We've been ordering in the app and doing "curdside" pick-up recently. It's super convenient and our food is ready when we pull up. Everything came out correctly and hot tonight! Our food runner was prompt and polite. We had a bunless deluxe burger and a single cheeseburger, one with fries (extra crispy!) and one with o-rings. Everything was great. Just wanted to send a warning to parents considering letting their child work at Bubbas for their 1st job. Please don't. They treat the kids terrible. My son was sworn at, had things said to him like "Jesus Chr*st...." (knowing he is a believer), belittled, talked about to other employees, ridiculed if he made a mistake, made to feel unappreciated and unwelcomed , by "management" and the owner. It's a shame because he really did try and nothing he did was ever good enough.This is a 1st job, they are supposed to teach these kids, not put a bad thought in their brains about working, it's hard enough to get help as it is. I would love to give a 5 star, but I just can't for this location. The food is always decent, but the concrete mixers at this location are not good at all. I have probably been here over 10 times in the last year and every time I get a concrete mixer it is melting and sloppy. No thickness to it at all. Every time I expect a different result and hope for it to be better... but this location just struggles with their concrete mixers and have failed me over and over again. I now travel out of my way to go to sussex. Willing to change my review to a 5 if the managers comments and gets the concrete mixers figured out. read more

If you hungry you hungry Culver's sitting right there... Single Culver's deluxe small fries, for him four chicken tenders combo no drinks $16 and change...I guess I will never learn. Decent food and of course over priced. Well at least they bring it to your table. He said bathroom needed sprucing and I think the dining room could have used a good sweeping and the ketchup dispenser could have used a nice wipe down. I don't know why I didn't think of asking for to go ketchup duh they were over staffed and very few customers. Utilize them!! read more

Oh Culver's how much do I love thee! It's all about the butter burger and Culver's does it oh so good! I've never had an issue with this fast food joint. Despite being a chain Culver's has not lost the concept of quality. When I order and request my burger topped in an oh so special way, they handle it.From the burgers to the fries it's all good. Since moving to Wisconsin I'm even taking a liking to the custard. Culver's makes all that goodness seem so effortless. Solid joint all around. If I had only one gripe it would be the janky cheese curds they crank out. Such a shame to have possibly the worst cheese curds in the land of cheese curds. Everyone can't do everything right though, so it is what it is. Won't stop me from getting my burger fix on here. read more

I just waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a pint of custard. Finally I went into the restaurant to ask for it. They gave it to me unfortunately it had been sitting under their warming lights for quite some time so it had become a cup of vanilla soup. The very pleasant young lady apologized but said there was nothing she could do about it. My advice would be to avoid this restaurant at all costs. This location on Capitol Dr in Pewaukee has went way downhill in the 7 years we've frequented this location. It's the closest to where we live and eat there way too often. This is not a situation where Covid caused the issues at hand. Today was the last visit for our family of 5. There wasn't a long wait this time since it was 12:40pm. I got home to discover they gave me a plain @ss hamburger with NO ketchup and no cheese! I ordered a cheeseburger WITH ketchup! All five meals included nasty, soggy, lukewarm at best fries. Yuck. The other thing that gets me is they can't even give the customer a large plastic bag when ordering multiple meals. They brought me 5 individual bags of food to my car. I had to ask the kid to go and get me a large plastic bag to put them all in. That should have been common sense. We passed on getting custard today. They've never once served custard that wasn't half melted and mush the minute they hand it to you. I've complained in person as well as leaving reviews. Nothing is ever done about it. IMO, there is no reason for me to consume these large amount of calories and fat for food that was ready for the trash and not for human consumption. Sue provided us with excellent service while the location on 124th did not. About 2 years ago we were issued a voucher from the 124th location after they messed up my order and we didn't realize until after getting home. Went back to 124th a month ago to redeem the voucher and we were told that the voucher was too old even though there was no expiration date and that "the owner who issued this doesn't own this location anymore". Instead of them trying to resolve the issue we were told to go to the location on Capitol as the owner still owns that location. We explained the situation once we got there and Sue accommodated us and accepted the voucher. Customer service is a big deal for me, definitely will be returning to this location. read more

I'm convinced this isn't a real Culver's restaurant. This is my third and last attempt to frequent this location. Tonight I had the pleasure (sarcasm) of sitting at the drive thru window for about 5 minutes and 45 seconds for concrete mixers- kid never came to the window for payment. I'm sorry owner of this location but COME ON! It's 8:30pm. There's no one in the restaurant and the drive thru line stretches all the way around the building. I just drove away. read more

Whoever the girl at the drive Thru window (short hair and septum piercing) was had the worst attitude ever! I had to go in to get ketchup and I saw her slam a customers order and not even acknowledge that they thanked her. Once she was done helping them I politely asked for ketchup and she THREW them on the counter when I had my hand out I said thank you anyways and she didn't acknowledge me either and walked away with a attitude. This is a Culver's, what do you expect? Heh. My friend and I walked here after climbing at Adventure Rock (a stone's throw away). We were jonesin' for some rootbeer floats, except when we arrived, we saw Salted Banana Caramel Custard. **screeeeeetching halt** We each had one scoop of the custard, which was decent. Of course, we all know that if you really want good custard in Milwaukee, Culver's isn't the place to go [unless you're at Adventure Rock and you only want to walk 50 feet]. At the counter, the kid was nice. He didn't seem really interested in being there on a Thursday afternoon (I don't blame him), but he did an all right job. The restaurant was almost empty. There was one other family there and their youngest was running around the restaurant screaming. It was really unenjoyable for us, but we left after our custard anyways. Bottom line, it was clean, they were friendly, the custard was tasty and it was very conveniently placed next to our original destination (read: walking distance). I find Culver's to be expensive for what you get, so I generally don't go there unless it's last resort, but if you are climbing and your party is hungry, it's either Subway or Culver's and sometimes you just want to eat like junk. read more

Ok so here's the thing the food amazing the chicken tenders are up to my standards their fries pretty good and the cheese curds are spectacular. So you may be wondering July why are you giving them 3 stars here's why. 2 reasons: 1. The custard: it's as if the second you order they put it in the cup so when you get it it's all melted with little ice cream/custard and with cones it's a mess. 2. THE BATHROOMS!!!! You may be thinking oh it's fast food what do you expect but NO the bathrooms here are absolutely disgusting. Me and my cousins went to this Culver's to celebrate after a successful soccer game (we won) and we had to use the restrooms so we went to the bathroom my cousin pulled a few paper towels out and there was a clump of them so i decided to pull the clump out BIG MISTAKE there it was a lace bra (used) just hanging out in the dispenser i was disgusted we were so shocked we even screamed it was unacceptable and i hope it never happens again read more

Custard by definition has all the ingredients of ice cream, but with the added richness of eggs which gives the custard a velvety, creamy texture. Pick up a menu, or bookmark the Culver's closest to you to know what day to get "Turtle" or "Mint Chocolate Chip", or even "Whopper" (my favorite). I love the variety Culver's has to offer besides burgers and custard. They also have a Turkey Club, Chicken Salad and Tuna Salad sandwiches. Salads, soups and wholesome sides. Want custard, but rather drink it instead? Order a shake, or turn it into a malt, (with extra malt powder please.) The very best thing of all, the price won't have you crying over spilt milk. This last visit was with my mom and best friend. We ordered a salad, two sandwiches, soup, two sides, two drinks and a malt shake and it came out to $28, which, is about $9/person. I have been a couple of times to this place during my stay in Milwaukee. Im used to gourmet burgers and In and out in cali and it's about the same with the burger joints I have been. Except that I'd die for their cheese!! I also tried their caramel and cashew sundae. It's a balance of salty and sweet experience and I totally digged it. The thing is it's always cracking so you kinda need to wait a little bit to get your food. The service is not that slow though but it's a good sign that it's always packed coz it means their food is really tasty and worth it. They said they were all out of what I wanted so I had to completely change my order. Then they forgot to put any of the sauces in the bag. I even asked them twice. Then i had to park my car, go in and ask for the ketchup in person. Then after that they still only gave me one ketchup packet for the large order I had. I get home and open up the chicken tenders to find that they are literally the smallest tenders i've ever seen. They used to be nice and big tenders but now they are more like a chicken nugget. This was my first time eating Culver's in three years. I went there on Saturday and my order was incorrect but we were already home. I decided to go again on Sunday because my craving was not satisfied and I really wanted my burger the way I like it-well the line was very long as was the wait..... and my order was incorrect again. I know I should have checked it but it was the sandwich and I didn't want to hold up the line (they did not have ppl pulling over). Lesson learned for me as I've never had that happen.
