I have been wanting to try Dia/Noche since it opened and am happy I finally have made it here! First, the decor on both the dia and noche side is absolutely charming. Bright and fun on the dia side, darker and more of a fiesta vibe on the noche side - both sides very colorful. We ended up eating brunch on the noche side. First, the coffee was not what a was expecting with the infusion of chocolate and molasses flavors. Very interesting and added a depth of flavor I wasn't expecting. I ordered the fiesta burrito with chorizo and found it to be exactly what I was looking for. Filled with chorizo, a bit of egg and was surprised with the peas, carrots and corn within. The coleslaw though was the surprising star with the bit of spice I wasn't expecting but was oh so good. I would've happily taken a second helping of the coleslaw. Overall, I think it was a good experience and I'd return to try more of their specialty coffees or an evening meal.

Dia is our go-to neighborhood coffee spot! The staff makes you feel like family, so sweet! My Americano is always delicious, although their specialty drinks can be a bit sweet so I always ask for less sweet. Their food options are amazing, but I find that there is no consistency. Sometimes the breaky burrito is large and other times it's small. Sometimes the breakfast potatoes are too soft and other times too hard. I never understood why it's called breaky burrito when it has nothing to do with breakfast, but it is still delicious! Especially the special sauce that comes with it! If you are a big pastry person, this may not be the best place but they still have some good options. Still one of my family's favorite, cozy spots!

So so cute! My best friend lives around the corner and raved about the food and coffee here- so we came when I was in town. My drink was so yummy! That service was great- the barista was very helpful with recommendations- can't wait to come again and eat!!

    - Great food, good service, good ambiance - No reservation can be made - Would love to come back again! Our second visit and it did not disappoint! Love the rotating drink menu, food, and overall vibes! With the friendly staff and tasty menu, I am surprised this place was not packed the past times we have been. I had gotten the Jerk Chicken Sandwich that was also served with cubed breakfast potatoes. The sandwich was a really tasty start to the morning! The chicken was served in nice big chunks and the jerk sauce had a nice kick which wasn't too much for the morning. It also came with lettuce and tomato which added another layer of flavor and texture to the sandwich, helping to keep everything light. The bread was toasted well and the potatoes had a nice variety of crunch and mush between them. Delicious sandwich that I would gladly order again! I had gotten the Tutti Frutti that was a part of the June specials. This drink had a great Fruity Pebble flavor that paired really well with the matcha base and was overall a great drink to wash everything. It was not too sweet or much that I got tired of it, but as the ice melted, the flavor seemed to really get watered down, so I'd recommend drinking fast! Pookie had gotten the Avocado Toast which was just as good as the first time she got it. We really appreciate how Día Café is really generous with their ingredients! There was lots of avocado and the 2 eggs really made it a filling toast. The yolks were nice and runny, and the cheese and microgreens added to the flavor and presentation. A bit of salt and pepper was needed to really taste everything together, but thankfully all condiments are easily available. M'lady had also gotten the Blueberry Lavender Limonada for her drink. It was quite refreshing as it was not overly sweet, sour, or lavender-y. I don't know if the blueberries add anything except it is fun to see them float, but this drink overall has a nice balance of everything to have you sipping away! Love Día Café and I cannot wait to come back! The windows all around the cafe provides great sunlight to have a great start to your morning and the games available at the tables add more fun than just being on your phone. The food is great and I would love to try more things, and who doesn't love a monthly rotating drink menu? Hoping that next month has just as tasty of options as June!

Dia has been upping their game for drinks and selections. We stop in more and more, and it's cool to see what they've got on the board for things to choose from. The drinks are delicious, and the food is different than what you're going to find elsewhere in the Greendale Village area. You're likely to hear plenty of conversations in here - it gets pretty noisy and the tables are pretty close since the space is small. We've tried various items from the menu for coffees, desserts, breakfast items; they're all really tasty and packed with flavor. I haven't been disappointed in anything I've gotten. I love the variety of drinks because it's not the same ole, same ole. Not quite sure if they change monthly, but the concoctions they come up with make it exciting to try a new drink instead of ordering just any old standby. The menu should entice a wide variety of people since there are plenty of items you can get that range from being traditional to a bit more exotic on the flavor side. There's a pretty good chance that they're going to have something for everyone in your party.

This was the new restaurant of the week so I stopped in at 7am for breakfast, I tried for lunch a couple weeks ago and every spot in and around the place was taken. The place has a Latin feel and very colorful for a cafe/drink spot. There is a Latin restaurant connected to it that was not open on my visit. No table service so order at counter and grab it when they call you along with any silverware, condiments etc. I was there for one thing only, the ranchero potato bowl which is rosemary potatoes, fried egg, sautéed onions/peppers, tomato sauce and queso fresco cheese. The potatoes might have been baby reds and cooked perfectly. The fried egg is hard. The tomato sauce was fantastic with nice garlic flavor. Overall this contained no meat but the carnivore absolutely found it delicious and a must try from the menu.

Día café is one of my favorite coffee spots. The inside is lovely very bright and colorful with lots of gorgeous plants. I love the ambiance and the Latin music they play. The staff is always nice and friendly. Each month they get very creative with their ice coffee specials and they always turn out delicious. I always enjoy a ranchero potato bowl with my coffee, I have yet to try their bakery items, and I will definitely be coming back to try noche restaurant

When IHOP took more than 15 minutes to seat us, I knew Día would make our day better. We were able to place an order as soon as we got in the cafe and sit down at a table to wait on a Friday morning. I got the rice bowl with chorizo for 8 dollars. It was more than enough food to last me for multiple meals. Rice was fried with the chorizo, it added the right amount of spice. The breakfast sandwich, avocado toast, steak sandwich had fried eggs, they had yolk still but i love my eggs that way. Even though we didn't eat there, it was a great area to talk. I would definitely hang out with friends to eat here.

Dia Café is very welcoming. The decor is bright and colorful, there are a few games set up on a counter with stools nearby. There staff C was nice The food was tasty though the veggies were either freeze dried or frozen.

Enjoyed a weekend breakfast at Dia Cafe. Staff was friendly. The cafe was very busy, a little bit of a wait, no problem, it's a Saturday morning. The Turkey Melt was good, lots of cheese. Latte was good too. Loved the decor. It was just a bit loud and difficult to have a conversation. But I would still return or maybe try the connecting restaurant for brunch.

Such a bright, beautiful space. Stopped in for to go coffee. I went with the Coquito latte - made with espresso, coconut milk, cinnamon syrup, vanilla syrup and nutmeg. Not overly sweet, was good! Everything in their pasty window caught my eye. The blueberry scone was so fresh! Would for sure get again. Also had a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The staff working were friendly and efficient. Happy to answer all of my questions. Looking forward to spending time in this vibrant space post pandemic.

Coffee is now ubiquitous with daily life in America, which brings me to Qamaria Coffee. Hatem and Munif are two Yemeni entrepreneurs with a passion for Yemeni Coffee and the joint goal of wanting to share it with the world. They founded Qamaria Coffee in 2019 to accomplish this task and in January 2024, they opened a location near Milwaukee in Greenfield, WI. Qamaria offers a variety of dessert options, including a Chocolate Tres Leches, Pistachio Tres Leches, and Caramel Tres Leches cakes. I went with the caramel version, which is described by the cafe as "A decadent caramel treat inspired by tres leches cake, creamy, sweet, and irresistibly smooth". If you've never had Tres Leches Cake, it's a light sponge cake soaked in three types of milk (evaporated, condensed, and whole) that's popular in Latin America. The cake originated in Nicaragua during the 19th century, so on first glance it's not exactly a Yemeni dessert. Doing some research, Middle Eastern variations exist that feature cardamom or rose water and some Qamaria locations do have a Rose Tres Leches. It's fine that the Greenfield location did not have that variety as I honestly would have got the caramel version anyway. My slice was perfectly moist as there was plenty of milk soaked in, but not so much that it made a mess or compromised the structure of the cake. The bottom layer was soft and Tiramisu-like in texture, while the cream on top was rich and thick. Personally, I found the caramel flavor to be mild, but delicious. As it is served chilled, it paired nicely with a hot cup of coffee (which they have a plethora of options to choose from). Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews

Yesterday was just wonderful, got to appreciate the outdoor seating since the weather was a perfect 73°. The hanging pansy basket was just stunning, looks like the award winning ones that are on sale at the west Allice farmers market. If that's the case I love that they're supporting local. And the whole block is in theme with the same color palette of hanging baskets!! I thought the next time I came would be to dive into one of their pies. Lo and behold I had to go with what I had last time, since it was so good! The apple danish. Chefs kiss! It hit the spot, and it's dangerous because you could be so full yet you just want...another. Additionally today I got the mocha scone, it sounded promising. It didn't mark anything special for me, but I'm glad I gave it a try. The icing tasted like as if a chocolate espresso bean took icing form, it was very visually appealing and was more on the coffee side for flavor. I felt like it wasn't dry, but it wasn't very moist? Can anything with raspberries be bad? In my book, almost never. That being said I also got the raspberry cheese danish, a classic, they're generous on the raspberry jam. The woman at the counter was personable which is always pleasant especially in a bakery, even when you're tired . Everybody walking through the neiborhood weather intentionally going, or just passing by seemed to stop in. They have a punch card for $5 off after the 10th visit. It can be punched at 3 different locations, a cheese shop and a meat shop! The cheese shop downtown has been on the go-2 list. I know I'll be back here, for one of the pies, for real this time. And for the cutest jar of sprinkles I've ever seen on a shelf.
