I'm so glad I decided to have mShop do the repairs. It's my second time visit this place because I hit my passenger side mirror at a tiny parking garage. Originally I though it would cost me at least $350 for the manufacturer part and labor. But because Li and his team's amazing job, it ends up just cost me around 60 bucks. Li was very patient with me, first he asked me to send a picture of the damaged mirror. Then he advised me to just change the mirror cover instead of the whole door mirror. He recommended me to buy the parts from Toyota directly, and he even confirmed with Toyota to make sure I order the correct part. Thank you so much for being extremely responsible and professional! I feel this is THE place always think about the interests of their customers

Great Response and Competitive Price. I used to take to a dealership near by my office for maintenance. Last maintenance, the dealership recommend me to replace a front left CV axle assembly and costing a lot of money. I researched mechanic shops around Eastside from Yelp and send a quote request giving my car info and what the car need for fixing. MShop replied back to yelp message with estimate and later email me detail breakdown part cost and labor + tax in couple of hours. I also received quotes more than 3 mechanics. MShop was the cheapest but there was 0 reviews. Since I knew what my car needed, I gave it a shot and made an appointment. The shop owner, Li, was young and gentle. He explained how the part was fixed showing pictures of the area and parts before and after. He also provided alignment check for free. He told that he open his own shop just last month. As his promotion, he gave me 10% off. My car is currently running well. I'm going to Li again if any other issue come up. I'm giving 4 stars now. I hope I add 1 star in my 2nd visit

So when I saw this shop on our way to and from work I was excited. Shop always looked neat and clean. :) Booking the appointment with Blake was seamless and quick. Brought the car in and Mel did a really thorough job of making sure he understood why we were bringing in the vehicle (there was a list!). Shop was very clean and well kept. Mike called us around noon and explained everything. Very professional, unassuming, and candid. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what was done, what needed to be done based on specific issues that were found, and addressed the items they could not diagnose. He even went so far as to explain how issues are diagnosed and that nothing had come up for one of our concerns. Everyone we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and candid. They called when they said they would as well. So we were always well informed. Will be back!

Josh and the team and Doug's are nothing but kind and helpful. I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of or overcharged. They always let us know after our appointments when there may be things like new tires or brakes that we have to consider in the coming months, so we always know what to expect. Not only that, but when my husband's clutch went out last year, the first thing we did was call Doug's and, even though that isn't within their remit, they gave us a great recommendation for who we could have our car towed to for the repair. We moved from Kirkland to Seattle in 2020, but continue to drive over the bridge and drop our cars off for each service appointment because we like them and their service that much!

He took my number down and I never got a call back or ever heard from them again. Honesty a it's a joke of an interaction considering what I asked was so simple and I was accommodating to how busy they were. My wife noticed a handwritten charge on both receipts, finally figured out it said card run fee, because I used my charge card, both times the fix cost over $1200 each, then the charges for fees on credit card was $97.41 no where did it state I would be charged a fee for using a credit card, our friend who works for mac recommended him, I would not. They work on cars and fix things and charge huge prices, when I called two other mechanics I have used before, I was told the total cost for the coils and labor would be $899 minus 20% for aaa discount. Make sure IF you ever use these people you tell them not to do any of the work until you hear from them on the amount before the work is started.I'll be calling my back once this clears through and file a dispute on charges not authorized.

That said, Corey has lots more experience and knowledge than I do (I tell him what I think is wrong, and half the time he suggests maybe something else, and darned if he isn't right! I'd have found it eventually after everything else I did didn't fix it). My suburban stopped running down in Utah one hot summer and had to get towed to a shop 80 miles further down the road (that night's destination, actually, lucky me..) - called Corey for a first 'second opinion' and after symptom discussion he suggested over the phone an overheated original fuel pump - never woulda thunk it, bad gas?, fuel filter?, computer?, yea.. fuel pump? Nah.. - the Utah shop replaced the fuel pump and confirmed it. I learn something new every day no matter how hard I try. My advice is that when you find a good mechanic with integrity at a reasonable price, stick with him. He's more than a mechanic, he's a trusted friend now. Even though it's not to my benefit to recommend him (hard enough getting an appointment because he's pretty busy as it is), I selfishly want him to stay in business, so yea, I highly recommend ProCar. (BTW, that 1-star rating back in 2018 was a vehicle with all the emissions stuff removed. State law at the time would not grant a waiver in that situation - the emissions equipment at least had to be present. Everyone involved came away with a 'bad attitude' about it).
