This place is right up my alley! Milwaukee has been in need of a little cafe like 4one4, providing healthy drink and shake options. I love to make my own protein shakes at home, but this place does it better. They only use water, ice and powders but somehow it comes out sooo creamy and thick, just like I like it. Packed with protein and has minimal sugars so #winning all around. My first visit I opted for the pumpkin cinnamon roll flavor, because fall, and it was divine! So satiating too which is great as they're meant to be meal replacements. On my second visit, the owner Katy (who is the sweetest), explained how great it is to get a shake and a tea for the purpose of the tea ingredients helping the body absorb the nutrients from the shake. She clearly put a lot of thought into creating this business and intention in all of the products. This is totally my wheelhouse so the combo made so much sense to me. I went for it and got the heath flavored shake and the mandarin-lemon tea. Sounds like a weird combo, but I first drank one then the next so it worked nicely. Big fan of the aloe in the teas, as it supports digestion as well. All in all, this place great! Beyond the tasty offerings, the cafe is cozy, clean, and welcoming. You are greeted as soon as you get in the door, and the owner does a great job explaining the entire menu and answering any questions you may have! You can tell she's really passionate about her business, that's great! This is the perfect spot for a place like this, in the growing east side! Grab your shake or tea on a beautiful day and just a block away, take a walk through the park. There are so many options to chose from and even a rotating monthly exclusive menu. First things first, the owner is incredible. She's super passionate about the business and extremely helpful in breaking everything down. The staff is also super friendly and pleasant. The place has a cute vibe for the small space. It gets the job done. Various tables to sit while you wait or enjoy your beverages. A mirror for pictures or fit checks and a backdrop for insta worthy pics of your bevy. Now the bevys themselves. I love love love the teas. My favorite is the Mango Breeze. It's the perfect mix of hydration + energy after a sweaty morning workout. It helps keep me going without crashing. Now I'm not a huge shake gal but I tried the key lime pie shake a few weeks ago and it did not disappoint. I would definitely get it again. They have an expansive menu so there's literally something for everyone. If you don't see it on the menu, just ask, they are more than happy to make it for you or offer the closest alternative. read more

Cute tea and shakes "cafe" for delicious and nutritious beverages. I tried the Kit Kat shake and it was all I imagined it to be: flavorful and satisfying. They do have "almost vegan" options (almost because of the honey powder). Sometimes instead of a full meal, a nice hearty shake does it, and it being under $10 it makes for an affordable snack or even lunch. read more

I love this place! Every time I walk in I am greeted with a large smile from the owner and treated with a welcoming conversation. I can't rave about 4one4 enough and I truly believe it's one of Milwaukee's must go to locations. The owner is super friendly and with one conversation with her you quickly discover how passionate she is for 4one4 nutrition. She always shares what shakes are new and gives an awesome explanation of what's in them and the flavor profile. The building is small, but there is some seating if you decide to chill by yourself or with a couple of friends! The shakes here are out of this world! This is easily my favorite shake shop in the Milwaukee area. The shakes are unique, delicious, and healthy which is really everything I look for in a shake. Honestly, I can't hype these shakes up enough. If you haven't been to 4on4 yet you are really missing out on a Milwaukee gem.
