid for the top tier platinum wash and it took them all of maybe 10 minutes. Which is amazing if my car would have been completely cleaned. When I picked up my car there were too many spots to count where they didn't vacuum or wipe down. Not worth the money. Never again. read more

This car wash just opened not too long ago and today was my fist visit. I have been to other Cobblestone Car washes in the valley, but this location was like supersize! They had express wash options, full service options if you want to get out of your car, oil change service, Free vacuums and more! I just got the $5 express wash- I just needed a quick wash on my lunch break with some vacuum service. They towels are available for you to use for free so you can wipe down left over water and before you drive into the car wash they have complimentary dash wipes, trash bags and paper towels. I saw every employee working hard while I was there and everything was very clean! I would highly recommend this car wash- I was in and out quick too! read more

The 51st Ave and Bell Road location is terrible. If you want a poor customer experience and no communication, go here. I dropped my car off yesterday around 1pm and was told they would have it ready at 5pm. I let them know I would give them until 7am the next day nice. The guy looked in the car and said the dog hair was no problem and he has seen a lot worse. I go into today at 11am and was told they were almost done and it would be 30 minutes. That passed and 20 more minutes, which I reached out and they told me 25 more minutes. That passed and no one reached to me about anything. I just stood there looking clueless. Absolutely no communication. I called again and they finally brought my car out... TO DRY! They said the dog hair was the problem, but it seems they just took their time to get to my car and tried to rush it. Scuff marks still on the door, marks by the gear with food residue, the door has this gooey substance on it, but they charged me for a 19 dollar wash on top of the detail. Unfortunately, they had terrible attitudes, especially one of the guys doing my detail. Poor customer experience and I will not be back. The manager Dustin at this location does not seem to have control over his employees. I asked for him multiple times, but he never reached out, albeit he was there in the spa location. $160.00 wash and there is still dirt and marks everywhere! Yup, they rushed and waited on this one.
