DRIVE THROUGH ONLY LOCATION!!! (at least "temporarily") I've frequented this location many times and the coffee was always made right, bathroom was always clean, and workers were always nice. For a while now, though, the place has a small sign at the door saying it's "temporarily closed" (though there is no indication as to for how long), but that their drive through is open. I expect better from Starbucks. This isn't an airport or inside Target. The app should at least indicate that this store is drive-through only. read more

Coffee coffee coffee!! I love the seasonal caramel brûlée! But is it really coffee? It is more like a sweet rich decadent sip from the gods! Yeah it is filled with calories but it is the holidays... treat yourself! The grande is the perfect size to get your diabetic coma in a cup but still not max out your calories for the week! Every time I've visited they've been quick, polite and have always gotten my order correct. I'd visit more if I lived closer.

This Starbucks is close to my work so I stop in from time to time for a coffee. The staff are always friendly and they keep the line moving along. Today I tried their Mozzarella Pesto sandwich and it was pretty decent but more expensive than it should be. I never use the drive-thru but agree with another reviewer that the line can get long and wraps around, sometimes making it hard to get in and out of the lot. The people who work here are fabulously positive and friendly. The manager does a great job keeping the energy alive and they are very efficient during busy periods. The drive through situation is not good. Cars waiting in line often block the entrance to the parking lot. That part is annoying and predictable. read more

This is one of VERY few coffee shops in this part of Milwaukee. It's located on Good Hope, just East of 76th Street, in front of the Pick N Save (formerly the Home Depot). Tiny inside, with some comfortable seating. There are a few tables to sit at outside as well when the weather's nice. Sometimes I feel like I should be running a vacuum when I've sat inside, but sometimes it's fine. Regardless, it's tolerable. Staff is always friendly, inside and at their drive thru. Starbucks is the best coffee I have had. I remember the first time I had a Starbucks coffee. It was in Portland Oregon 1996. They didn't even have them in Wisconsin at that time. I have been to this Starbucks multiple times and all at different times and days of the week. And let me say this, this was one of the first Starbucks I ever been to about 4 years ago so I didn't know what to expect and it was fine then but then after going to other Starbucks through out the state and even through out the country this is my least favorite Starbucks I have ever been to. I don't even understand why, it doesn't matter who is working something is always wrong with my drink and I only get the same 5 drinks so I know how they are supposed to taste and my sister works at a Starbucks in Brookfield and she agrees they are made wrong! One time she even went behind the counter and told the Barista how to make the drink right. Today my experience pushed me over the edge I ordered my drink at 7:28 am and didn't get it till 7:41 that's not terrible for rush hour, but multiple people had to leave without even getting there drink because it was taking too long. Then when I got handed my drink I was told that they had to put more water in it because they ran out of lemonade. I wish they would have told me that before it was getting handed to me and I had to leave otherwise I was going to be late. I honestly don't know what needs to be changed because there has been multiple times something has been wrong with my drink and it's not just because they ran out of an ingredient. I hope they can find a way to make the drinks better and have better and faster service because I have always purposely gone out of my way to avoid this Starbucks and the next nearest Starbucks is in Fox point which is an amazing location. read more

If I put my head phones into my lap top and want to get work done I should not be overwhelmed with the blasting stereo in the background of this coffee shop. Staff needs to think about the customer experience and do the lap top / headphone test. If you're hearing the starbucks stereo over the music in your headphones the music is in fact too loud. read more

You blew it today! Even called the manager to complain. All I felt was excuses excuses excuses. There was one car that finished ordering when I was in line . I waited over 10 minutes in line to get my order and didn't even get a napkin when I ordered my cream cheese and bagel. I was so nervous I was going to be late getting back from my lunch break it was taking so long. Person at the window didn't even apologize for the wait. I told her the wait time is ridiculous and all I was told was, "Have a nice day!". So I'll tell you what Starbucks, I'll make sure you have plenty of time to make other people's drinks. Nutrition facts aside, this starbucks has service nailed. They were extremely efficient, at 7:50, when the line was almost out the door. They remembered names, difficult orders and special requests. I had asked for no dairy, and without prompt remembered and dumped my drink to make one as requested. I was in and out in 5 - awesome service. read more

Don't bother trying to go inside this location to order a coffee. You would be better off going through drive through, then go inside. Starbucks in general, along with other "used to be fast" food and beverage locations with drive throughs are basically discouraging customers to come into their stores vs using a drive through. Let me start by saying that as a coffee newbie, I have never had a bad experience at this location. Last Friday evening, I got a tickle in my throat. I soon realized it wasn't the cause of seasonal allergies--my infectious husband had passed his gooball cold to me. Being that I don't drink tea, I made a beeline to this Starbucks at a mere 8:46pm for a Caramel Machiotto (spellcheck ya mammy) to soothe my aching throat. I knew I was pushing my luck on having a quality drink because close time was 9pm. I pulled up to the window to provide my debit card for payment and this angel in an apron hands it right back and says (as harps play), "Don't worry about it." HUH? "It's late. It's free." It isn't even about the $5 and some change I'd saved but sometimes it just feels good to know that every so often life throws you a break, especially when you're sick and too old to cry to your mother.
