This location isn't as good as the one in Irvine. The fries weren't seasoned (which was the best part!) and the crunchy chicken wrap was kind of bland and disappointing, especially for the price ($20+ for a wrap and fries). The parking lot is also super cramped and difficult to navigate read more

I ordered the Cali Pita with chopped chicken it was pretty good, It's got a little kick to it but the food tasted fresh and the pita was nice and fluffy. For the price point, I can't complain too much. I also got the Dip Trio, which came with about six pita triangles, some carrots, and three small scoops of hummus. The hummus flavors were pretty good, the one with feta was definitely my favorite but honestly, I wouldn't pay $10 for it again. It just felt a little pricey for what it was (then again, it's 2025... everything's inflated ). Service was great though Alicia, you rock! The bathrooms were super clean too, which I appreciate. I admit, Luna Grill is one of my favorite chain Mediterranean food casual restaurants. I've been to another location, this was my first time at this location in Sherman Oaks. I was greeted upon entering for the early dinner hours and restaurant wasn't busy at all. Ordered my food and unfortunately they were out of salmon (so disappointing) so I got a combo with shrimp and koobideh. Idk the food is just mid. The hummus is like hard and stale, it just tasted weird. The chicken was wet and rubbery, the salad had no condiments either which I thought was weird. My bf placed the order with Daisy, who forgot to add his food order so the pick up was prolonged...My order had fries instead of my usual rice, the fries are always very salty & hard! Again, the salad dressing was wrong, and there were no tzatziki dips..!! Daisy wasn't at all communicative, so it was a very unpleasant experience, plus they should've remade the fries, they were thrown in the trash as they were very salty & hard....We're spending $50 for 2 disappointing meals, now we're taking a long break from Luna Grill...I hope things improve!! read more

This place is pretty solid. My mom loves it and that gives it extra points. The wrap is good but perhaps make the chicken pieces smaller, it's a bit ridiculous to take bites out of. The Greek fries are bomb. It's definitely on the pricier side which is fine. The place is always clean. I stopped coming here about six months ago. I have wanted to return, but my partner refuses to go. Up until our last visit the food was always excellent, fresh and nicely done. Our last visit, we ordered the hummus appetizer with carrots. The portion was noticeably reduced, and it was not worth it. In addition, I ordered a salad with chicken, which was dry, leathery and clearly repurposed. This was very different from the fresh standout food from previous visits. This location is about 5 minutes from my work & was treating my colleague out for lunch. I ordered online (which was quick and easy) but when we got our order and got to chowing.... It seemed we received very small portions. It looked like our leftovers I was shocked so I called the location to verify how many pieces of chicken came in the bowl and he verified ONLY 3. For $30 I was disappointed. The service was not great either. I arrived and gave my name. The attendant didn't hand me my bag but made me reach over the cash register and pick it up myself.
