We ordered the Vietnamese Phin Black Coffee (served with the drip filter and syrup on the side so you can sweeten it to your liking), the Salted Coffee, and the Matcha Cream Top Coconut Water - because why not, it's the newest trend! The Vietnamese coffee drinks were bold, rich, and exactly what you'd expect from authentic Vietnamese coffee. The matcha coconut water was refreshing too, but if it's your first visit, I'd recommend starting with one of their classic Vietnamese coffees with condensed milk to really get a feel for their coffee. The BBQ pork rice bowl is basically a deconstructed bánh mì - you get all the same delicious ingredients, just served over rice instead of in crispy toasted bread.
