Car odometer after most recent oil change showing there to be 4,975 miles driven between oil changes.

If I could give negative stars to this location I absolutely would. I took my car to the 3501 W Bell rd location to get an oil change and went with DuraMAX Full Synthetic 5W-30 Motor Oil. I normally take my car to Valvoline or my dealership for my oil change but in a pinch decided to try take 5 and now regret that decision. I always purchase full synthetic and I always replace when I reach 5,000 miles and never had an issue with the color of the oil or level of oil that had been drained from my oil pan. No issue with oil leak and so on. I just went through another oil change as there was 4,975 miles driven since my last oil change that I thought I received from take 5. My mechanic brought to my attention that the oil was thick and black and only about 2 quarts came out when he drained it. My opinion "I dont believe I got what I paid for" and for that I am appalled at the incompetence of the people who you place your trust in hoping they will be doing the job right. Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this location and maybe steer clear of Take 5 completely. My money was not well spent at this location and I have learned my lesson and will not be scammed by these people ever again. Fool me once, shame on you..... I will not be fooled twice.

He always treats my "baby" like the princess she is and keeps me fully informed on all services as well as what maintenance and or repairs need to be done and when. Highly recommend Christian Brothers in general but THIS store especially!!!

Without indicating there was ANY cost involved whatsoever, Front Desk Guy sweetly asked "would you like us to give it a once-over?" Which, since I was at that time a regular customer, I THOUGHT that meant just give it a safety-check out of courtesy to a repeat, publicly complimentary, senior-citizen client that they maybe cared for! How wrong I was. After having it several days, they tell me that they can't fix the original problem because they "Couldn't find the part - and wouldn't install an after-market part off of Ebay" (My car is a 1999 w/ low mileage) Then the real Clinker after 3 days: They call and say, "We couldn't fix your problem, but come and get your truck and pay Christian Bro's nearly $200 bucks for a "diagnostic" that I WAS NOT INFORMED UP FRONT would cost anything at all! But also, this 'Diagnostic' informs me that my truck needs OVER $4300 DOLLARS in servicings and repairs - Including NEW BRAKES that, apparently the "Diagnostic expert" wasn't aware had been replaced by them on that very truck a few months earlier! I felt totally taken advantage of and complained to the manager, John, who gave me some "yada yada" and stated that that particular employee working the front desk was fired - However, and this is the whole point of the story - This manager of this multi-million dollar, allegedly 'Christian', gold-mine on the corner of Thunderbird & 75th Ave would NOT refund all, or any part, of this deceitful charge with a humble apology for their unscrupulous employee (note: Failure to disclose a COST right up front is a LIE ) Not only that, but Upsell #1 opened the door for MEGA-UPSELL #2 of $4,319 dollars! I STILL look back at this lengthy report with shock and awe. According to this diagnostic that I didn't ask for, there's no reason, whatsoever, my truck is still able to roll down the street. According to them, practically EVERYTHING on my vehicle is on it's last couple of miles.; Lastly, and final insult to my patronage, my age, my intelligence, nor would Christian Brothers even offer a discount or a half-off on the next visit to them. You know, a way of saying, "We still want your business". I think they saw a senior-woman and saw a dumb sucker ready to be plucked out of the stream of suckers. In that lone experience, I learned Christian Brothers is all about "Show me the $ MONEY $" They are only after the money, and customer retention is completely moot. They could care LESS if you are a returning customer. I am no longer using Christian Brothers for any auto repair needs. If anyone knows of an HONEST, caring, competent auto mechanic around Peoria/Glendale please be so kind as to DM me. I'm shopping for one. **I tried to scan & copy the actual Invoice from this incident, but for some technological mystery beyond me - I couldn't get this file search in Yelp to access where I am sure I put the two files.**

I came across an online coupon for 25 % off any oil change service so I thought I would give Take 5…read morea try. When I pulled up to Take 5 I accessed the coupon on my phone and followed the instructions to enter my email address for marketing purposes. When I entered my email the coupon closed and I couldn't access it any longer. I went online and found a $ 7.oo dollar off coupon to use. I pulled up to one of the 2 entries to empty bays while the third bay was occupied. I was greeted after a couple of minutes by a young man who explained that it would be just a few minutes and they would be with me. Eventually I was directed to pull my vehicle into the service bay and again told that it would be a few minutes while they finished up the 1 customer they had When I arrived. Finally someone came to explain the services to me and take my information. In my photos I included the price offerings for oil change services which I had questions about. I was told that for the less expensive synthetic oil change options they used a rebrand oil under their brand but it was Castor oil which is considered a mid- top quality oil. The highest price oil change option is Mobil One synthetic, which should tell you how much better Mobil One oil is considered to be. I settled for the full synthetic change ( $ 84.99 ) with the rebranded synthetic oil. They checked my air filter and other essential fluids and everything was good because I check them myself regularly. My oil change was done and it was time to check out. I brought up the problem with the 25 % coupon disappearing after I entered my email and the attendant indicated that the marketing people were aware of the problem and were working on it. He didn't offer to honor the better coupon but did accept my smaller coupon. From the time I pulled up to the time I pulled out was more like 15 to 20 minutes. There were 2 attendants and both were very personable. The prices are high and if you search online you can find local oil change specials at a better price. The service was good and I was treated like a valued customer. I can't justify them not honoring the 25 % off coupon which was the motivation for me trying Take 5 in the first place. I feel that if they are aware of the problem they should honor the coupon the customer tried to use. I will stick to finding local oil change specials as I have in the past and Take 5 won't get my or my families business going forward.

So I had been turned onto them since my days back in 2015 driving for both the major ride-shares in…read morePhoenix. And used the Detail Service after the 3 times passengers were sick. I can attest to the detail team's attention to detail to make some of the roughest rides sweet smelling and smooth as silk. So we have been as a semiregular visitor, even having the Wash Works membership. And let me tell you, 22.00 per was 2-3 times a month is more than the membership. So I guess after next payday I will see if they have a yearly plan. Let me tell you, as an ex-Mobil-auto-detailer, the time savings alone will be worth the price. With that being said, a life-changing event brought me to owning my dream vehicle and so far I have done washes. After I got some of my aftermarket add-on parts installed, I wanted the ride to look perfect. Which brings me to my last paid $80+ for a Diamond detail and I had to say, I was a bit more than disappointed as I asked before agreeing if they will do windows and surfaces inside as well as outer with wheels and tire shine. So I take my son and 3 pups to get the ride clean, the wait was a bit longer than normal, and the odd part is I now own a 2021 Grand Cherokee and was told I had to drive it through the wash after unloading 3 dogs and my son, then after we get out and under the shade for them to clean it. I also was told due to something that happened to another J-G-Cherokee. I had to drive it over in detail. Which fine if that is now the policy. So I did, and it was another 20-25 minutes when dude said it's all done. Now upon inspection: No windows Cleaned No wheels touched No tire shine Some smell good scent I chose So I had to tell the guy, what happened to the wheels, he did a 70% job, at least he wiped them off. But let me tell you, past Diamond Services were IMPECCABLE AND FLAWLESS. I guess I will need to not trust the process and double check each visit. I normally do the Diamond Detail Service 3-4 times a year, shame. I guess I have to say, do better if you want to stay on top. Today's visit was another 22.00 wash and was not disappointed. Time to get your staff up so you can keep the solid customer base referring other drivers to trust you with their rides. Good luck, see you next time.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Cobblestone for the past four years. The location in…read moreNorth Scottsdale consistently provided excellent customer service and quality washes. I never encountered any issues there, which is why I felt comfortable continuing my business with Cobblestone after I moved. Unfortunately, my experience at this new location has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The first issue occurred when I signed up for a new membership after moving. I asked the employee to enroll me in the monthly plan, but instead, he charged me $35 for a single wash. When I returned, I was told I did not have an active membership and would need to sign up again. Although I was frustrated, I understood that mistakes happen--especially with new employees--so I agreed to re-enroll, this time with the help of a more experienced staff member. However, on my next visit--still within the same month--I was again told I didn't have a membership. When they pulled up my account, it showed someone else's name and vehicle information. At that point, I became genuinely concerned about how my personal data was being handled. I asked to speak with a manager, and Ivan came over. Instead of offering a refund or a proper resolution, he told me I would need to sign up yet again. I was stunned. He did offer to add a complimentary detail to my account, which I accepted--but when I later mentioned it to a staff member during a visit, they acted as though they had no idea what I was referring to. To make matters worse, a couple of months later, when my membership was finally functioning correctly (only because the manager set it up himself), another issue occurred. After a wash, I noticed one of the employees spending an unusual amount of time on the right-side mirror of my car. The wash took much longer than usual, and there were no other customers, which raised a red flag. Sure enough, my mirror had been broken. No one informed me of the damage--I had to point it out myself. A newer employee, who was kind and helpful, located the broken piece on one of the cleaning carts. This suggested that not only had the damage been noticed, but it had been intentionally concealed. That employee tried to get the manager for me, but when he did, the manager Chris reacted with visible frustration--toward him. It seemed as though he was upset that the employee had done the right thing. When the manager finally addressed me, he was dismissive and condescending, stating there was nothing they could do because the mirror was supposedly an "aftermarket part." I explained it was not, but he refused to listen and simply brushed me off. This entire experience has been deeply disappointing. It reflects a serious lack of accountability and customer service. I'm genuinely shocked at how poorly this location is managed, and I no longer feel confident doing business here. It's disheartening to see a company I once trusted fall so far in terms of service and integrity.
