Before moving forward, I decided to get a second opinion through Costco's Auto Repair Program, which led me to LBR. From my very first phone call, I was impressed. They answered right away, were friendly, and made it easy to get my car in the very same day. Josh and Ken were both fantastic to work with--professional, honest, and genuinely interested in helping rather than selling unnecessary repairs. They performed a thorough inspection and, to my surprise, told me that no repairs were needed at this time. Even more impressive, they didn't charge me for the diagnostic inspection. Finding an auto repair shop you can truly trust is rare, and LBR has absolutely earned my confidence. I'll be bringing my Lexus RX 350 here for all of my future service. Thank you, Josh, Ken, and the entire LBR team for your honesty and exceptional customer service!

Eventually Byron retired and now Brandon runs Bellevue. Again, the shop is still top-notch. You'd never know Byron wasn't there, except there's a different face greeting you when you come in. Tru-Line is, and always has been, and excellent choice for anything chassis related. Their quality and range of knowledge is outstanding and as we all know, that's a very rare thing in today's world. They were able to fit me in the very same day and even provided a specific appointment time. When I arrived a few minutes early, they took my vehicle in before my scheduled appointment, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, professional, and they successfully patched the tire. Since the repair, my tire pressure warning light has not come back on. The staff provided excellent customer service and had great bedside manners throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. Before visiting Tru-Line, another business told me the issue wasn't the tire and claimed I needed to replace the tire pressure sensor instead. I'm glad I trusted my intuition and got a second opinion. Tru-Line correctly identified the problem, repaired the tire, and saved me from an unnecessary sensor replacement. Highly recommend TruLine for their professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service.

The staff here are professional, personable and caring. I completely support Eschen Automotive for car care, especially if you own an Asian import, which is what they specialize in. This small, family-run business is located in the Wilburton neighborhood of Bellevue in a small business complex. They're only open during the weekdays from 8am-5pm, and appointments fill up quickly. I usually call and make an appointment and am able to be scheduled on a day and time that works best for me, which is always nice. The oil change usually takes an hour, and I recommend bring a check or cash for payment as there is a 3% credit card charge. You don't have to stay for the oil change, but they have seats if you plan to hang out. PLUS, there's Rosie! Rosie is the owner's dog and hangs out at the shop. She is super sweet. The owner always lets me bring my dog into the shop, too, allowing my dog to sit up on the chair. Best staff ever! If you're in need of an oil change on an Asian import that's quality care, affordable, and goes beyond the routine check-up, then Eschen Automotive is the best option in Bellevue.
