Our 8oz filet and 20oz bone-in ribeye were perfectly cooked to temperature, and the Truffle Frites and Brussels sprouts were great options for our steaks. The Dark Chocolate Mousse Bar and added vanilla ice cream from local premium ice cream makerr, Scratch, made for the perfect end to our dinner. My girlfriend loved her Pick Me Up (Espresso Martini), and I enjoyed my Chef's A-5 Manhattan, made with Sazerac "washed in Japanese A-5 beef fat," and again - what other place is doing this?!?!
