One of my favorite parts of going to the Southridge Mall is getting a drink from Bubblelicious. I love getting a Snowy Milk with boba and extra caramel. It is so delicious! Before I started ordering off of the kiosk the service was always polite and even now they still are and they are super speedy at making my drink. When I stop at Bubblicious I know I am at a place where I can relax after doing all my shopping, especially since they have the couches near their shop. read more

They are quick and have a lot of flavor options, but it's too sweet for my taste. Matcha latte was a sugar bomb, and it should be more mellow and a little bitter. For a mid-mall stand offering boba, it's ok. At least a different option and great spot for a break. read more

Every time I come to South-ridge Mall it's a must for some boba. I went in on 01/20/2024 and the girl who was taking my order wasn't very bubbly or customer friendly. I ordered a Snowy Milk with Caramel and extra boba. As I received my order I saw that there was so much caramel at the bottom. I didn't try to make anything of it so I started mixing it but then the boba wasn't even fully formed and was like mushy. Anyways it's Monday and haven't been able to keep anything down since I've had this boba! read more

Had went to visit this spot during Christmas break thinking it was a regular boba spot. The 2 stars is for the fresh boba and the friendly workers. But me and my daughter love boba and got Thai tea. It was not a regular Thai tea. There was no taste but milk so I think there wasn't any added sugar to it. Was very disappointed and don't think we'll be going back any time soon. read more

Since going to China town I have become addicted to boba tea and now it's right nearby at south ridge as well. Wasn't sure if I'd like the almond milk but the cashier told me I could try it, and if I didn't like it they would remake it with milk. So I thought what the heck let's give it a whirl. Also trying to have low sugar these days I opted for no sugar added. Much to my surprise, this was a very yummy boba tea without all the fat and sugar. Would definitely go back for a repeat! read more

Came hoping to meet Fergie, or at least Will I Am. Should have gone to Fergielicious. The girls at Bubblicious are really nice and were eager to tell me that they use real tea for their drinks. The bubbles were hard and squishy like chewing gum but had a really nice sweet taste to them - so at least they weren't tasteless. The taste of the boba is the reason this place got a 4 instead of a 3, because hard bubbles don't do it for me, lol. The tea itself really just tasted like milk. It didn't do much for me. It was the classic milk, which is usually what I order. But no tea flavour - too American. However, between the nice service and the large portions and the fact that despite the lack of taste, it went down well, not to mention the sweet tasting overly-Chewy Boba, I will settle on four stars for this lovely little stand in the mall. Now I have to go see my cute bf Bubba. He's Bubbalicious. read more

Milwaukee doesn't have an ideal selection when it comes to bubble tea/boba places, but after a chance encounter with Bubblelicious on a random shopping trip, we've been making the drive out to Greendale almost every other weekend just for a shake. It's a small kiosk on the first floor of the Southridge Mall located across the way from a Starbucks. It's a fairly small operation in terms of staffing and capacity, too, so we've noticed that a long line takes a little while to clear up as the folks behind the counter do their best to churn orders out. There are a lot of options to pick from depending on what you're in the mood for - milk teas, regular teas, shakes, and the accompanying extras like tapioca pearls, "popping" boba or puddings. The milk teas are good if a little bland depending on who makes it, but our personal favorite are the shakes. Both from the favorites menu, the green tea + avocado shake and "snowy milk" with caramel shake are great. Definitely more of a heavy drink (it's a shake, of course), but we've never been disappointed with either. Super rich, sweet, and very worth the drive every time. read more

I've been here 3-4x so far since I live out of state. I visit MKE frequently and this place is conveniently in the mall. MKE had been in need of a decent boba place that uses real tea. The first 2xs I went were fine. The boba was a good consistency, and the latte based drinks were mixed well. The last time I ordered (Dec. 31st), my drink was not mixed. I didn't mind since I figured I could just stir it myself. What I didn't realize, however, was that the milk had been separating from the tea and sweetener for a reason. After mixing it, I noticed the milk was curdling around the cup and straw. It tasted sour and I figured I'd go back to the stand to let the employees know that the milk was most likely spoiled. When I went back the stand was unattended for some time. I even tried coming back 2 more times (5, 10 mins later) and couldn't find anyone, so I simply tossed the drink and considered it a loss. I did see a hiring sign, so perhaps they're looking to add more people. I am willing to give it another try as long as they're adequately staffed. I've also worked retail before, so the lackluster service may simply be due to the holiday work and a long day. I had 2 decent experiences prior to the bad milk one, but the sour taste kind of spoiled it for me. read more

there's almost always a line for this bubblelicious location, and they're out of boba a lot, which obviously takes away from the fact that it's a boba place. i 100% would choose the mayfair location over the southridge location any day, considering they recently added an ordering kiosk, always make the drinks better somehow, and have way faster service. read more

I was feeling some bubble tea one night so I decided to drag my husband and sister to Southridge for some! Bubblelicious is a little kiosk in the center of the mall by Starbucks. They offer many flavors of bubble tea as well as milk tea, including taro, pineapple, coffee, etc. I opted for the mango boba tea with poppin boba since they were out of regular boba. It was delicious! I loved the poppin boba, which are little pearls filled with mango-flavored liquid. Kind of like sushi caviar but fruity! Yum. For two drinks, it came out to $11 which I thought was reasonable for a post-dinner pick me up. I'll be back! read more

I've been to Bubblelicious twice now. The first time I ordered the lavender flavored tea with boobas. I like that you can control the sweetener level as other places I am gotten bubble tea from I found far too sweet. The second time I tried to order was at 8pm on a week day and they had run out of boobas. This was a huge disappointment. I recommend going early in the day to ensure you can get the full bubble tea experience. read more

They make their Tapoca balls fresh. Had to wait 20 minutes. It was a special treat. I like custom bubble teas where I can control sweet level. Ladies were not friendly, but not mean. Is that a good thing in customer service? ‍ I would not go again! read more

I got the Tiger Milk Tea with Boba, and my expectations were low, but this was amazing! Truly the best bubble tea I've had.

This is the second time we ordered boba from here and both times the workers had an attitude when we could not hear them call out the number order. The boba is meh as well. It's good to satisfy the urge temporarily. read more

The boba was really gross. It tasted old. The service was really bad. It was all around not a good experinc

SO GOOD! We made the trip out to Southridge allll the way from Riverwest (I knowwww) because we had heard of this place. It's true - it's the only authentic, fresh brewed bubble tea we've found in town. Super bonus - they had almond milk (non-dairy milk) for those who are dairy free! The teas are pretty sweet on their own so next time we will probably get it less sweetened, which is an option they offer. One thing to note is that they do not offer caffeine-free teas. Some of them are lower caffeine but are mostly black and green...in case that is a thing for you! read more

Why yes, I did drive all the way to Southridge Mall to try this place because seriously good Bubble Tea is worth it! Bubblelicious did not disappoint! Cute and convenient little stand in the middle of the mall with lots of flavors and friendly service. I made the trip specifically to try the Taro flavor (the best flavor ever), which a lot of bubble tea places do not have. The taro flavor was a bit on the weak side, but still was incredibly yummy and hit the spot! What I really loved were the tapioca balls, since there were packed with flavor and the perfect consistency. The larger size is good for walking around with, but be warned... the cup is so wide it won't fit in your cup holder. read more

Visited here quite a few times and always get a milk tea unsweetened. Awesome they use fresh tea for their drinks. Unfortunately my recent visit wasn't great. Asked if I could get the matcha iced latte and if it could be made unsweetened and that I want no sugar. I was told it could be made unsweetened and it turned out to be sweet. I complained and was told the latte milk was sweet so they made another one which was also sweet. I asked if the matcha they use was sweet and was told no but the drink was still sweet. At this point I gave up and ended up throwing the drink away. read more

Just a tiny little booth in the middle of the mall with one little menu displayed. Glad I stopped! Classic milk tea was great and perfectly milky. Got my order wrong twice. What I ended up drinking wasn't very good. Would highly recommend stopping by R&R Poke for good bubble tea.

You can't go wrong with classic milk tea, it is the best milk tea in Milwaukee!!! You must try the tea if you go visit there one day!

The southridge location has really deteriorated. I used to love going here but the quality of drinks are always inconsistent. Sometimes the drinks are sweet, sometimes flavorless and sometimes so chunky that it's hard to drink. The reason for my review however they're always out of boba!!! Consistently..today is my 5th time going to order and getting turned away because there was no boba. Either I have very bad luck or there could be something done to be more efficient and consistent. Why do they wait to make more boba only once they've run out ?? Then it's 30 minute wait. Not to mention there was three employees present who seemed to be just hanging around during their 30min break. It's also unpleasant to see employees with they hair down and no aprons. I love boba and bobalicious drinks but I think current employees and/or current ways of doing things is just not working. I hope to see consistent drinks, clean looking employees and for there to be boba at a boba tea shop in the future. read more

I love bubblelious they have the best tea in Milwaukee !

Visited the location at two different times, during two different weeks and the kiosk was out of Tapioca balls! I could've dealt with it both times but customer service was very poor. The employee working at night time did not seem interested to take my order or give alternative drink suggestions. Upon asking her what other drinks are good on the menu, she just shrugged. Besides the fact that this place did not have the tapioca balls, the customer service was very poor. I was highly disappointed read more

The drinks here aren't good anymore. It feels like they don't even use real fruit. The bobba tastes like water and the drinks are overpriced. Sucks for the owner because I give this place a year for it to shut down. read more

We usually come here frequently for bubble tea. The service is typically subpar, but today's experience was rough. 3 girls working. One was making out with her boyfriend over the small side wall by the cash register. Continued for a bit after I walked up and started giving my order to another girl who was pretty sandwiched between the making our couple and the register. She tells my order to the third girl who appeared to be new based on the amount of questions she asked the other girls, which they were not super helpful, and just barked orders at her. She ended up overflowing the cup and too it to the sink and began leveling it off with her bare finger while the other girls take out their phones and mess around not offering any support. She continues to level it off with her finger then wipes the side with her hands, puts a lid on hands it to me and says sorry about that. disgusting. I don't blame her because she is obviously new, but if the other two girls could get their tongue in their own mouths and phones put away maybe they could have helped her out. Do better. read more
