Henry H took care of me. I took my wife's car into the shop to get the tires rotated. I booked an appointment via their phone line. They answered quickly without much wait. The appointment times were reasonable (granted, I wanted a time during the early week). Per standard procedure, Henry checked the tread depth on all four tires but then he also took the time to check the spare. He got on his knees and eventually on his back (fully laying down) and carefully checked to see how to access the spare. That was some next level service. Brenan or Brendan one of the managers at discount tire was ridiculously rude and unprofessional. He did not greet me when I came into the shop. I said "hello, good morning" and his hello in return was so bitter and short that I knew that this would set the tone for this experience. He then proceeded to ignore me and type on the computer then went to the next room. I said cheerily "oh, you'll be with me in just a minute? Sure, no problem" which seemed to further irritated him. Then the phone rang and he took care of the callers request without acknowledging me still. I then explained that I spent over $1,100 on 4 new tires last year and to service the person on the phone without acknowledging me is "wildly rude." I then explained what customer service should look like (ie greeting and answering the phone to ask to hold and acknowledging the customer standing in front of you) and said "you know?" To which he said "no, I don't." Then the moment my experience changed is when Justice intervened and said "Ma'am, I'm almost finished with my customer and will take care of you." My mood instantly shifted. Justice was like a breath of fresh air. Very professional, kind and friendly. I am so thankful that he was there. He deserves a raise. 5/5 stars to that man. This occurred May 22nd 2026 at 8:24a at the desk and I encourage management to look into this if recorded and use it as a learning opportunity for Brendan and praise for Justice. I needed a full tire change on my Subaru and I had bopped around different places for quotes, even Costco which has been my go-to for years. They not only price-matched my Costco quote, and gave honest explanation of all services and tire brands but were able to get me rolling within 45 min of entering the storEnded up purchasing the more expensive tire brand but it still cost me less than the basic one from Costco or Les Schwab. Ordered tires online, chose a different tread pattern than I currently have for better traction. Tire was in stock. Price was close to Costco's for same model. Briefly checked Costco's schedule and yes, as many people pointed out, you've got to schedule appointments a long ways out. With Discount I was able to schedule a couple days out late in the afternoon so I could just knock off work early. Got there a bit before my appointment, there was a bit of a line, had to wait about 10 minutes. But after that, things went quickly, tech walked out to my car with me to be sure things checked out. He DID ask me if I needed wiper blades, when I said no he didn't press. Told me install would take about an hour. I walked over to Home Depot to pick up a couple small items, then sat in waiting room for a little bit. I think they were done in 45 minutes. Left shop, started driving home, tire pressure monitor on dash showed tires were different pressures, ranging from 33 to 38 (should be 33). I swung back around to the lane they have for customers to just pull through and get their pressure checked. I told him what I noted, he adjusted the pressures and all was well. Checked them again next day when tires were cold and they were fine. That's my only beef that they clearly didn't double-check the pressures after mounting. Tires have worked out well, my gas mileage dropped 15% due to more aggressive tread, but I kind of expected that. read more

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CAN. I rarely write bad reviews. But this place is absolutely horrible. We bought new tires and came here as a recommended install from tire rack. They fail to put air on one of our tires. We went back twice thinking it's the tire pressure sensor issue but they refuse to give it a quick check. I cannot stress how dangerous that is and I will never visit discount tires ever again. I will also feedback to discount tires customer service. Getting them on the phone is also a horrible experience. You would need to wait 1.5 to 2 hours. They obviously ignore any phone calls. The recommended installer was absolutely horrible. They fail to put air in one of the tires and not just that, when we request diagnosis twice they refuse to help. If i can i will avoid tirerack in future. Breakdown of Scenario: 1. Upon collecting the vehicle with new tires at late at night, we immeditely saw the tire pressure sensor error for one of the tires. It was dark so it was difficult to inspect. 2. We immeditely told the service staff and they said to drive for abit and it will go away. After driving 20 mins home, it did not go away. 3. We brought the car back and they said they dont diagnose teslas. But you installed the tires.... 4. We assumed it might be they damaged the tire pressure sensor but on a road trip after driving we realize that the tire did not have air in it. That was absolutely dangerous. They fixed my punctured tire for free. My tires was bought from costco who also would fix the tire for free. However they scheduled me three days later, while discount tires scheduled me the next day -- if I went to their store earlier they'd probably schedule me the same day. The next day I went again. Before the repair they examined my tires to see if they are worn enough to sell me a new set but they are not worn, so they didn't sell me anything. They gave me a time estimate like 1 hour 16 minutes. They finished the repair around 1 hour 14 minutes. The repaired tired held up. It was balanced, and they put the lug nuts back in star pattern. I am a big fan of Discount Tire. Having said that, out more takes significantly longer to get an appointment for even simple things like tire repairs. This means you have to wait 4-5 days for a simple repair. You will also experience longer hold times and once you do arrive, expect to wait at least 1 to 2 hours for your service. The good thing is that they still offer great deals on tires, free flat repairs and free air pressure checks. So they're still the best deal in town despite the longer wait times across the board. read more

Well I just found out that the " warranty certificate " is as bout as useless as used toilet paper !!! I run multiple auto repair shops as well as being a master certified tech. I know when tires are worn and when they have quite allot of life, like mine with only 10000 miles on them ! Well I hit a pot hole and the sidewall bubbles Warranty ! Wright ? Wrong !!!!! To replace 2 front tires that where both replaced at the same time, $685 Called another reputable tire shop and just purchased all 4 plus Mount and balance out the door for $700. Super happy with the customer service here. We had a minor accident which damaged a couple tires and wheels. They helped us pick out a new set of wheels that were in stock and replaced the tires. After this we discovered more substantial suspension damage, which meant we could have just bought new OEM wheels, which are much more expensive, as we already hit our deductible. After calling them following the mechanic's appraisal, they generously told us that we could return the aftermarket wheels we had bought within 30 days, even though they had been mounted on the car with tires (they had not been driven on due to the immediate tow to mechanic after install). I accidentally went to the Kirkland location at first to affect the return and was told that you are not allowed to return wheels after they are mounted, but when I went back to this correct Redmond location, they had no objection. I was super nervous about the whole thing, but they gave me a path to get the car wheels I wanted without a big extra uncovered expense. Also, all of our interactions with their staff were very professional and they were very helpful. Definitely recommend you clarify the return terms before purchase/install just to make sure, but I'm definitely going to prioritize the Redmond Discount Tire location going forward. read more

Good for tire work, not so good for other things. They did a really good job with flats and a new tires in the past. But this time they suggested new wipers while fixing a flat, charged a lot more than it would have costed me to replace the wipers myself, put really cheap wipers and didn't put my rear wiper cover back after wiper install. Then after repeated calls, where they said they are looking, will call back etc., they put me on hold for 30mins...... Discount tire service is the worst ever. Expect to wait weeks for tire repair and to also have to return for the same unfixed problem. For a slow leak and tire rotation they failed on every point. For a three hour wait, the tire was not fixed. The rotation wasn't done. I asked that they rotate as requested, and they rotated three tires and not the one "repaired". On returning I was told it might take hours or I can make an appointment booked two weeks out. Discount Tire will never again see me and I strongly recommend avoiding this poorly managed and run business. read more

Let me preface this by saying that I do not take writing negative reviews lightly. My family and I are long time customers of Discount Tire and they have provided good service for us in the past, so I take no pleasure in watching a previously good company adopt predatory and dishonest practices. Last week I had a nail go into my tire creating a slow leak. My first thought as always: Discount Tire. I visited the location in Redmond near Home Depot on Thursday afternoon and they said they didn't have time to do it that day. They said to drop it off on Friday morning, so I did. I left it there all day and came back to pick it up Saturday morning. When I got there on Saturday morning, I saw my truck in the same spot as where I left it with all of the air out of the tire and the rim sitting on the ground. I went in to talk to them, and again they were busy so I waited for about 45 minutes to talk to someone. The guy I talked to said that the tire was not repairable since it looks like it hit a curb and the damage was on the inside sidewall of the tire. He told me it had to be replaced and they could do it for $300 and it would take a couple of hours. That didn't sound right, so I took another look at my wheel and tire and noticed that there were no hand prints anywhere on the wheel. The aluminum wheels were covered with black brake dust, so if they had taken the tire off or touched it in any way there would be clean spots and smudges where their hands / gloves touched the wheel. THEY NEVER EVEN TOUCHED THE WHEEL! I didn't have time to wait on Saturday morning since I had work, so I asked them to go ahead and fill it up again so I could deal with it later. The employee said that he couldn't fill it for me since it was a safety issue, so I was stuck. I asked again and he refused, so I talked to another couple of guys there and they finally filled the tire and I went to work. When I got to work, I had someone help me remove the tire and find the leak. IT WAS A SMALL NAIL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TREAD - NOWHERE NEAR THE SIDEWALL! We went to O'Reilley's and picked up a flat repair kit for $8.99. I PULLED THE NAIL OUT AND FIXED THE LEAK MYSELF IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES! While I was waiting in line for 45 minutes I overheard two other customers in front of me ask about their flat repairs and they were told exactly the same thing: "the damage was on the inside sidewall, could not be repaired and so it was replaced." Both of the customers in front of me questioned this since they said they hadn't hit any curbs, but they just went along with it since the tire had already been changed. There's an old saying that it takes years to build trust and seconds to lose it. So true. Discount Tire blatantly lied about the damage to the tire and wasted hours of my time. My company has several service vehicles and I have used Discount Tire for all our tire needs for my business as well. Our Silverado 3500 needed new tires and I had 4 new Michelin tires installed today at another tire shop. Our Sprinter van and Dodge van also need new tires, and we won't be getting those at Discount Tire either. Again, it makes me sad to write this review, but I feel an obligation to forewarn other customers about their predatory and dishonest practice of lying about damage and trapping you there by saying they can't fill the tire or let you leave because it is a "safety issue". If you do end up going to Discount Tire for a leak repair and they tell you there is damage and it is not repairable, DON'T BELIEVE THEM. HAVE THEM PHYSICALLY SHOW YOU THE DAMAGE before agreeing to have them replace the tire, BECAUSE THERE IS A VERY GOOD CHANGE THEY ARE LYING. If they try to trap you there because of a "safety issue", have them put your spare tire on and get a second opinion. read more

I mentioned in one of my previous reviews for the Renton Discount Tire that I was very happy with the service provided by Chris and his team. Much to my dismay, most of them who helped me at my previous appointments are no longer working at the Renton location. I found out that Chris had relocated to this Redmonds location, so we decided to drive the distance and give this location a shot. We drove up first thing in the morning, and we were greeted by Chris and Eric. We wanted to get new all-season tires for our new Dodge Ram that we've had for less than a month and were debating between 2 different tires after doing some research. They were very professional and helped us with the recommendation. The tires were also very reasonably priced. We didn't have an appointment, but they were able to get us in and out in about 1.5 hours! They also took impeccable care of our new truck, which is why we drove the distance for someone we could trust with our cars. Overall, Chris and his team came through again and we will definitely make the drive up to Redmonds the next time we need new tires or tire service! read more

I don't write a lot of reviews but I just came from here and had the best experience. I went in to have a tire looked at due to low pressure. Ends up I had a large screw in my tire. They removed the screw and patched my tire and didn't charge me for it. NO CHARGE! The other nice thing is they take appointments unlike another place very close by that is first come first serve with no estimate on when they can see you or how long you will have to wait. I went this morning after noticing the psi was low on one tire. I went in shortly after 8am and knew it would be busy after the Memorial Day weekend. I was waited on quickly by Riley and he measured tread on the tires, explained all were wearing evenly with a lot of tread left and gave me an estimate of time to be an hour.
