We thought the burgers themselves could use a little seasoning. The person taking our order was kind and they give you a number to get ur food that they call out. It didn't take too much time. We were at the Night on the Farm evening and found the Ice Cream Sandwich inside the store. OMG, it was so good! It was around 8:30 pm, and there were a few other people there, and they were waiting in line to order. Unfortunately, there was only one person working and he was doing his best to keep up. After a bit of a wait, we were able to order. The employee did a great job of not showing his frustration and getting to everyone as fast as he could. We ordered a double waffle cone and a Biscoff Bubble Waffle Cone. They were out of the cardboard holder for the Bubble Waffle Cone, so that ended up being made in a plastic to-go box. The Bubble Waffle Cone all get made fresh, and the ice cream sits on top, and is able to get soft from the warm waffle. He did a nice presentation in the to-go container. It was delicious. Ended up taking more time than it should, but it was very tasty (thanks Omar).

Also, they have fair pricing, for an average ice cream/custard place the price is 20$ or higher for just two people, but with Adrian's frozen custard it's just 17$ for three people! i highly recommend going here! i give this five stars for how amazing this place is!

Adrian's Frozen Custard isn't just a shop; it's a time capsule of Americana. Established in 1974, this roadside landmark at 512 S. Pine Street is announced by a towering, classic neon sign that has beckoned families toward Lake Geneva for over half a century. It represents a "meaningful moment" legacy--the kind of place where the world slows down long enough to capture a snapshot of pure bliss. I carry a memory of my departed father-in-law sitting there, surrounded by his grandchildren in the gentle breeze of a holiday afternoon. It is a perfect, preserved moment of happiness, fueled by the kind of soul-curing milkfat that most assuredly comes from cows just a few miles down the road. When it comes to the product, there is only one word that matters: Mouthfeel. This is the masterclass of the "Midwest Custard" texture--silky, dense, and unapologetically heavy. While the world tries to complicate things with endless toppings, Adrian's understands that the soul of custard lives in the trinity: Chocolate, Vanilla, or the Swirl. To me, those are the only flavors a true stand needs. Anything more would be a distraction from the perfection of the churn. Adrian's is the foundational entry on my Mount Rushmore of Ice Cream, a leading god in my Pantheon of Frozen Dairy. It is the nostalgic classic against which all other textures are measured. If you find yourself near the lake, do more than just grab a cone. Experience the stillness, sit in the circle, and build this into your own legacy of meaningful moments. It is a timeless experience that reminds us why we travel in the first place.

We all got grilled cheese variations with apples, salad and soup as sides. The chicken bacon ranch grilled cheese was overall the best. Both of the salads had rotten leaves, so best to avoid that unless you're ok picking through for good leaves. Service 5/5: the food came quickly and the staff was very friendly. Ambiance 1/5: we were very disappointed overall since they hype themselves up as an experience that includes cows. There were no cows in sight. I know during the summertime they will have baby cows, but overall to me there should be more transparency around not actually seeing cows when you visit the creamery. Other than that there is a small parking lot that can get very busy at times, but plenty of places to sit. We did love the kids playground outside but all of the bikes were broken/didn't work and the bags put away for corn hole. Overall we were really disappointed at this trip. No cows and lunch was just ok. If you are looking for a spot just for ice cream, they have amazing options and plenty of room for the kids to play, just don't tell your kids there are cows because you likely won't see any.

First, the place is cash only...had to find an ATM nearby before we could even order. We couldn't order at the counter ourselves, and had to wait for a one of the car hop girls to take our order. Food shows up after 15 minutes, and the bill is just over $28. They forgot the brat, the burger was only as thick as the slice of unmelted cheese on it, and was drenched in ketchup...slid apart as soon as I picked it up. Fries were okay, shakes were pretty good. All said and done, nothing to get excited about. We'll probably never be back. Overpriced, not great food. Save your money and go someplace else.
