I have been a Firestone Bellevue customer since I purchased my 2008 Scion Tc back in 2014, I have gotten regular oil changed from them and the price has always been good and they have always been curtious. I'm leaving this review today because I felt that they went above and beyond in customer satisfaction. I have had a terrible time with my breaks squeaking (I'm talking nails on a chalkboard, cringe worthy squeaking) when reversing and had my front breaks done in February and noticed the squeaking shortly after but was away for 3 months. When I was back in town I took my car in for the front break squeaking problem, I was told then my back breaks needed to be done and they also said they would fix the terrible noise. Upon receiving my car back, I was disappointed because my breaks although were not as loud, were still squeaking when reversing. I brought mt car in a second time and no success in fixing the noise. On the third time I talked to Mason and he apologized for the inconvience of taking my car in multiple times and promised that they would replace eveything this time. Third time's the charm because today I got my car back and no noise! I was happy that they fixed the problem free of charge and were very nice in the process! read more

Firestone lost a customer today. Recently put on 4 new tires when one blew out. Unfortunately one of the new tires had a bubble. Not good as that could lead to another blow out. Staff at this store were very helpful on the phone when we called to discuss it and when we went in to swap the tire out. The staff at this location was not the issue. The issue was when we were done and they proceeded to charge me for replacing their defective tire. Seriously??! I was told it was a call by corporate to recoup the disposal fee charged in WA. This is just wrong. While the final fee was not a lot (they did discount the heck out of that fee) a company should simply make things right when something is wrong, stand behind their products and their service. Firestone corporation was not willing to do that and I am not willing to do business with a company that takes that stand. read more

I can't thank Mason and the crew at Firestone enough for all they did to help my daughter who had a major incident with her car. She had gotten an oil change at a competitor who messed it up so bad that all the oil drained out of her car. They went over her car with such care and did a new oil fill up and filter and charged half what the other place did that messed it up. They took the time to even come and clean her windows with paper towels and windex to be sure she had a safe view to drive home! They are our oil change and service place for life!! WARNING: watch out for gambits to increase your bill. They were talking to me but my wife picked up the vehicle - wiper blade replacement was on the bill when she got home and we were not asked. There was an oil change charge which I said no to. They reported a stuck nut during alignment and, given the wipe blade dishonestly, I believe that was a ploy so they could charge 300% what the alignment coupon price was. I feel we were played and I no longer trust the store and will not return. read more

My car was making a noise when breaking. They told me I needed new bushings-$550. Got a second opinion from Les Schwab. They told me the bushing were fine. The noise I was hearing was from dust on the break pads. Les Schwab saved me $550. Always get a second opinion. read more

They actually close at 6:00 on Sunday. I was having a tire crisis (tire worn down to the belt) and brought the car in just after 5:30. I half expected them to tell me they were closing, but they slapped new rubber on it, and for around the same price point I asked for. It may be pathetic to feel gratitude not closing early, but all in all, I was very happy with the level of service I received. read more

I've been going to this firestone for years, and it gets worse every time. I can't go to get an oil change without them telling me I need something fixed. Recently in trying to sell my car I got a full car inspection. 3 months ago, I had my car inspected at a different firestone with the only thing being wrong or in poor condition being the bushings on the control arms. When i got my car inspected at this firestone however, on 140th, they told me there was $1000's worth of work needed done on it. They said this was leaking and that was leaking, thats rattling so needs to be replaced etc etc. I found this all hard to believe seeing as how 3 months ago there was seemingly none of these issues. I went to a mechanic that I new i could trust to have the car inspected just for myself, and he said that the car is running like a beauty, all vitals are running well and the only thing he suggested I did is replace the bushings on the control arms, infact he didn't even charge me for the hour long inspection. Alignment plus is where I took my car, seeing as how i know the mechanic personally. Don't trust this firestone, there prices are constantly changing and every time I go in I hear another story about what I need to fix on my car, something that I know is not wrong with my car. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. I recommend you take your car anywhere else but to this firestone, you will not be satisfied regardless of how kind they appear to be. read more

I came to Firestone to get all 4 of my tires changed. The lady at the counter was pleasant and gave us a variety of options for our order. The estimated time was approximately 1 hour to do the work and we let her know we would be waiting nearby for the vehicle to be serviced. About an hour later, I returned and was told that the estimate was "incorrect" and that the work would be done in about 2 more hours. How is that an acceptable estimate? I would understand an hour and a half, but 3 hours for a service that is estimated to be 1 hour is ridiculous. Had I been at home, I might be slightly more forgiving, but the business was aware we were sitting around waiting. I cancelled my order and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The worst service I've ever received. Scheduled an appointment for 1pm with an email confirmation and when I get there the guy denies that there's any appointment on there. I get that issues can occur but he acted as if it wasn't his problem and after a while he finally says he could "try" to take me in at 3. After some more back and forth, I pushed the 3pm. Despite his careless demeanor, I reschedule the appointment to 3. Keep in mind I didn't say anything rude or point out how unprofessional this whole situation was. I come in at 2:50 and wait patiently while he's at the counter. At 3:02 I went to the counter key in hand and literally stood there for 5 minutes and he did not even acknowledge me being there as he continued to do stuff on the computer. I went outside and waited another 5 minutes and still wasn't helped. If I come to a service place I expect to be treated like a human being. On top of that there wasn't a single sorry or incentive for NOT GETTING MY CAR IN ON THE APPOINTMENT TIME I MADE. Not only at 1pm but also at 3pm. My dad and friend are customers and I've told them to no longer give these guys business and I suggest the same for anybody else. For similar prices there are a ton of other auto service places who will treat you better. Thank you for wasting 3 hours of my day, I'd rather pay more at another place. read more

I've been going here for years and have been very pleased with the service. Options are offered but not pushed on you. Staff has always been pleasant and professional with me. Recently had a warranty issue related to work done at a Firestone in another city. Their response was unexpectedly easy. They did repair on my tire after I had a nail puncture. 2 wks later as I was driving on highway, the low tire pressure light was light up on the same tire. I made exit immediately and got the tire pumped up. But 5 days later as I was driving, the lights on again. I drove to Firestone immediately, they found out it was the same spot they did patch on it. But they said the patch didn't stick to the tire, has to replace with new tire. I questioned him that the repair wasn't done properly at the very beginning.. He did't agree, he said i drove on low pressure for long time. Ended up I have to buy a new tire and he refund the 1st time repair charge. read more

One of the worst customer experiences. First they told me me it would take an hour, then after an hour they had not even started yet, so I had to get back to work. Then I had to reschedule for a week later, the night before I get a call from them saying there is some rule where they cannot just sell me the two tires, AFTER I had already signed a waiver to that effect. Meaning my entire Memorial Day trip was ruined because now I needed to find a completely different place to get tires. The guy who called me was total dick. read more

I dropped by for a brake check but first I asked to make sure they had time and find out how long it would take. The guy at the counter said they could do it and it would be about 45 minutes. I thought without an appointment that was OK. He asked if it was making any noise, I said yes, When I BRAKE and it's coming from the brake pads and rotors. Before I know it 1 hour and 10 minutes had gone by so I asked about my car. I noticed my car was up on a rack with the hood up and no one around it. After I asked the guy about my car he replied, Yeah, we'll have it finished up in 20 minutes. So now it went from 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. I let another 25 minutes go by and by now I am pissed and I see my car in the same spot as before and it's about to be 2 hours for a freaking brake check. I speak to the manager and I told him what his employee had originally told me as far as time wise and that I want my car back now. He comes back with the report from his incompetent mechanic. And of course, the report says I need new rotors and brake pads in the back and it would cost somewhere around $280.00. Don't quote me on that. Yeah right, I told the manager to just give me my car back and I was never coming back there again. He then comes back and says, because of my wasted time he would do it for half of the price and would not charge me for the brake inspection. I finally got my car out of that dump and left a full 2 hours and 15 minutes later, and all I came in for was a brake check. About a week later I got a letter in the mail apologizing for their incompetence and offering me the brake service at the discounted price, I threw the letter in the trash where it belonged. I took it to Lexus of Bellevue to have it looked at. I have a friend who works there and didn't want to trouble him because he has to ask for permission and sometimes there okay with it and sometimes there not. AFTER I PURCHASED NEW ROTORS AND PADS IT TURNS OUT THE ROTORS WERE LOW BUT STILL FULLY WITHIN SPECIFICATIONS AND THE PADS WERE OKAY. THE NOISE WAS JUST FROM HAVING PURCHASED CHEAP BRAKE PADS. I WOULDN'T LET THEM NEAR MY CAR EVEN AT A 75% DISCOUNT. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AT THIS DUMP, TAKE YOUR CARS TO A REAL MECHANICS SHOP AND NOT SOME TIRE PLACE. Went to this Firestone using online coupon for 19.99 for A/C Check Up and free brake check up. The shop accepted the coupon but then called and said it would take an additional $80 for the A/C Check Up, just to find out of any problem. Then same thing with brakes, they are not willing to tell upfront what the cost of replacing brake pads would be ,instead they called me again and said it needs brake pads, rotors, and brake fluid. The previous mechanics including Honda never said anything about Rotors, and only indicated brake pads. Then this Firestone charged for some problem they stated for A/C power motor. Then they also charged $22 shop supplies. In total, when I dropped off the car, the estimate was between $20 to $30 and I ended up paying that much just for shop supplies (which was never told), and a total of around $850 not including everything that was recommended . BTW, they also said it would cost another $90 just to find out if there is any problem with left rear power window as they hear some sound. I would not go to the extent of saying these guys are dishonest, but they surely do upsell a lot. Also, while writing this comments, I see some reviewers in whose case the rotors were replaced even if not needed, and after reading those I feel if I was also a victim as no body previously mentioned to me about rotors. read more

took car in for oil change and slow leak repair on tire. james tried to "upsell" me from the coupon price of oil change and, more serious, told me the tire couldn't be repaired because the leak was too near the side wall of the tire. i declined buying a new tire and took the car to earl schwab. they repaired the tire leak at no charge. guess where i'll do my car business in the future ... read more
