This is probably one of my favorite locations in southeastern Wisconsin. Everything always comes out so fresh and staff is always so accommodating and friendly. I always ask for no butter on the bun and it's always responded to a favorably. Today I decided to try the strawberry hibiscus, frozen lemonade, and it was outstanding! I hope they keep it longer than limited time only. read more

Solid CFA location - the staff is very nice and food was made fresh. We stopped by in the middle of the day so it was dead, so no wait. The spicy chicken Sammie was juicy and delicious! Mac n cheese was cheesy and a good level of char. The location is a bit inconvenient to get to from the main road which is the only real negative. read more

We place a large order often for two families. Sadly, while the food is tasty, we ALWAYS get shorted something. Today I didn't get my meal. They need much better quality control. It's becoming a joke as to who will not eat today. Shame on you Chick Fil A. read more

I've only been there a few times but back a couple years back. The salads were cheaper than they are now. Now your salads are $10. And that's ridiculous. It's almost like a scam!!!! Otherwise the service was fine and I took it to go so I didn't eat inside. I read more

The employees were being really weird and I would not recommend this establishment because the food was really gross and the bathroom was gross too read more

Food was fast, I literally got my food before i paid. Food was hot, fries were fresh. Cashier Sheri was amazing and quick. Sam was nice and filled up my drink quickly. Diet coke was incredible. Mcdonald's has nothing on this diet coke. Crisp, cold, immaculate. Restaurant was clean. I came the middle of the lunch rush and was helped quickly and efficiently. read more

Chick-fil-A - Spicy Chicken Sandwich Diet Coke - Fast Food Near Me - Pewaukee, Wisconsin

Tried the chicken wrap....terrible! Chicken was so dry and void of any flavor. Consisted of lettuce and dry chicken in a dry wrap without any type of condiment. read more

I stopped in today for breakfast right before the 1030 deadline. The line was moving a little slower than normal which is typically a steady state pick up their food pay and roll out. When I got to the window I received everything I ordered and they handed me a nice Christmas card with gift certificates. No other fast food chain treats their customers anywhere close to this this business is exceptional. I am constantly amazed at how great they serve their people: employees, customers and probably vendors. Keep up the good work five stars for me. read more

The chicken sandwiches are second to none, the waffle fries are phenomenal, and the service is consistently friendly and courteous. This particular store is clean and well run. I don't usually review fast food, but this place is special. I've tried to replicate the pickle juice brine at home, but I just can't match the tenderness and flavor of the chicken sandwiches here. read more

As usual the customer service was exceptional. Food met expectations. Leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because the crew was lightly staffed and the wait was the longest I have ever experienced at a CFA. There were only two cash registers and the line was out the door read more

This is a great Chick-fil-A. I went there on Black Friday and had a good experience in its drive thru. I'm definitely coming back to this Chick-fil-A! read more

Four stars for fast food says a lot. Yes this location is busy (like every other Chick-Fil-A). The drive thru is very efficient though. Staff was very friendly (even if they have to be haha). The chicken is always so fresh! It is SUCH a noticeable difference compared to other fast food chicken. The meat is actually white and edible. Variety of dipping sauces. The french fries are not the greatest but typical of fast food. Overall for a fast food experience the service, quality of food and efficiency make this 4 stars. read more

The food is excellent as is the service. The workers are kind and accommodating while maintaining a clean and efficient restaurant. Definitely recommend. read more

I ordered and they told me they didn't have Chick-fil-A sauce so I asked if they could get me some from the bottles that they sell and they refused to do that so I had to buy a whole bottle of sauce. read more

PLEASE DONT MAKE CHICK-FIL-A LOOKS BAD the first and the last time that i buy on this place, I love Grilled Market Salad and usually every time that i buy one is fresh and tasty with biggest portions and pretty strawberries. I was confident that I would have a quality salad, and this is the first Chick-fil-a who gave me a shoddy product, I make a curbside order, and even like that they forget my dressing ‍ and also they are not taken the security codes to preven COVID-19 compare with chick-fil-a on Brookfield Square. Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Pewaukee, Wisconsin

One of the few fast food places around here that have respect in their work. Great example of how to act human at your work, for fast food

We arrived at the drive through 10:29 Am, right before the guy began flipping the menus. Asked the lady if breakfast was still available, her reply was "Sorry Breakfast just ended". We were in line ordering for about 3-4 minutes because she supposedly could not hear us. Customer in the lane next to us pulled in just before we pulled off and asked for breakfast at 10:33. The lady replied "Let me go check for you, I can ask really quick" read more

Love the food but the service here is not like other Chick-fil-A's Trust me, if in the drive through check your order. Almost every single order something has been wrong. I order very simple things from the menu, yet something is always missing or wrong. read more

Come here way more then I'd like to admit hahahaha. The staff is always very friendly and fast every time we come. Have missed a couple items a one time but nothing to major, and chick fil a sent me a coupon when this happened. Overall good experience with this chick fil a :)) read more

Ordered from this location twice once for a 30 sandwich & sides pick up & they are so organized & make it easy to pick up. Great food & great addition to the area! Waited a 35 minutes after pick up time for the big order but they were very busy & it was a huge order called in 3 hours before picking up. Thank god my boss is easy going & understanding, food was worth the wait! I feel like they should have given me a bit more than 5 free breakfast sandwich coupons for the 35 min wait but still give them 5 stars because everyone was happy with the 38 sandwiches we ordered read more

Always great service and always great food, I am never disappointed when I go here. However, make sure that your server knows the different between lemonade and ice tea! read more

I found the chick fil A that is not like the rest. Through the numerous visits to this Chick fil A. I have experienced very disappointing service. They can't seem to get orders right providing not what was ordered or totally eliminating purchased items from your order. Irritating when it takes another run through the drive in of 11 cars to get what you paid for. . . No comps, they actually seemed offended. Ordered crispy chicken given grilled chicken. Ask for extra toppings, I'll pay, NO was the reply. The owner needs to go, there are numerous individuals who would to own a Chick-fil-A, this store is pulling down the reputation. read more

I ordered curbside and I waited 15 minutes for my food and I went inside and it was sitting there and people were just standing around talking. When I got back to my car I took a bite of my food and it was cold. My fries were mushy and my nuggets were just not good. I asked for 2 ranches and got none. I also got one extra drink I didn't order. read more

Always friendly great service and good food. The added payment option to pay by card with no one having to touch your card was fantastic!!

The food was delicious here I don't know if it's cuz I was super hungry but the spicy biscuit sandwich was so good it's very clean

Every time I go through the drive thru, they forget something or give me the wrong item. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE BAG BEFORE LEAVING! I have called in after missing entire meals and the manager said they would write my name down to give me a free kids meal(WHICH I ALREADY PAID FOR!). This is now the 3rd time they have screwed up(gave me oatmeal toppings for a southwest chicken salad!) Go to the Delafield location! Service is far better! Worth the drive! read more

Got the grilled chicken club. The bun was not fresh it actually was very flaky and the chicken breast was not very good. It had pieces of fat on the edge. Not sure if this was just a bad sandwich or just a bad cook serving smoothing they paid no attention to. Usually I am very happy with them . Very disappointed in this location. read more

Probably some of the best service at any fast food chain. As always the food is spectacular and consistent, but the service blew me out of the water. Sheri was our cashier and she was super nice and refilled my soda a few times always happy to do so. The place is clean also. Will definitely be stopping at this location more. read more

I firmly believe that you have to give companies a chance to correct errors. Things happen and I get that. Today I ordered a salad from the drive thru. I waited 15 min in line but it was during the dinner rush so I understood. I made my way to class (late) and was excited to have my salad. I discovered no salad dressing making the toppings the only edible thing. Not a fan of just eating plain lettuce. After class (about 10 min ago) I called this location to complain and see what can be done. After all this is salad costs $8. When I spoke called I told the associate my issue and she stated that there was nothing she can do but to promise it doesn't happen again..... I politely stated "when was the last time you ate a salad with no salad dressing?" Hoping that this would allow her to see why I was upset. She stated she understood and if I wanted to I could drive back for the dressing. Nothing was offered not a free fry, drink, or entree (still way less then the salad). Please drive the distance down to the capital Brookfield Chick-fil-A and save yourself from dealing with what I did. Update: I did change this from a one to a two, after calling again the next day I was given a free salad. However, wasn't done willingly. read more

Once again this has to be one of the least disciplined Chick-fil-A stores in the area. Went to the drive-through today and ordered the number five meal and of course they didn't give the hashbrowns. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit was as hard as a hockey puck and they didn't give utensils for the rest of the food ordered. This is a regular occurrence with this business. I think it is poorly managed. Unfortunately for breakfast to this geographical location of the options are McDonald's or Chick-fil-A for breakfast. Looks like McDonald's is going to start winning. It's a horse a piece. I think Chick-fil-A is corporate needs to know that the store is not run very well and I'm not even going to comment about the hideous parking lot. If I could give the store a zero I would. read more

Thank you Chick-fil-a!!! First time I have ever eaten at one, and wow better than expected. My kids loved the chicken and the salads were fresh and very tasty! Drive through was efficient and well laid out. While it may only be their second day open they are working hard. You are treated by many faces who are working hard to give you a great experience and learn their job at the same time. Keep up the quality you will have a customer for life. Everyone have a little patience while they gear up, after all do you remember your first day on the job?!?? read more

We clearly stated our order and she gave us one wrong drink and gave me a spicy sandwich instead of a Spicy deluxe and didn't give us one fry instead of two. The lady taking our order also never said "My pleasure" which is a huge expectation coming to Chick Fil' a. All in all, I was very disappointed and I had a feeling of betrayal going there. read more

Love CFA an amazing company good food and service. The BBQ. Bacon is to die for. Everybody is friendly and so welcoming

First trip ever. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The sandwich was average. I'm not sure what the fuss is about. The waffle fries were cold and rubbery. That was a huge disappointment. No need to ever go back. read more

Lets me start this review on a positive note. The customer service was incredible. The gentleman who took my drive through order was polite and courteous ensuring that my order was correct as ordered. The woman who gave me my food was also very polite and courteous. Two thumbs up! The food and drink, however, left something to be desired. I have been to Chick-fil-A several times; however, this was my first time at this location. I was super excited to hear that there would be a restaurant opening up in this area. But, the food and drink that I was served is no excuse for being a newly opened franchise. In my order, I got the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich meal. The fries were soggy and undercooked. There was not one bit of crisp to them at all. After I managed to choke a few fries down, I decided to quench my thirst with a sip of my Coke. I am not sure if the carbonation was off or what was wrong with the soda machine, but there was no flavor or fizz to the pop at all. Second bust of the day. Alright, well Chick-fil-A has never managed to let me down this much, so the sandwich will make up for it, or so I thought. Another letdown, the sandwich was soggy as well and was not warm throughout. I was super bummed because I was looking forward to eating here and drove out of my way on the way home to eat lunch here, a complete waste of $8.00 for lunch. It seemed that the food that I was served had been sitting in a warmer for hours. In the future, I am hoping that things will improve at this location. Overall, super bummed and disappointed with Chick-fil-A in Pewaukee. read more
