I sat in the window seat and before I could snap a couple pictures my food was handed to me, literally 3 minutes from start to finish was completely amazing for any cousins visit. The provolone meat ball sub was consistent with the cousins franchise so I know what I'm getting. It's bland meat balls, watery mild sauce, melted provolone on fresh bread. No it's now the absolute best but I don't have good meat ball place in my head because I just don't eat them enough. Overall the service was probably the fastest from any cousins for a lunch time hi noon visit so I can't complain about anything.

I followed my rule that if you smell smoke when you walk in, I'm getting the full slab even though it's wrapped in foil and I couldn't see them. At first unwrapping I'm like dam nice bark and look how meaty the rack is, I hate that some places give you thin and bone racks so thank you for a nice rack. After heating up a third of the rack the bark came to life and was tasty, thick and sticky. The ribs were very meaty/tasty with that nice pink smoke ring but not very Smokey. The rib meat was moist and pulled clean off the bone. While there I bought a package of jalapeño meat sticks and a Czech beer from 1842, Pilsner Uequell imported it says. For a liquor store doing Bbq I'm giving them 4 stars because the ribs were good and they use meaty racks and at $16.95 for a full rack it's a good value. I would definitely get these take and bake Bbq ribs again and try other Bbq items from here.

For whatever reason, I wasn't expecting it to be toasted and I don't think I figured out the online ordering well because it was very plain. The last couple of times, I've been in house and have enjoyed the experience. First of all, their subs are primarily meant to be toasted. I really love their tuna and swiss with all the fixings (including, for a small fee, avocado). It's great! Their subs come in three sizes, skinny, original, and big. I typically get the original, which is still plenty big! Their set up is order at the counter and then move on down the line. Instead of having all the condiments visually in front of you ala Subway, they have a list of what you can get on your sandwich and you just let your sandwich maker at the second stop know (the first stop, you just tell them the sandwich, size, and bread type). They don't have quite as many veggie options as other chains to top your sandwich with but they have enough to give your sandwich a little veggie oomph.
