Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Never go here unless you've got money to burn. They asked for 1500. I got the work done for 700 somewhere. Still had to pay 300 for their BS diagnostic fee. Don't know how their rating is so high.

And these pictures of evidence have to be shown to the public. My car went in for an oil pan re-sealing. The interaction with the shop was pleasant. The price was about the average market rate. However, the work they did was absolutely horrendous. After the fix, as I inspected the oil level on the dipstick, it was overfilled by almost a full quart! (The oil level exceeded the mark by an entire full-low range). This means that they either went by vehicle specs instead of the dipstick, or they just made a simple but preventable mistake. I took the car on a road trip two days after the fix. On the next morning after I got back, there was a gigantic oil spill on the ground. Now to be fair, my car has a leak from the front engine seal, but nowhere near this bad. (You can see the old dried spots verses the newer much bigger puddles in the picture) This alerted me and I immediately took my car to my buddy's garage, that has a 2 post lift. We lifted the car up and looked under the car. The oil leak from the front engine seal got significantly worse. There was also some oil dripping on the oil pan. !!?? I thought this was due to the overfilling and the fact that they used synthetic blend oil instead of conventional oil. So I decided to drain the oil, and add conventional oil back in. As I took the drain bolt out, I was shocked! There was no gasket (washer) on it! They took the oil pan off, re-sealed it, refilled the oil, and DID NOT put a gasket on the drain bolt. At this point I was extremely frustrated and could not believe how they could possibly do such a bad job. Maybe this was an isolated incident, and they normally do much better than this. But I know I won't be coming back here anymore.

Same day service for a wheel hub replacement on the 2 front wheels on my Mazda CX-5! During the…read moresnow storm I slid making a right hand turn and slammed both wheels head on into a curb. I heard a growling sound from my front wheels that increased in volume as I went faster. I did some of my own research and concluded it was most likely the wheel hub bearings that were damaged. I took my car to Eastside Automotive and Tires first, and I told them about the noise, but they wanted to change out my struts and quoted me $2800. They said they didn't test drive it and just put it on the alignment rack and saw the caster was off by a quarter inch. They did not have a print out or photo of the readings btw. I asked how much to just replace the wheel hub bearings and they quoted me around $1600 plus taxes. First off, they did not test drive it and did not even spin the tires to hear which wheel, left or right, was making the growling noise. I did not feel like they were being very honest an charged me $100 for the "diagnostic", which I begrudgingly paid. So I called up Cascade auto and they gave me a rough estimate. I took it to their shop the next morning at 7am. They spun the tires and heard the growling in both front wheels and also confirmed it in a test drive. They were flexible with the labor pricing and were able to complete the job the same day around 2pm. They even had an issue with the parts they received being bad and had to remove and replace them. I have been driving my car for about a week now and have not had any issues with the noise. These guys do quality work for a fair price. They are a pleasure to talk to and extremely friendly. I highly recommend this garage. Total I paid was $1550 (315 for each wheel hub OEM), which sounds like a lot, but was definitely cheaper than doing unnecessary work like replacing struts. Follow up, Cascade Auto did recommend I go to Les Schwab for an alignment as this is not a service they provide. There I found out the caster was fine and just the toe needed to be adjusted. Do not go to Eastside Auto!

If you're a car person, you're always looking to upgrade the performance, aesthetics, and…read moresuspension of your ride. After getting MYP I knew I could not live with the wheel gap or slight SUV Boat feeling. While the YP is the top of the line for the Y series of Tesla and a well built top to bottom Performance SUV, I needed it to handle closer to an M series, eliminate the wheel gap, and improve efficiency. I searched high and low for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, experienced partner shop that would treat her the way she deserves to be treated. I even visited shops to see their layout, cleanliness, employees, and all around vibe. The clear winner was mShop. First, just look at the lineup of cars they have worked on (search for mShop on Facebook and Instagram). Second, visit the shop, look into the garage and see how well well lit it is - organized, and clean. Third, talk to the owner Li and you will realize his passion and experience behind performance automobiles and that the work you will get is second to none. The genuine integrity Li exhibited throughout the whole intro to delivery of services rendered was excellent. Absolute full satisfaction, well priced, with follow up. I would recommend Li and mShop with zero reservations. Setup a visit, ask questions, get a quote, compare, and choose mShop for your car needs. Easily one of the best choices I made this year and won't bring my car to anyone else for performance, suspension, alignment or other car needs.
