The hidden gem is the fried rice! Cook straight in a Wok! In my opinion this is the best fried rice, the taste does vary from chef tho, I'd say the best time to go for food is Saturday when it's fully stocked and they have their A+ crew working the kitchen. I almost forgot, their soup which is only served on the weekend is also delicious, paired with some sticky rice. Definitely worth a try if you haven't ate here yet. Along with the deli and food, there's a whole entire produce and cookware throughout the store.

I like it when they come in this triangle shape. I also got the shrimp spring rolls, which were delicious, and the pork egg roll, which I loved. I ordered the beef pad Thai for entrees, but they gave me chicken instead, which is fine, but I would have wanted beef. I also ordered the pork belly since I saw many pictures of it, and it looked pretty good. The pad Thai was flavorful and had a kick that I wanted. The pork belly was delicious. I love a good, crispy pork belly. The rice was nice and buttery paired with it.

Adding Hmong fusion to the lot:…read more On a sunday afternoon, hopping with people. The restaurant is located way in the back of Hmong Town. You order from the counter, and they will bring the food to yohu. I saw many Asian families eating humongous bowls of pho, and they looked quite good. I will have to try some time. On my particular visit, though, we weren't really hungry, and just wanted a snack. We went with eggrolls and beef intestines, but their sausages and stuffed chicken wings (bones removed and stuffed with eggroll stuffing) also looked so good. Eggrolls ($1.50) I've had some exceptional Hmong eggrolls, so i know these aren't the best out there, though it wasn't bad. I wasn't sure whether they had run out when we got there or whether it's just their practice, but they started rolling and cooking the eggrolls after we ordered them. So it took about 15 minutes to get them. It was steaming hot and good, but again, the flavors weren't the best i've had, and it was a bit more on the heavy side with the cabbage. With this in mind, I'm not sure that I'll try their stuffed wings, cuz they probably use the same in there. Beef intestines ($8) Steep on the price, but surprisingly good!!! Got me wowed! Not for those who don't like intestines, obviously, but I've had my share and these are good! They are a bit bigger pieces and intestines are very chewy, so they can get a bit tough to chew. But they had no smell, flavors were on the money, and i couldn't have asked for better. I did take half of it home, and warmed up on the air fryer and cut them more into bite sizes, and it was even better. Would get again!

Should have the option for NO STARS. Ordered at this Subway, paid with $100 bill. Got $90.14 back…read morein change. Spent the $10 at the McDonald's down the street and did not go anywhere else until trying to pick up prescription at Walgreens, when trying to pay with 1 of the $20s in which Walgreens denied it immediately staying the $20 was fake. I immediately went back to Subway where I acquired the bill and had to argue for over an hour with the apparent manager on the phone that they gave me a fake $20 bill back for change. I busy this Subway often at least 1 or twice every 2 weeks and I work in customer service, instead of arguing with me for over an hour when the line was constant, CORRECT customer service would have been to exchange the fake bill. The associate also tried marking the fake bill and another 20 I brought in, with a Bic permanent marker telling me the mark stayed the same so it's real. I then pointed out that there was no face for the watermark on the fake bill. After the full hour or arguing back and forth and now losing a consistent customer, I only got back $10 of the $20 that I should have gotten. The so called manager has zero customer service and I could not believe her attitude and tone with someone who she remembered and called "nice customers." I will never go here again. After losing half of what was their fault, and the associate giving only $10 which should have been $20, the associate THEN proceeded to put the FAKE BILL BACK IN THE REGISTER. Overall very displeased and appalled at the lack of customer service at this location and disgusted they are giving out fake bills. It should be shut down.!!!

The bread was incredible and the beet ricotta was so unique. I loved the salad which had an apple puree and blue cheese - flavors paired perfectly. The splin was excellent and the duck was good. We aren't huge duck fans but the duck leg and duck sausage were decent! Dessert had a great cherry flavor. Overall, super impressed by the food and top-notch service. Wine selection was excellent as well. Our only knock was that we were seated close to the door, so we had a few chilly moments! But worth it for this meal.

The only way to get a table is to book far in advance through Instagram. Also keep in mind everything I'm about to talk about below may never be on your menu as it's different every week. First course was a tartine featuring sardines, pickled fennel, and kalamata olives. A salty, but bright dish that finished with a subtle licorice spice. Second course was a lentil salad with cooked lentils, pickled celery, roasted fennel, lemon juice, goat cheese, and quick fried lentils on top to add a surprising crunch. My favorite of the courses. The acid from the lemon juice and the fat from the goat cheese was heaven on earth. Third course was a bouillabaisse of monk fish, pearl onions, and potatoes in a salty and savory, saffron tomato sauce topped with small dollops fresh aioli. Fourth course was an entire sole done so perfectly it melted in your mouth, covered in a lemon tarragon cream, and sprinkled with bread crumbs. Fifth course was a Paris-Brest filled with praline cream, spotted with sunflower seeds then dusted with powdered sugar. A very light and delicate end to a wonderful meal. This was more than just a dinner out on a Saturday night, it was an experience to be shared with your best friends or a romantic partner. My ONLY wish is for a wine pairing with each dish as an optional menu upgrade from the set price.
