We went on a sunday and they had plenty of customers. They had tables outside so you can enjoy your meal there.

We were at the Night on the Farm evening and found the Ice Cream Sandwich inside the store. OMG, it was so good! First, the place is cash only...had to find an ATM nearby before we could even order. We couldn't order at the counter ourselves, and had to wait for a one of the car hop girls to take our order. It was busy, so we expected to wait a bit. Ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup, brat, 2 orders of fries, a vanilla shake and a chocolate shake. Food shows up after 15 minutes, and the bill is just over $28. They forgot the brat, the burger was only as thick as the slice of unmelted cheese on it, and was drenched in ketchup...slid apart as soon as I picked it up. Fries were okay, shakes were pretty good. All said and done, nothing to get excited about. We'll probably never be back. Overpriced, not great food. Save your money and go someplace else.

To me they are a high quality local chain, that does a very good job with the smaller details, which makes it seem like a more boutique experience. You can find quieter spots towards the rear. Got greeted by super friendly staff. Let us take our time with the order. Got my favorite hot beverage, London Fog (little lavender, little vanilla, extra foam) in a mug. I normally get their Pistachio Cardamom Scone but decided to try the Matcha Scone. The scone was good, but not great. The texture leans more towards a muffin (bready) and not the more dense, dry texture that you get with their other scones. Overall, a very good experience. Nice job :)

Food: When we first walked in, it didn't look like they had much in the way of ice cream. However, they actually offered a wide variety of choices, including cones, sundaes, and shakes. We ended up ordering a couple of Turtle Sundaes, a PB Lovers Sundae, and a Pumpkin Shake. It took a few minutes for our order to be prepared, and everything was delivered to our table. All of the items were excellent. They looked great, were generously filled, topped with plenty of whipped cream, and finished with a cherry on top. Everything looked like it had been made with care. Service: I'm not exactly sure, but I think the person helping us may have been the owner. They were super friendly and helpful and did a great job explaining the different sundae options. Our order was delivered to the table promptly, with an appropriate sense of urgency. After all, nobody wants the whipped cream to melt! Atmosphere: The shop is located at the end of a larger strip-mall-style building and has an outdoor seating area with several tables. Since it was a little cool outside, we chose to sit indoors. There were large tables that worked well for groups, along with big windows that let in plenty of natural light. Several other tables were occupied, and people were enjoying friendly conversations. The noise level was comfortable and made for a pleasant experience. Glad we stopped in. We've heard they make great burgers, so we'll have to come back and try those next time.
