I believe it is in a building that used to have Point Burger Bar. The Brunch Berry owners had decorated the new restaurant with a classy, chic French rustic look. I really liked the decor of the restaurant. Something to note - because the space is so open it is very loud in there and hard to have a conversation. We arrived around 9:00 a.m. and while the lot was pretty full, we were able to find a spot open to park fairly quickly. We were seated right away and served ice water and cream puffs. The staff were friendly and took our drink order right away. It took us a while to decide on what to get but once we did our food came out really quickly. Both the Lavender Raspberry Latte and cappuccino were served in a large cup and were really good. The food portions were quite large and good quality and flavor. I was impressed with the overall experience. Below is a snapshot of what we ordered and prices. Lavender Raspberry Latte hot $8.00 House Skillet $17.00 pancakes Powder sugar & butter Cowboy potatoes Alpine Frittata $16.00 pancakes Powder sugar & butter Cowboy potatoes 1 Cappuccino $4.50 Subtotal$45.50 Tax$2.27 I would definitely go again.

The service was absolutely top-notch--warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They've only been open for 9 months, and I'm honestly shocked we were the only ones there for a while. This place should have a line out the door. The food quality is phenomenal. I ordered the steak skillet and it was incredible--super flavorful, piping hot (like seriously hot), and perfectly executed. The pancakes were light, thin, and fluffy, topped with fresh, juicy blueberries. My mom got the Denver skillet and she's still raving about it while eating it. I also had a caramel cappuccino that came with the cutest little cookie on top--absolutely delicious. Overall experience: a solid 10/10. Food: easily 9.5/10. I never thought I'd be this excited about breakfast food, but here I am, still thinking about it. If you're in Chicago, do yourself a favor and seek this place out--you won't be disappointed. P.s. price is very reasonable. You get a lot for your money.

I highly recommend the chilaquiles although they are every spicy. The home made quesadillas are my favorite, specially the chicharrón and asada. The smoothies and milkshakes are delicious and made with fresh fruit. We had the banana peanut butter spinach and the Tropical smoothie both supper yummy! The hot chocolate was a whole masterpiece by itself and for only $4.99! Definitely worth a trip!
