We contacted a number of businesses on Yelp for quotes, and Shaq had the best price and timeframe. We dropped the flares off the same week. He contacted us shortly after that they found a defect in one of the flares; they offered to fix it, but the flare company decided they'd send out a new one instead. Xtreme Motorsports was kind enough to house the flares until the new one arrived. Within a week, they were ready for pickup and looked great! We really appreciated the attention to detail the employees showed, the quick turn around, and Shaq's positive personality. I'd use their services again!

It's hard to find good mechanics up north. You wanna build good relationships with good folks. Regarding the negative reviews, I think Kevin is someone really honest, and he even told me to shop around for prices, that fact alone means he's not trying to rip anyone off. Kevin also took the time to demonstrate to me on the old part why it was time to replace the wheel and how we prevented damage to the engine be doing proactive maintenance. It's always reassuring to meet someone who is so excited about his craft that he is willing to explain all the inner workings of the engine and how each part is connected. I was in and out in a reasonable time and most importantly, I was not stranded whenever the part would eventually fail. I get all my oil changes done here now too because of the complimentary inspection that they do on the rest of the vehicle so I won't get any unexpected surprises.

This job took 1.5 days longer than anticipated and that could've just been addressed by being more conservative when telling me how long it may take. When I dropped off my car, I was pleasantly greeted by 2 cute puppies! I'm a dog-parent so being greeted by the sweet puppies significantly reduced my anxiety. It sucks to turn in a car for repair but Odicar made the process smooth, easy, and less stressful. He was transparent about what to expect including costs which I love and again, very grateful for. My experience with Showcase Auto Rebuild was unacceptable…read more The initial phone conversation was professional, but it took over a week and a half for the parts to arrive. I called to explain that I had an upcoming trip and would need another shop to complete the work faster. I was told parts had already been ordered and that canceling would result in a 25% restocking fee, so I agreed to proceed. When I arrived at the shop, I brought my mechanic to inspect the parts. During the inspection, my mechanic pointed out blemishes on the parts. The salesperson immediately became aggressive, told him to "put it down," and insisted forcefully that the parts were OEM quality and "perfectly fine." He then pressured me by repeatedly asking, "Do you want it or not?" The interaction escalated further when the salesperson made comments about my size, stood very close to me, spoke aggressively while gesturing with his hands, and behaved in a confrontational and intimidating manner. At that point, the salesperson told me to leave the property. The situation had escalated enough that the owner came out and told his employee to go inside. Due to this behavior, I stated that I no longer wished to do business there and requested a refund. While the owner was calmer, he still refused to issue a refund, even after I explained that I had initially come to take the parts but changed my mind solely because of how I was treated. I also made it clear I would not agree to a restocking fee under these circumstances. No refund was provided. Customers should never feel pressured or intimidated. I will update this review once there is a resolution.

I had already purchased the grille myself, so all I needed was the labor for installation. As soon as I arrived, the front staff were incredibly friendly, and a technician came out to give me an estimate. He grabbed my VIN number, did some quick research, and walked me through the labor required for the service. The entire estimate process only took a few minutes. The original quote for replacing the grille was $270, and since I'm a student, I politely asked if there was any possibility of a student discount. He immediately knocked $40 off, bringing my total to about $230, which was amazing. He was very confident and clear about the work that would be done, and they even had availability within the next two days. I came back in on Wednesday, and the process took about three to four hours. I picked up my car a little later, and the new grille looks absolutely incredible. Overall, the staff were super friendly, and I loved how close the shop is to downtown Kirkland while still being tucked away in a quieter neighborhood. You definitely have to check this place out, it's an incredible spot. The team is welcoming, professional, and honestly, it feels like they can do just about anything here!

The shop communicated efficiently with the at-fault's insurance company, and Katie at the front desk is magnificent, always answering the phone in a timely manner if we had any questions or followups. Mark came out to address our concerns with the paint not matching upon pick-up day, and he took it back to fix with polite can-do's, which really put us at ease. He even offered to replace the black reflector piece that got scratched (possibly during installation), and we really appreciate that gesture too. Second attempt paint match was much better, and it's like-new! They give you a paint sample for DIY touch-ups if you ever need it. I can't say anything about their value because our insurance did not pay for it. Happy to recommend this shop to anyone because their attitude is excellent and makes them easy to work with.
