The chicken soup with mishmosh also disappointed. The lid was swimming in grease. I discarded it carefully. There was 1 matzo ball (ok), tons of noodles (meh) rice (ugh - underdone and inedible) and a kreplach ( I had to spit it out - filling was rancid and sour). The broth was tasteless and unseasoned. Not sure how THAT happened, but we'll rectify that now. I met an old coworker for a coffee before work on a Monday morning and remembered that I struggle a bit with Stone Creek and their coffee options. The menu had changed since my last visit and they stopped offering my favorite drink (the Mexican spice) years ago, making it a bit trickier to find something I would enjoy. They also don't list the prices or other sizes on the menu, just the 16 oz. I thought that maybe meant they were being "green" and only offering one size, but that is apparently not the case. Since they didn't list the other sizes, I stuck with the 16 oz and tried the white chocolate mocha, since that's my standard drink at Starbucks. The drink was very good, and as long as they don't change the menu further, I have a new drink to enjoy should I stop into another location in the future!
