I order the same thing every time: an iced matcha latte with whole milk. I have never once asked for any kind of flavoring, because I am allergic to artificial dyes, and their flavors contain artificial dyes (Torani syrup). Yesterday, apparently someone decided I wanted flavoring. I didn't know until it was too late, and have now lost an entire day of my life recovering from a bad allergic reaction. When I reached out to complain, and tell them I no longer feel comfortable consuming their product, their solution was to offer me a free drink. I reiterated I do not feel comfortable consuming their product, so a free drink would not be a solution. They did offer to refund my drink, but I'm still very upset. Also, I find it interesting that the "business owner" only responds to positive reviews on Yelp and not negative reviews .
