Corey has worked on all my cars for several years. He's a straight shooter who does good work for a fair price. I won't go anywhere else.

One call or message to Marc, and he gets things handled quickly and efficiently. He completed everything that needed to be done and took the time to explain everything to me so I understood what to watch for moving forward. What stood out most to me is how much he genuinely cares. No matter how long of a day he has had, Marc goes out of his way to make sure your RV is fixed properly so you feel safe, comfortable, and confident in your home on wheels. I have had an incredible experience with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone living the RV lifestyle. Marc is genuine, kind, hardworking, intelligent, and takes his job very seriously. It's rare to find someone who is not only skilled but also truly cares about the people he helps. If you need your RV fixed, don't hesitate to reach out to Marc -- I can confidently say he'll get the job done right and in no time!

I did quite a bit of digging for a center that specializes in RV electrical repair. We had a project that involved my replacing our old lead acid system with a much more capable and lighter LiFePo4 system. Now we are experiencing issues with the battery not getting fully charged and so I reached out. When the phone rang and the gentlemen picked up the phone, all he said was hello. I introduced myself, explained what I was looking for and asked if I called the right place. He said yep. I asked him his name and that's when it felt like it was going down hill. I should have excused myself and called elsewhere. Who sounds exasperated to have to say their own name at their own business? Anyway, I went on to explain my issue in detail, what I had done on my own to try and solve the issue and his reply was, do I want to fix it or him to do it. Again I'm thinking, sir, I came to you for help, what's with the attitude? So again, trying to be as sweet as pie so as to not upset Capt Cranky, I further explained that my vehicle, a brand new vehicle that he assumed I bought used and told me as much may not be putting out enough amps to activate an onboard charger and if this could be examined as well. His answer after learning it was a new vehicle was to take my truck back to the dealership and make them fix it. BUT! This was after asking condescending questions about why I didn't consider this variable and mitigate that. I told him that I just didn't know anymore. I've reached the end of my ability to problem solve and I wanted an expert to help at this point and that's why I was calling him. That's when he tells me that I need to bring my RV to his shop in Marysville (not Redmond), and that he needs actual time to solve the issue in its entirety and to make sure I allow for that at $160/hr. I'm thinking, ok, steep, but probably worth it....until he said this....and if you have a budget of about $300 which it sounds like you do, I'm not gonna look at it. At this point I told the gentlemen I'm done being berated and talked down to and this was a huuuge mistake calling his shop much less staying on the phone with this jacka$$. He hung up the phone and then texted me saying the call got dropped. Ok buddy. Save your money folks. There are other shops willing to make you feel like you called the right place. Clearly not Pacific RV.

This shop doesn't know true customer service, including taking the vehicle for a TEST RUN! Had they driven my car to ensure all is in proper working order after the "job" was done, they would have noticed they forgot to tighten down the motor mounts! I couldn't figure out what awful noises (and a general feeling) I was hearing until I got home (to Snomomish from Redmond) and realized the motor mount bolt was more than half way sticking up! Never got an apology from Dan (the owner) just that he was mad at his employee who worked on the car. He suggested I come back to his shop (during business hours only of course, which meant I'd have to use more of my personal time off from work) to have him do a "look over" even though I kept explaining driving my car to his shop with lose motor mounts (and who knows what else) was not something I was willing to do. Not only that problem, but Dan overcharged me for parts!!!(Gave some excuses why it costed more, but after calling other shops, the parts ordered should have been cheaper than what I was charged. Too late to get refund since I had already paid for it.) Thankfully, I knew someone else who was a mechanic that lived close enough to me to tighten the motor mounts and ensure nothing else was mistakenly forgotten about. Never heard back from Dan to show any concern on fixing the problem nor any kind of offer for discount on bill since I had to "get the job done" elsewhere. If you want to waste your money, Dan will gladly take it!

And finally, and this is the kicker, they've mistakenly listed me as SOLE OWNER on the title which I have in my hand despite the bank financing 90k. The ineptness with this dealership is beyond me and leaves me shaking my head with all of these still unresolved issues. Then my car started leaking a small quantity of oil - maybe 2 or 3 tablespoons. So I decided it was urgent enough, I looked on Yelp, and I chose Eastside Auto Care based on the positive reviews. I called to make an appointment to drop it off on a Thursday afternoon so that they could diagnose the check engine light and the leaking oil on Friday. They said that they would give me a call back between 9-10 AM on Friday. At around 11:30 AM, I called because I hadn't heard anything, and they apologized because they were really busy. No problem with me - I appreciated the apology! They diagnosed the check engine light as a faulty oxygen sensor, said that I needed an oil change rather urgently, and recommended a number of other repairs that I agreed that I needed but wanted to postpone, as I'm in the process of buying a new car. I authorized the oxygen sensor and the oil change. I received another call a few minutes later, apologizing for an error on the quote, and it would be about $20 more than they had originally quoted me. Again, that was totally fine with me because they were apologetic and upfront about it. I told them that if they couldn't finish it by Friday afternoon, it was fine to keep it until Monday. At about 3:30 PM, I called to check on the status of the car and they said that it would be ready Monday morning. Today (Monday), I received a call at about 8:30 AM that my car was ready. I picked it up and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the total was $200 less than the estimate. They double-checked to make sure that they had done the bill correctly, and they had. They also gave me a discount because of the original error in the quote and for being referred by looking at Yelp reviews. What I would like to highlight in my review are that a few things happened that would normally be an indication of poor customer service - not calling when they said that they would, getting the quote wrong initially and having to revise upward - but because Eastside Auto Care was so courteous and apologetic, I didn't mind at all, and it did not lower my opinion of them. Everybody makes mistakes, and all that we can do when we make mistakes is to own up to them and apologize. I look forward to taking my new car to Eastside Auto Care in the near future!

They refused to return my money. Even worse, when they did their "repairs", they lazily put all the car panels in my back seat rather than under the hood where they belong. Not only completely dishonest work but absolutely sloppy and lazy too.
