    The Italian Sandwich
    Marcus C.

A sandwich is a sandwich - you have to really go out of your way to make one wrong! The times I've been to Firehouse Subs, they've always hit the spot for us. There's always a handful of employees, but we've had no problem ordering there or ordering ahead for pickup. We've tried the Italian and Firehouse Meatball sandwiches - I recommend both. Each sandwich is packed to the brim with ingredients so we never feel like they're skimping out on us. If you're in the area and want a no frills sando, give Firehouse Subs a shot!

The bread on the sandwich was all moldy and we didn't realize it until we ate some of it. Be careful.

Very meh sandwiches. I had the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket (M) and New York Streamer (S), both on Wheat. Reminded me of those frozen food roast beef sandwiches from Costco. The Mac & Cheese was good. But I wouldn't go just for that. I would give it 2 stars, but the dude behind the counter was super funny and helpful. Ambiance is nice. Fire Station theme. Cool framed photos of old fire trucks. Bathroom was clean, but door lock was busted when I was there. Not likely to go back.

I wa able to get a free sub because my name was mentioned as Name of the Day so that was pretty cool. The staff at this location are super kind and super helpful. I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed. The location is clean and ample seatings. The sandwich was SUPER yummy. I ordered the Jamaican Jerk Turkey sandwich, medium and it was HUGE!! There's ample parking because it is in a plaza.

    Dirty Tables.

Stopped here on a long drive. Restroom out of order and soda machine broke and had no ice. Tables were all dirty. The staff were friendly, however. I love Firehouse sandwiches and the French Dip sandwich was good but I definitely would have went to the next Firehouse if I'd have known this one had the issues it's having.

    So good!

Been craving an Italian sub and it was a late Sunday so all the other sub shops were closed. The husband picked up sandwiches here for us to try and I was not disappointed. The Italian sub was stacked and a hot mess to eat but it was so delicious. The service was quick and efficient. Glad we grabbed the sandwiches from here.

Spicy Cajun chicken on garlic bread, Miss Vickie's sea salt, chips, and a soda

Decent sandwich and love that you can get any size drink with combo. I can taste that the lettuce is not freshly cut because I can taste that weird package lettuce taste. So it makes you wonder if any of the other vegetables are freshly cut. Service is good and fast. It's a cute small shop with ample seating from storefront length window. They share a large parking more with other eateries and 24hr fitness

Always come here for the subs and always have great service and in a timely manner. Stopped by today and everything tasted good my only complain was i got the steak and cheese sub and it's was completely cold. My drive from when I got it was 4 mins max we even ate in the car to be able to eat it before it got soggy. Everything else was okay I just wasn't able to enjoy my sandwich had to wait to get home to eat my other half after heating it up in the oven.

Disappointed! First time trying these subs. Ordered a small thinking its like , capriottis, jersey mikes Like small sub, m or large Come to find out its not even half of a sandwich and its 7 dollars. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered a the Dom and a supremo on their website at about 1:30pm on a Friday. It was ready at 2:30, which seemed like a crazy long wait for a sandwich, especially considering the place was empty when I got there. But alas. I wonder if it would have been quicker for me to just go in and order in person. Anyway, the wait (and 30 minutes of wandering around target to kill time) was worth it. The supremo - it's basically a slice of pepperoni cheese bread. Which is delicious. My late uncle's friend used to make us a pepperoni bread every year at Christmas and try as I might, I could never make it as good as hers. This one is closer than I've gotten! They forgot the side of Marinara for dipping, though, but it's fine because I have no chill and inhaled this thing on the drive home. While I was expecting something a little bigger based on the photo and the price, it was tasty and I would prooooobably get it again. The Dom - the real reason I'm here: a sandwich! I asked them to swap out the provolone for pepper jack, as I do not like provolone. The ratio of all the ingredients was spot on! The bread was soft with a little chew. Everything was fresh. Sandwich was a good size overall. 10/10, would eat again. Excited to go back to try a pizza or maybe a meatball sub or lasagna!

We paid $68 for two salads and an order of fries, which felt overpriced for the quality and portions. What really stood out, however, was the customer service. I visited with my mother and my toddler son. Since my son wasn't going to eat fried food, I bought him a fruit smoothie from a neighboring business. While we were already in line paying for our order, the owner or manager approached us and informed us that outside food and drinks were not allowed because the restaurant is kosher. Although he said he would make an exception this one time, he approached us again while we were waiting outside for our food. We had chosen to sit outside because the restaurant was crowded, loud, and stuffy inside. Despite us not causing any issues, he again insisted that the smoothie could not be on the premises and began explaining that his license could be suspended due to association rules. We politely told him it wasn't a problem and decided to take our food to go. I understand businesses have policies, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily confrontational, especially considering the drink was for a toddler and we had already spent nearly $70 at the restaurant. Between the mediocre food, high prices, and rude customer service, I would not return. There are plenty of better dining options in the area.
