Stopped in after watching a matinee movie. Got a hankering for a sub sandwich. Chose the medium New York Steamer. Very hot and delicious! Definitely a very busy place waited about 10 minutes which is reasonable. Prices are above average, but it's to be expected with the economy. Anyway, staff was very cheerful, helpful, and polite. Percentage of the receipts always go to first responders. Great cause!Restaurant was very clean. Plenty of inside seating. Definitely a return trip.

I'm never disappointed at Firehouse Subs!! The portions are very Generous! Service is always very delightful, very friendly and professional! We are all not perfect, and things happen, this has happened only twice to me, and they were not big enough problems to cause a problem, they caught it, the issues. In all the years they have been in New Berlin, they always make it right, with no qualms whatsoever! The Restraunt is always very clean, and plenty of seating, they even have catering! The prices are right, especially for the portions! Some of the money goes to First Responders! It's a win win!! The very nice and professional gentleman I dealt with this last time gave me a card with the name Chris Standlee on it. If this is his name or the owner they both run a very good business!! Thank you so much! Good restaurants are hard to find.

I'm torn with this Raising Cane's review. I wanted to love…read moreit. But- it was just average. We both got THE BOX which came with bread, slaw, the tenders, canes sauce, and crinkle fries, and a soda. $11.59. Total of just over $24. It was busy. I expected piping hot food and lots of turn over and cooking to order basically. Nothing should have been just sitting. Our chicken wasn't really hot and was soggy not crispy. Odd. The sauce definitely was needed to boost the flavor profile- because the chicken itself didn't really have a flavorful breading - and it was soft. Odd. My husband had two sauces - I got one. Odd. The fries weren't bad- but not terrific. The toast was warm and nice. The slaw cup- mine was going brown and my hubbies was beautifully fresh. Odd. We just self served ourselves from the coke machine area. They did have sweetened and unsweetened tea there. The lemonade was behind the counter. There were a lot of people in the drive thru and inside where we ate. It got to where there was no seating and people stood just looking at you hoping you were finishing. The bathroom was in constant use. Crazy. Families and teams and couples were there etc- so it was family friendly. The service was full of smiles and thank yous. At the end I found a black hair in the bottom of my styrofoam food tray. I know it happens. I didn't complain. Not sure if we will frequent them. If there were half stars- it would be a 3 1/2! May your visit be better and wow you!!

Finally I tried Soban after having it on my places to try and it was FANTASTIC!!!!!…read more Do not underestimate the portion, it is a lot of food for what you are paying, the photos do no justice. I had the spicy pork bugolgi with purple rice, mandu, and kimchi. The food tasted great! Very authentic and I love how they do not cater to the average joe. They kept it very real! The pork was very flavorful, rice was sticky and soft. Kimchi was crunchy and fermented. I've had plenty of Korean food all over the country and for a quick eatery that I don't have to sit down and can easy call for pickup. The food and overall service is remarkable. 5 starts and a A+. Wish it was a bit closer to north side Milwaukee but I don't mind the drive, better than going down town or down to Chicago. A definitely must try!!! Trust me bro. lol

First time here. This place has gotten some good press lately, and people have been buzzing about…read moreit. We stopped in a little after noon on a Saturday. There were several other small groups eating inside. Food: For lunch, I got the bulgogi, along with purple rice, mandu (dumplings), and mashed sweet potato salad. My wife got the honey garlic chicken, japchae, and sesame slaw. There were some really good parts and some that were disappointing and underwhelming. For starters, the hot (temperature) entrées weren't really hot. I would say everything was warm. It looked like they were keeping things fresh by only having a small amount in the warming trays, and maybe we got the last of it before another batch was made. Both of the main entrées had great flavor. The bulgogi was very tender, and the marinade flavors were delicious. The honey garlic chicken was also very good, but again suffered from only being warm. The mashed sweet potato salad was a nice surprise and was chilled nicely. The mandu (dumplings) were a bit bland and really needed a bit of soy sauce to add interest. Service: All of the folks who took care of us were very pleasant. They did a great job welcoming us as soon as we entered. We were unsure about some of the items, and they explained them clearly and gave us time to decide. You can order from a list of standard combinations or customize with a starch, protein, and sides. Easy peasy. Genuine smiles, and we felt appreciated. Atmosphere: The place is located in a small strip mall, with lots of natural light coming in through the large front windows. There are several tables and high-tops in the front, with additional tables toward the rear. It's easy to figure out where to go to order. The paper menus and menu board are easy to read, and there are placards that describe what you're looking at. If I came back, I would definitely get the bulgogi again and would just hope that it and the other items were served at a better temperature.

The decor is unique with a funky woodsy theme that includes a taxidermy bear, fish tank and two inside tables. My service was friendly and fast. I would order the the north woods spicy Italian which is pepperoni, salami, bacon, tomato, red onion, fresh mozzarella pepper Jack cheese, mayo and giardiniera 9 inch at a premium price of $16. First off it actually measured over 10 inches, thank you SW. The sandwich looked good on sesame seed Italian bread which is the perfect bread for sandwiches. The side view looked great and they don't skimp on anything. The fresh toppings, meats etc were plentiful. The Italian bread was perfect because it was fresh with that slight chew in the crust and slightly dense to hold up to this messy sandwich and the generous mayo really makes this sandwich. My first bite was like WOW this is fu%king delicious and a more like a gourmet sub compared to the well known chains. I don't mind paying a premium price for something that is better than most sandwich shops. Overall I'm impressed with this sandwich quality and quantity vs taste. It's a 15 minute drive from me and I can see my self returning to sample Moore of the menu.

I'd also like if the bun wasn't cut all the way through to hold the sandwich together better- actually don't mind a messy sandwich... but my friend wasn't loving his falling apart. I do hope they survive- and maybe they'll rearrange to allow us to eat inside for a bite instead of eating in our car. Friendly service. When busy- people have to wait outside to order.
