I LOVE the chicken kabob with basmati rice dinners from Panini Grill. This is by far my favorite item on the menu. I have tried other food items; however, I always return to my favorite. The kabob plate I recently had was DELICIOUS! The chicken was moist and perfectly grilled. The basmati rice was so good and filling, and my Mediterranean salad was very good as well. The lentil soup was hearty and left me wishing I had ordered a larger bowl. Our waitress was very hardworking, kind, and attentive. The entire restaurant was clean, everything was shiny, and the tables were well-stocked. Parking is available in the large private lot. This was a great dining experience.
Panini Kabob Grill is always our jam, but we never got to try the one closest to us until recently. This one is located at the Westfield Fashion Square mall off of Hazeltine Ave & Riverside Dr. Since it's part of the mall, there's ample parking to be found. They have a covered patio area where you can sit outside but we ended up eating inside. The Charbroiled Chicken Shish Kabob is my usual order. Pleased to say that it's quality here is up to par with the other locations. It's the perfect plate to get stuffed with and not feel horrible about it afterwards! The service is really good here as well. We had an issue with our order, but they corrected it immediately and went above & beyond to make sure everything else was great. If you're in the area and want to have something on the healthier side, PKG is always a dependable choice!
It was our first time dining here at Panini Kabob Grill in Fashion Square Mall at Sherman Oaks. We had lunch on a Saturday afternoon with the family. Thankful to my dad and brother as we continue our eating out together as a family despite the passing of our beloved mom. Great customer service and really good food, thanks to our awesome waiter Jonathan. For this visit we ordered the following meals; Alfredo linguine with chicken, chicken shish kabob, chicken pesto, 2 meat lovers, romaine salad, hot tea and the falafel combination appetizer. Our meals were all so tasteful! The basmati rice was cooked just right. The chicken and beef were all tender and flavorful. None of the meats were overcooked. The portions of each meal was just the right amount. Some of them were plentiful and we had to take them for to go. The falafel combination apparently and hummus were good. We will be visiting Panini Kabob Grill to try other food items on their menu. We like frequenting restaurants with great customer service and delicious meals with a variety of items on the menu.
Another amazing experience at the grill. This time I ordered another grilled chicken kebab and I fell in love with the lime and oil salad dressing. At $19.99. It's really a great deal considering that it's located at a mall. Valerie was our server and was extremely helpful. It's so refreshing to see such a pleasant server who thoroughly explained everything about our two plates that we bought. This is our new spot when we come to Sherman Oaks fashion Square from now on.
This was our first time eating here. We ate inside but theres also an enclosed patio outside. Jonathan was our server and was very hospitable, especially with our food allergy. Thank you! I ordered the Chicken pesto panini with avocado salad. I liked the salad a lot. Good avocado and the salad was mixed well. Chicken was tender and the bread was grilled but not too hard where it hurts the roof of your mouth lol. I washed it all down with a Strawberry lemonade which was refreshing and just sweet enough. Really good! Thank you!
The order is salmon with half bulgar and half salad. But missing the salad, after we called in the manager was super rude, said I can call the "corporate" to refund $4.99 in 4-5 days for a food they never gave me! She did not admit that she ruined the $29 dinner for me. Panini used to have very nice staff in the past and the food portions were much better.
I've placed two carry-out orders from Panini Kabob Grill so far, and it's been pretty decent. So far I've tried their falafel KA box & platter, lentil soup, and side of sliced cucumbers, and I've enjoyed all my food. I love that they serve their pita bread warm (it's a first for me), plus their sauces come in generous portions (twice or three times bigger than other places). Their food is also affordable for what they serve. I look forward to trying more vegetarian options from their menu next time. This place is connected to the Westfield Fashion Square mall where you can find plenty of parking just a few steps away from Macy's (Finish Line, shoe department entrance). They provide both indoor and outdoor seating, and although I haven't dined in, I can say most employee's have been attentive. My food did take a little longer than expected this last time, but it it makes sense because it was close to dinner time on the weekend. I didn't notice them calling names for pick-ups and although I did tell 2 workers my name when I arrived, I had to do it again because my order was sitting there for a couple of minutes, so make sure you stand in front of the pick-up area and ask again once you see new orders on the shelf, lol. I consider this place worth a try, and I will definitely stop by again when I'm craving Mediterranean food in the area.

Service has always been great! The food was delicious. We had the kitchen split our meal for an extra $4 which allowed us to pick a salad of of choice. Chicken Kabob was juicy and tender, the beef koobideh was seasoned & grilled to perfection. I've never had a bad meal to date. The servings are pretty big and definitely enough to split with someone else. The salads are also so fresh and tasty. The restaurant is very casual with a lot of indoor seating as well as a covered outdoor patio. They are also pet friendly!
Straight up. Service matters! I was in a party of 18 and luckily the restaurant was fairly empty. They sat us in probably the best spot for our group considering we had kids. Rene was our first waiter and did a great job staying organized in taking everyone's order. Then even after we played musical chairs, the staff got the right dishes to the right people. Solid. Then service just leveled up when Valerie took over. Super friendly, always smiling, and hustled. I often saw her lifting heavy trays and even closed out check with one hand (literally. The other hand had a tray). Refilled drinks without asking, organized the birthday dessert with candle, lighter, and song. As we left the restaurant, I asked if she can take our photo. She smiled, handed off a to-go order, met us outside, and took an amazing group photo. Quick shout on the food. Tasty, hot, nicely presented, and good. A bit pricey BUT you get a good amount of food. Leftovers for sure. Place was clean including the bathrooms. Parking is plentiful because it's attached to a mall. Anyway, service will make or break any dining experience. We had 18 people, no real reservations, and the staff elevated the party, especially Val. Hats off PKG.
We were walking in the park and around the mall during the evening and decided we wanted dinner so stopped here for takeout. We walked in and were told by the server who came to seat us and when we told her we wanted takeout she said to go see the "gentleman" at the back of the store, so we did and the server was right! Eric was a gentleman, good sense of humor, schmoozed with us a little, took our order and told us to come back in 20-30 minutes for our dinner. I got a salmon wrap which, once I got home, was very good. My wife got a couple salads that will last at least 3 meals for her. We were very happy to see that the food at this Panini Kabob Grill was as good as the other one we've eaten at and will come back when wanting this type of food.

We tried it the first time in Long beach, I had no idea there's one here by my pad in Sherman oaks!!! Nice!!! I am a big fan of Mediterranean food, this establishment is best!!! Perfect texture, portion and price!!!! I love the salad!! I came today pick.up 10/17 for lunch. Im glad I did!!!! Never disappoint. Greeted right away by this beautiful lady, very nice, very helpful. The ambiance is just welcoming. Airy, spacious, natural light and no problem with parking,its adjacent to the Westfield mall. This is my go to from now on!!!!!! Oh ...food is delicious!!!!!!!!! Absolutely amazing grub, everything was on point and fresh. Been coming here for a while now it's one of our favorite places to enjoy delicious food. This place is clean and refreshing, we sat out in the patio area and it was just perfect. Our server Noe was awesome and very welcoming. We stopped by on our way into the mall! Ambiance was very inviting like a ma and pa place! We got seated outside, the patio furniture is very comfortable. Unfortunately once we were sat we were forgot about and a server didn't come until 15 minutes after being sat. We gave her our full order because we were starving. We watched tables be cleared and served inside for 20 minutes before she then brought our drinks and then another 25 later we received our food. we still didn't have silverware so then we had to wait until we were able to get someone to bring us utensils! Food was GREAT! My chicken pesto panini was perfect and greek salad was FRESHHHH! So I give 3.5 only based off of our service. Tried here for lunch with my mom and little brother. First off; parking is easy since it's a mall but also it's a mall so depending on the time of day, may be an issue. Second, lots of seating and the noise level inside isn't too bad so it's easy to talk to your table. The menu is full of various options so mom and I opted to split the two dishes we wanted to try and my brother went with the item he never gets. Mom ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap but subbed the chicken for tofu, and opted for a Greek salad as the side. The whole plates were generous portions so the half a wrap I got was a meal all of itself. The produce was fresh and crisp, the tofu cooked well but the surprise was how the tofu crumbled like Feta and had the type of texture to be a little creamy a little meaty. For my Mom's first time having a wrap like this, she was beyond thrilled and loved the salad. The small dipper of hummus was a real surprise too, smooth but slightly lumpy hummus that had a light taste but finished with a brightness of herbs was a real delight. My brother opted for the steak panini, something like a Philly Cheesesteak but without all the cheese. Well seasoned beef complimented by fresh peppers, onions and mushrooms with slices of provolone on toasted bread. He loved it, and his side of Caesar salad was perfect for him though we both agreed for the salad and the wrap, the dressing could stand to be a little thicker and more of it. My dish was the Rigatoni Rosa with the chicken; this was such a surprising comfort food I cannot wait to have it again. Light Rosé sauce that's just a hint of sweet and touch of tomato, when paired with the chicken each bite was heaven. The chicken was seasoned so well and charred just the right amount to lock in all the juices and flavor. Nothing needed to be seasoned, and we enjoyed our lunch so much, everyone finished their plates! Will definitely be going back. read more
This place is on the newer side. Located at the Sherman oaks fashion square near Macy's. Therefore it's plenty of parking spaces, however, because it's attached to the mall during certain times parking may be hard to find. I walked in to place a to go order. The host was nice and helpful when I asked her about certain menu items. I decided on the veggie kabob which came with rice, Hummus and a side salad and my friend ordered the Koobideh which came with rice, humus, grilled vegetables and tatziki. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The order came out pretty fast (maybe a 10/16 minute wait). The place was not crowded at all so that could be why the food came out pretty fast. Although I did not order a drink, they do have a wine list and limited beer options. The shrimp kabobs looked really good so I am definitely going to try this next time. read more

The place was busy when we came. Customers are in and out (dining and pick up too) but we were seated right away. We chose to sit indoors because the weather is not ideal at the time of visit. By the time our server came, we were ready to order. We ordered the Flat Iron Steak Shish Kabob. It was a lot for my client so we shared it. The food didn't take long to be served. The salad was good. The dressing didn't overwhelm, it complimented well. The beef needs a little seasoning and it was tough even though we asked for medium but it was edible. My client and I decided to try the lamb next time. Our server is a champ, her area or section was busy. Customers were in and out. But she didn't get flustered. Does Panini Kabob Grill take reservations? I will be dining with a group of 10 people.
I dont believe they do Im not certain you do get seated right away and your order taken promptly every time I had went to one of there locations.
