Kids meal forgot my rice
Courtney S.

The most foul and overpriced delivery I have ever had! Ordered the full price pepper steak and it came with maybe 5 pieces of beef for $25, the beef was so tough couldn't chew it and the rice was HARD and completely inedible. I had to make my own rice! I also ordered a kids meal which is supposed to come with rice but they didn't include any, but honestly I had to make my own rice regardless because they served me undercooked with my main meal. Absolutely disgusting, worse than Panda Express and the chicken was basically a McDonald's chicken nugget. Could've bought a bagged item from Walmart and threw it in my air fryer and that would've been better than this meal. Ewwww!

I want to take this opportunity to say what an amazing experience it was for Valentine's Day at P.F. Chang's. Our server, Gregg was absolutely outstanding with accommodating us with our dietary preferences. He was patient, knowledgeable, and was able to accommodate us when selecting our choices from the pre fixed menu for Valentine's Day. Food was spot on and so was the service. We got to experience going into the back corner room where it was less crowded and more intimate. Definitely a wonderful Valentine's Day experience. Also helped that we had made reservations two weeks prior for Valentine's Day. Again, a great experience from food and service.

Chang's Spicy Chicken

I'm honestly pretty disappointed with how this experience went. I love P.F. Chang's and I frequent often at other locations so I know what to expect from a pretty normal dish. When I received this I was first thinking there was going to be more food somewhere. This dish was the size of a kids meal with little to no fried rice under ($3 up charge). The flavors were good I was just not expecting to finish the dish and still be hungry. This order was takeout

rude hostess

we had a reservation on Mother's Day for 6:30 PM. The two hostess extremely disrespectful and rude one was hiding her face in the photo. I only took a photo because they don't wear name tags and they were extremely confrontational so I'd rather not have another conversation with them. We arrived on time we got told to sit and wait on the side with no wait time while they sat customers who had no reservation and when I asked why is that they were very sassy and snarky. awful Customer Service we went to Buffulo Wild Wings and had a wonderful time!

When it comes to food at the Sherman Oaks Galleria, wifey and I always choose between The Cheesecake Factory or P.F. Chang's. To be honest, we've been coming to P.F. Chang's a lot more lately because it's closer out of the two coming from the parking garage (what can I say, we get lazy!) but also because the service is miles better! We're always warmly greeted upon entering, the space inside the restaurant is huge (so you never feel cramped no matter how busy it gets), the servers are always attentive and friendly, and the food is pretty good to boot! For appetizers, the Pork Dumplings are our go-to. For chicken, Chang's Spicy Chicken and the Crispy Honey Chicken always hit the spot. If you want to get fancy with a non-alcoholic drink, the Strawberry Cucumber Limeade is a refreshing way to wash everything down. Food is family size (or individual size depending on how hungry you are) so we always share. If you want to treat yo' self at the Sherman Oaks Galleria with good service and tasty food, make a beeline straight to P.F. Chang's!

Brócoli beef with extra beef

It is so convenient to come here before a movie. Servers are always nice. I always order extra meat but 4 dollars extra should be noticeable from the regular order

I've been coming here for many years and it's been consistently great. The food, cocktails and service plus atmosphere makes the place fun to dine. Aliyah their mixologist is outstanding. She makes you feel welcome and a queen! Family friendly and free members rewards program. Easy parking in mall.

I tried this PF changs last week, we were greeted and seated right away. They had some good deals going on but the food wasn't great. We had veggie eggs rolls , salad, soap and 2 entrees. The veggies rolls were nasty they tasted like soap or something, i also think the soup didn't have enough flavor but everything else we had a ok taste. The service was good, so i may give it another try.

Adinai S.

I really liked the Mongolian beef it was delicious and full of flavor. The shrimp with rice was also really good and cooked perfectly. The sushi was fine, not the best I've had, but still decent. Overall, this is probably one of the best Chinese restaurants I've tried so far, and I'd definitely come back.

Chang 's Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Oh my how Pf Changs has changed. My family and I would frequent this location but after our recent experiences, won't be coming back for a while. Hopefully they improve their quality so we can come back. The issue is the food portions and quality has really changed. The lettuce wraps no longer come with the half a head of lettuce like we were use to. It only comes with a couple pieces now and you would have to constantly ask the server for more. There are also no more sauces on the table where you can customize your own sauce to the spice level of your liking. You now have to ask the server for sauce and they bring out a small cup at a time. The entrees are also super small, and not really shareable. I hope they bring their quality back because we really use to love coming here.

This place was called Voila Boutique for as long as I can remember. The Rustic Spoon opened right before the pandemic. They survived and now this is definitely one of the best Thai spots in town. We started off with Steamed Chicken Dumplings, Tom Yum Soup with Shrimp and Jasmine Tea. The Dumplings were fine, the soup had a nice lemon grass broth, lots of mushrooms and about five full shrimp. We moved on the the Krapow with chicken, which was very tasty. Drunken Noodles with Beef was also very nice, and then we had two curries with chicken - The Yellow Curry and the Massaman Curry. Both were served in a Yellow curry sauce. The subtle difference was the cinnamon braised chicken in the Massaman curry, otherwise both dishes tasted the same and were very good. This was a delicious meal and a very pleasant experience. The service was excellent and the vibe inside is comfortable, relaxing and sleek. They don't have low sodium soy sauce, but they have plenty of good spice options which they will bring to the table upon request. There is also a large parking lot in the back, which is very convenient. As much as I like the Toluca Lake location, I think I like this spot better. The larger dining room has more space between tables, but it still maintains an intimate vibe. The menus are identical. Tasty food, great service and an enjoyable atmosphere. I'm a fan!

We've been doing that for a few years now, so that should tell you something right there. Our order is fairly consistent: we each start with a mimosa that comes in a highball glass, so one is usually all we need. Next, we share an order of kimchi biscuits (you get two). So delicious! Packed full of kimchi, bacon and cheddar cheese, it's a nice combo of flavors that play well together. The interior is usually soft and warm, with a nice crunchy crust. Top that with a smatter of the cinnamon butter that it comes with...yum! Our choice of entree varies, anything from avocado toast, to their kale and seaweed salad or any of their other selections they have from their brunch/lunch menu. On this outing, my friend and I both opted for the bibimbap. I opted for the pork bulgogi while my friend got the chicken version. It comes with a generous amount of carrots, zucchini, shiitake mushrooms and bean sprouts, and is topped with a runny, sunny side up egg that serves as an excellent sauce when you mix everything together, along with the gochujang sauce. We upgraded and got it with brown rice in the hot stone bowl. Worth it! The regular bibimbap is good, but when you mix in the crunchy crust that comes from the bottom of the stone bowl, you get an additional texture that makes the dish really stand out. The flavors already come together nicely, and the crunchy bits just enhance the experience. For dessert, we like to share the "lemon pie", which is actually a scoop of lemon gelato that comes in a glass that also includes graham crackers, topped with toasted marshmallows. A nice way to end the meal. And the staff! We usually either have Justin or Ann as our server, but everyone there is super friendly and helpful. They are consistently good at checking up on you and making sure you have everything you need. Just another 5 star reason of why we keep coming back!
