Gave them one last chance. Used the drive through. Order was slow. Lots of noise and fun from the kitchen area but the wait wasn't worth it. I ordered no onions on my Big Dave but of course, there were onions. Fries, ice cold. The Diet Coke was brown in color but there was no flavor. Clearly their fancy soda machine hasn't been brixed lately and no one in their chain of management cares, since it's more profitable to sell seltzer without syrup. Don't waste your time here folks. The inmates are running the asylum, the managers are ineffective and the owners don't care. Go to Murph's, Culver's or Burger King. At least there, you will get what you order and the crews seem to want your business. read more

Service here is always quick and friendly, the staff never made me felt like i was a bother and didn't want customers here whenever i come here unlike alot of fast food places. As I drove past Wendy's I thought that this is the time of year that I start going to Wendy's. What I like about Wendy's is that on a cold winter day I can get a hearty hot bowl of chili. It always has the same consistently so I fully know what I'm getting. That time of year is now so at some point I will be getting some so why not today. The chili is meaty with just the right amount of beans and tomatoes to keep me satisfied. Is it the best chili around, no but it does hit the spot on a cold winter day and because it's a close lunch option if I don't want to drive far, yes. It's just under $3 with two cracker packages and compared to the pick n save soup bar where $5 gets mostly broth for the same size portion I like Wendy's chili on a cold winter day better. To be honest the chili on cold winter days is mostly only when I go to Wendy's and I really don't sample the rest of the menu with the ever changing burger or chicken sandwich. I will do a burger a couple times a year when the crave hits. I find that Wendy's has the best tasting beef over all the other chains in my opinion. I don't order frys hardly ever because they are usually crap and are not seasoned but I have had the sea salt frys from Wendy's a couple of times and I found them to be good and probably my favorite of all the chains. Over all Wendy's is probably my favorite fast food burger place but I don't get to them often enough because I'm usually going to non fast food burger places for craft burgers. read more

I came to this location with my family yesterday at night, and I was not impressed by the customer service that we have endured. At the drive thru, we waited a little over 10 minutes to get our kid's meals, due to an altercation that occurred at the second window between a couple of female employees and a female customer that was right in front of us. We have heard shouting from afar and I wasn't sure about the situation. When we had approached the second drive thru window, we were not accommodated. They just gave us the drinks and bags whilst conversing about the situation...however, they did not provide us with any straws. Didn't greet us or anything. This place is horrible, I've never received such bad customer service. They don't speak to you at all when you're at the window and the person on the speaker was barely there. The food took forever to be prepared and again the silence was louder then noise itself. This place is awful! They got my order wrong 3 times. The last time instead of making a new meat less burger they just took the bacon off and gave me back the same sandwich. I could have done that! I don't eat bacon as I'm Jewish. When I explained that and said I just wanted my money back at this point the manager gave me attitude and refused to give me her name. She told me to meet her out front (previously all correspondence was through the drive through). When I went out front she started screaming at me, calling me the b word, again refused to give me her name. The rest of the staff came out and witnessed her screaming at me and had to pull her back inside! How unprofessional. I mean when you get an order wrong you should make it correctly. I have been going to Wendy's on 124th st for awhile and always liked it until two weeks ago. I took a bite of my hamburger and almost broke a tooth. There was a small piece of a bone in the meat. Disgusting. I drove back to the restaurant and showed the bone fragment to the manager. She didn't say I'm sorry or even give me a refund. OK - I know it's just a Wendy's, but we were at this location for lunch this week, and I swear it was the cleanest fast food place I've ever frequented. Everything was spotless - so the staff was dusting the inside of the light fixtures since they had nothing else to clean. I came in today on my lunch with my co worker and I think she was the manager, Monica, was taking orders and filling them all while having a smile on her face , patience with her staff and treating everyone there SO kindly. I was really shocked. I'm so used to being disappointed at fast food chains but she held her ground in the lunch rush. There was also another older lady working there cleaning the lobby, stocking, the Minute Maid bubbly water was out and she got her what she wanted to drink ASAP from what I believe is the drive through area and then came back to stock the syrup again. Very considerate to get her drink first then solve it from happening again. I talked to Monica because she was walking around checking how everyone was doing in the lobby picking up their trays for them and then approached us. she apologized for the wait and thanked us for being patient. Which normally I'm really not. I told her she was doing great and she said she had someone not show up to work today so she was short a person. Her positive attitude and will made up for having to wait cuz she was doing everything she could to communicate and be timely. Point is...You never know what people are going through and I would've never known with how calm she was. I'm really impressed I wanted it to be known everyone there is so kind and I definitely recommend it. So many are quick to complain but not quick to acknowledge a good work ethic. First, we don't eat fast food often. However, when we do - we usually go To Wendy's. For a Wendy's this is the best location we have ever been. It is super clean, the staff there - ROCKS. I'm not kidding. They are the most polite, helpful, and generally great staff I have ever had at a fast food joint. Our food has never been messed up here and it is always good. I went to this location because I was in the area and I had a gift card to use up. The dining room is currently closed, so I used the drive through. With two cars in front of me, there was a thirty minute wait for my food. I saw many cars behind me bailing out, but like I mentioned I just wanted to use up my gift card, so I stuck with it until the bitter end. When it was my turn to pay, I was given a different total than I was given when I ordered. I asked the employee which order she was charging me for, and she read off some completely different items than what I'd ordered. I told her there was a mistake, then she read me the correct order and charged me the right amount. Good thing I was paying attention. It took her seven minutes to hand my debit card back to me. She apologized, stating that she didn't realize my card had a chip. (Maybe look at it? The chip isn't hiding anywhere.) Much more waiting at the second window before I ever got my food. When I got home and looked at my burger, I was so disappointed. I had ordered a double cheeseburger with ketchup, pickle, onion, and mustard.
