Beyond the phone calls, I've taken my car in twice once for a minor upgrade (line lock install on my corvette) and a second time for a more significant modification(full exhaust system including headers, down pipe and cat back, intake manifold, throttle body and a new set of fuel rails/ injectors ). Sam and the guys diagnosed it and originally recommended a bigger repair job, but since I'm planning to sell the car soon, I explained that I just needed a solid, reasonable fix so I could drive it safely and not pass problems to the next owner. They worked with me on the price and got it down to around $600 instead of the original estimate. After the first repair the check engine light came back almost immediately, which honestly stressed me out, but I texted Sam and he told me to bring it back the next morning. They took care of it without giving me a hard time, did additional work, and since then the car has been driving much smoother with no shaking and no check engine light. I can't personally verify every single thing that was replaced, but at the end of the day the problem got fixed and they backed the work with a 6 month / 2000 mile warranty, which gave me peace of mind. He had to do a couple of modifications to the new alternators mounting brackets and plastic coupling attachment for a wiring plug. He was great at the modifications and assured me they would not affect the performance of the new alternator. He put everything back perfectly that he had unplugged or unbolted, the only thing that went wrong was the little handle for my oil dipstick broke off while he was trying to get around in the right engine bay of my Acura, he told me what had happened, took responsibility for it and is getting me a replacement dipstick free of charge. I will definitely be using his services in the future. His prices are beyond reasonable and charged way less than any dealership or roadside service shop would. Great value for my hard earned money. I recommend him hands down.
