Solid CFA location - the staff is very nice and food was made fresh. We stopped by in the middle of the day so it was dead, so no wait. The spicy chicken Sammie was juicy and delicious! I stopped in today for breakfast right before the 1030 deadline. The line was moving a little slower than normal which is typically a steady state pick up their food pay and roll out. When I got to the window I received everything I ordered and they handed me a nice Christmas card with gift certificates. No other fast food chain treats their customers anywhere close to this this business is exceptional. Four stars for fast food says a lot. Yes this location is busy (like every other Chick-Fil-A). The drive thru is very efficient though. Staff was very friendly (even if they have to be haha). The chicken is always so fresh! It is SUCH a noticeable difference compared to other fast food chicken. The meat is actually white and edible. Variety of dipping sauces. The french fries are not the greatest but typical of fast food. Overall for a fast food experience the service, quality of food and efficiency make this 4 stars. read more

Ordered from this location twice once for a 30 sandwich & sides pick up & they are so organized & make it easy to pick up. Great food & great addition to the area! Waited a 35 minutes after pick up time for the big order but they were very busy & it was a huge order called in 3 hours before picking up. I firmly believe that you have to give companies a chance to correct errors. Things happen and I get that. Today I ordered a salad from the drive thru. I waited 15 min in line but it was during the dinner rush so I understood. I made my way to class (late) and was excited to have my salad. I discovered no salad dressing making the toppings the only edible thing. Not a fan of just eating plain lettuce. After class (about 10 min ago) I called this location to complain and see what can be done. After all this is salad costs $8. When I spoke called I told the associate my issue and she stated that there was nothing she can do but to promise it doesn't happen again..... I politely stated "when was the last time you ate a salad with no salad dressing?" Hoping that this would allow her to see why I was upset. She stated she understood and if I wanted to I could drive back for the dressing. Nothing was offered not a free fry, drink, or entree (still way less then the salad). Please drive the distance down to the capital Brookfield Chick-fil-A and save yourself from dealing with what I did. Update: I did change this from a one to a two, after calling again the next day I was given a free salad. However, wasn't done willingly. read more

Once again this has to be one of the least disciplined Chick-fil-A stores in the area. Went to the drive-through today and ordered the number five meal and of course they didn't give the hashbrowns. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit was as hard as a hockey puck and they didn't give utensils for the rest of the food ordered. This is a regular occurrence with this business. I think it is poorly managed. Unfortunately for breakfast to this geographical location of the options are McDonald's or Chick-fil-A for breakfast. Looks like McDonald's is going to start winning. Lets me start this review on a positive note. The customer service was incredible. The gentleman who took my drive through order was polite and courteous ensuring that my order was correct as ordered. The woman who gave me my food was also very polite and courteous. Two thumbs up! The food and drink, however, left something to be desired. I have been to Chick-fil-A several times; however, this was my first time at this location. I was super excited to hear that there would be a restaurant opening up in this area. But, the food and drink that I was served is no excuse for being a newly opened franchise. In my order, I got the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich meal. The fries were soggy and undercooked. There was not one bit of crisp to them at all. After I managed to choke a few fries down, I decided to quench my thirst with a sip of my Coke. I am not sure if the carbonation was off or what was wrong with the soda machine, but there was no flavor or fizz to the pop at all. Second bust of the day. Alright, well Chick-fil-A has never managed to let me down this much, so the sandwich will make up for it, or so I thought. Another letdown, the sandwich was soggy as well and was not warm throughout. I was super bummed because I was looking forward to eating here and drove out of my way on the way home to eat lunch here, a complete waste of $8.00 for lunch. If you want to waste your money this is the place to go! I have only been to this establishment twice and that is all I will ever go again. Both times my take out order was wrong. This morning I wanted a chicken sandwich and an ice coffee. I ordered the coffee with no sugar and no flavor. I got a chicken sandwich with a tiny piece of chicken on a biscuit that fell apart immediately. My coffee HAD the added sugar. I could not drink it. I called the manager and told her my story. Her response was, "you should have asked for no sugar". Obviously she did not listen to what I had just told her. I again said I DID ask for no sugar and her response was, "he probably thought you didn't want sugar packets". WHAT?!? Not only do they need to train their employees properly they need to send this manager to a seminar on appropriate customer service. I was appalled. read more
