This location is the best. Becky, the GM, and her staff are always attentive, kind, and courteous. Very clean restaurant, and my order is always correct. The subs are always tasty, no matter my order. read more

What I don't like about the place is that not all of the workers wear hair covering so, once in while I get someone's hair in my food. It's a problem up and down Capitol, none of the "fast" food places completely enforce head covering, gloves, handwashing. This was an area where no one masked up during the Pandemic, less than ideal attitudes towards food service sanitation is part of the local subculture. I've eaten all over this suburban strip mall purgatory because of a part time job, and JM subs falls into the better than average around here category. read more

Finally had the chance to try Jersey Mikes and was very pleased. Had the signature Italian ordered Mikes way to see what it's all about. The oils and seasoning is great although it was somewhat bland, they offer peppers as an add on so next time I plan on stepping it up a notch. Overall great service and it's always nice to try something different. read more

Walked in at 6:30 and there was someone mopping the floor the entire floor was wet and was very hard to walk on not to mention getting around the girl mopping with the huge bucket then while ordering as this was my first time ever so I was not sure how it all worked the employee hit me in the head with her mop and no one said a word won't be back and I haven't even tasted the sub! read more

Was stopped on Capitol today as there was some road construction and witnessed the owner or an employee get out of his vehicle and exchange words with one of the workers. It looked as though he made a left turn when clearly there were signs that said no left turns and he may have almost hit the worker with his car as the man was doing his job. I will also add that all the turn arrows were red which clearly means no turns. He then proceeded to hold up traffic and curse at the young man.Very sad scene to say the least. Needless to say, I will not be spending money at this location If that is how the owner treats people that are trying to make our city nicer. read more

went at about 3, all workers were very rude. when i asked how big the bread was they pointed rudely and rolled her eyes. they were talking about us behind the counter and ignored us as we waited to order for a good 5 min, making online orders. immediately after handing us the order, everyone but the young boy working sat down and went on their phones in front of customers.my experience was terrible, i will never come back to this location, they were not wearing name tags either. i have a feeling they spat in my sandwich. they refused to get up off their phones for a customer trying to order. they did not greet us or talk while taking our orders. read more

I ordered two roast beef subs online. it said there would be a 45 minute wait. I walked in after 20 minutes and a young man was working on my order. I asked the manager and he asked him what he was making, and he confirmed it was mine. This made me sure that it wasn't a mistake or the manager didn't see it. She actually stood there and watched him. He proceeded to put two paper thin pieces of roast beef on each one. Then he picked up four onion "strands" about an 8th inch thick and three inches long. He placed two strands on each sub. He then grabbed a small handful of shredded lettuce and distributed it liberally on each sub. Finally, he put two paper thin pieces of tomato on each and squirted them with some juice (presumably italian dressing) He cut them in "half" and they packaged them like they were made of gold. Including a bag with a handle. I wish I had said something right then and there. When my wife saw them she laughed. What a joke. Bill was $22 already on my credit card. What an absolute rip off. When my family and I walked in, new customers to Jersey Mike's, Dylan, and Greg hooked our family up! They had an extra sub laying around that wasn't going to get eaten. i've never had a worse experience. don't get me wrong, the sandwich was fine, the staff however were so genuinely rude that i will not be coming back to this location ever again. walked in and immediately had all of them rolling their eyes at my two friends and i. we waited for about 5-10 minutes just standing there, no line, while they all sat on their phones and did not address us. they used as little words as possible during the entire experience while still managing to be rude as ever. at the end we talked to the manager and told him how it went and he was very sweet and made it a lot better. 2/10 overall, +1 for the sub and +1 for the managers efforts. read more

Out shopping and decided to stop by for lunch. Not a regular JM diner, so not familiar with the menu. Made my selection and the employee muttered something which I later discovered she was confirming my order by the number. Another woman appeared and prepared to slice the meat. Well, they made the wrong sandwich for which I apologized. Before I had a chance to reply, the slicer remarked that "they aren't going to want it anyway" and began prepping our next sandwich. When that sandwich was complete, she threw it on the counter so hard, the meat fell out onto the counter. Her attitude was unprofessional. A counter which clearly hadn't been cleaned after the last sandwich they made. I should have cancelled my order and walked out, clearly the staff here do not appear to care about quality service, and performing actual work is an inconvenience.
