This location is trash and either needs to permanently close or get new management. This used to be my favorite location but they have gone down so badly. I've been frequenting this location way more often just because of the amazing customer service I've received every time! I've had the same employee help me a couple time I believe her names Vanessa I asked her for a drink recommendation since I wanted to try something new and she was so quick to help me out, gave me a couple options and was overall just extremely friendly, super refreshing to see, hope to see more employees like her!!! Last but not least the overall service and making the drink was very speedy and was even asked if it was up to my standards before I left! The food at Jamba Juice is kinda nasty. If you're a foodie you will not like this place! Service is amazing and the black guy that works behind the counter is really nice. I am a huge fan of smoothie bowls, they are very trendy and popping up everywhere, but I have yet to have a better one than Jamba Juice. They are generously sized, thick (not liquidy), and loaded with fresh fruit, nuts, and goodies on top. They have TONS of different options depending on your preferences (vanilla blue sky is low cal, island pitaya for the tropical lovers, nutty almond butter is mild and protein packed, peachy green goodness including kale to get your greens in, or the ever popular pre-made acai primo if you're in a rush!) I couldn't decide what one I wanted last time, and the employee was very patient and helpful with his suggestions - I got the chunky strawberry and was satisfied as always. I woke up last weekend looking for a place to purchase a well blended smoothie. I tried four different locations, and each were satisfactory enough for me not to complain. One evening I decided to load value onto my card at Walgreens and I came to notice the pretzel place was in fact a conglomerate with a smoothie place called Jamba. I walked inside not only noticing that the place of business was very clean, but also very professional with their customers. Sean and his team always take care of me and make a great smoothie. Restaurant is always clean and the employees are as happy as the SNL skit. I have been very disappointed with the rewards system. They got rid of the punch cards and I stopped going everyday. They now give you a coupon based on entering your phone number, but the machine never works. Service is quick and the staff is friendly. I've gone once when the Acai bowl was new and the time to create it took a little while (new item, I'm sure there was a learning curve). I have gone since, while it was busier and gotten the same item in a quicker amount of time. Jamba juice ! Squeaky clean and fresh with friendly fun employees...they also serve the elusive acai bowl and fresh juices. I tried the apple n greens...and well, some other ginger smoothie the name of which eludes me. I love having this place as an option. So why the star deduction? I wish their smoothies offered more types of greens. Yes, kale...we all know you're wonderful and we all love you. But really variety in that department would be nice. And its not exactly cheap but for what it is its priced very competitively compared to other smoothie places I've visited elsewhere. sign up for emails and you get a free birthday smoothie as well as other discounts; they have daily specials (ex. "Thirsty Thursdays" gets you a large smoothie for the price of a medium.) This is a nice smoothie shop. I stop in probably twice a month and typically get a Mango-a-go-go with daily vitamin and whey protein add ins. It tastes delicious, and the add ins make it a little creamier which I like. The store is consistently clean. My only gripe is that if you stop in later in the night, like anywhere within an hour of closing, the employees really act like they don't want you there. I can understand that they probably have done most of the dishes and that they want to go home, but sometimes I feel very uncomfortable. So all in all, if you're going to go, it's best to go during the day. Your experience will be very pleasant. read more

I frequent this Jamba juice a lot and I am used to waiting at least a couple minutes for my smoothies because they are made to order.   However,  today there is only 1 person working.  So Morgan E is the cashier and creator for walk-in and online orders. Instead of going somewhere else I'm sitting here with 7 other customers who choose to wait because he honestly communicated that it is going to be a while and he's just powering through with a calm pleasant attitude!  I always get great service here, but this is really impressive. I'm a Jamba Juice patron for their Green Juice Signature Blend selections. I normally order the Great Greens and Tropical Green juices. The largest signature juice size is a 21oz, whereas a smoothie can be purchased in a 28oz cup. After my third visit to this branch, I finally asked if they could make 28oz of Great Greens, and I'd pay the difference/ extra. The manager responded with saying that all he could do is add ice to make it 28oz...which was kind of weird and off-putting. For a smoothie and juice place that claims to cater to one's healthy palate, I thought my inquiry/request was reasonable. As a regular Jamba Juice customer, I would appreciate a 28oz juice option (since they already have that size in stock)- maybe something corporate could consider? Disappointedly, I ordered the 12oz Great Greens. A few moments later, the manager came back to me and did some creative problem solving. Here is what he offered: I could order a 21oz signature juice blend and add 6oz of one particular juice to comprise the 28oz; i.e., 21oz of Great Greens w 6oz of cucumber juice, which only cost an additional $1.59 and totaled ~$11 (as opposed to purchasing two separate 12oz juices for ~ $15). So, that's my happy compromise and my go-to green juice order now. I appreciate that the manager took the time to consider my request and offer a feasible option. If you care as much as I do about the amount/volume of green juice/nutrients ingested, perhaps you'll appreciate the option, too :) read more

Lets be real, its Jamba Juice, they serve smoothies, juice and some breakfast items which are generally fantastic. What sets this location apart is the people. So far each experience has been great and the employees have been nice and helpful with recommendations. If you haven't tried it yet give the Açai Energy Bowl, it is the perfect healthy breakfast. Love the juices, smoothies, and Patiya bowl. They're filling and taste great. Overall the staff is really nice, but a few are low talkers and you have to strain to hear them. PLEASE pressure corporate to develop an app. The cards and the sign in methods are too confusing and I still don't understand exactly how that sign in for points works. It's just weird. And no one has explained it to me in a way that makes sense. Just automate the stupid thing. read more
