We waited 20 minutes to have someone take our order. When the food arrived it was sloppy and there was mustard (or cheese) on my fiancée's burger wrapper. Our sundaes sat out without anyone telling us they were ready. As we started eating a kitchen worker shouted "Ew, ew, ew, ew, ew, I don't want to think about that!" Then the woman at the window was very rude never saying your welcome when we said thank you and practically throwing the bag into my car and when we drove off she yelled something at my car very angrily. Everything about this place is nasty, I've known a couple working employees that have worked there they don't wash their sauce and toss bowl throughout the day all the barbecue in that bowl just builds up throughout the whole 12 hours of the day, when I had went into the men's bathroom, the bottom of the toilet had pee all over it. There was toilet paper all over the ground the staff was very unprofessional and when I went up to ask for ketchup the blond lady I don't know her name I think it started with a H was so rude to me I definitely won't be bringing my son and daughter back here ever again I hope somebody from hire management figures something out read more

We were staying at a hotel nearby and wanted a quick snack before heading off to a wedding later that evening. It was pretty much what you'd expect for a fast food stop. I got a three-piece chicken strip order (not on the menu, but the cashier told me about it after inquiring if there were any non-meal options for them). The quality of the chicken was actually surprisingly good. My boyfriend hadn't eaten yet that day so he opted for a burger basket; he had no complaints. You can order dessert with your meal and then go back up with your receipt to get it after you've finished your hot food. The restaurant seemed to be more updated than most DQs, but it was in need of a good wipe down. We were there mid-afternoon on a Saturday and almost every table and seat had crumbs or a spill. There were at least four people working while we there and only three parties total in the restaurant - the food runner could have easily wiped down tables in between runs. read more

Dairy Queen is owned by the same guy who owns my employer (and a former employer, too) so I try to pause for the cause now and then. (Hmmm...maybe I should buy stock?) This is a typical Dairy Queen located in a strip mall. It's long and narrow, the kitchen and drive-through window is on an outside wall of the shopping center. It has a standard DQ menu, with one "Local" panel of favorites - like cheese curds. Food is served up quick and hot, and with added bonus of something cold and sweet for desert. When you need a quick, kid-friendly lunch and you'd like an alternative to a clown burger, this is a great place. read more

There's really only 1 reason to go to Dairy Queen in my opinion: An amazing strawberry shake. Sure, you can get a lot of other stuff, like ice cream cakes and chicken nuggets, but the real star of the show, the unsung hero that is always amazing, is the strawberry shake. Now that the Cold Stone Creamery in Delafield is closed I expect more traffic at this Dairy Queen. But in my opinion I'd rather not indulge in ice cream than eat here! They tend to be overwhelmed every night. Service slows down significantly with more than a handful of customers waiting. The ice-cream is meh! at best and the ambiance is unwelcoming. If Chocolate Factory or other equivalents weren't too far I would go there over Dairy Queen. But alas I am stuck with these guys being my primary ice-cream provider! read more

Very disappointed. I ordered a vanilla cone dipped in orange flavor like I always got. They handed me a vanilla cone dipped in crunch. When we said this wasnt correct they then said they dont have the orange dip anymore. So make me a cone I didnt order? We also ordered 2 large oreo blizzards. Didnt turn them upside down. And didnt put any oreos in them!! We got 2 large cups or vanilla ice cream. Inside was closed. They didint answer phone. Drive thru wait was too long so we left. Ordered a burger basket that was supposed to have BBQ flavor. Needed to be dip my burger in ketchup for flavor. The staff was extremely awkward and hard to deal with. The blizzard was mixed to oblivion and had zero tasty chunks left in it, a huge disappointment as it killed the flavor. The Sundai was a mess that spilled all over the sides. Had 2 bad experiences at this location. 1st time (5/22), we were waiting forever for 2 Blizzards while 3 or 4 groups came and got served and our order never got called. We asked the girl who brought out our food where our orders could be and she went and told them behind the counter what we were waiting on. (Restaurant was empty now, around 7:30PM so far from closing) Guy peered over the counter to asked what we were waiting for, told him, got 1 Blizzard and waited for the next. Few minutes pass, nothing. Finally, a short red/purple haired lady hollers our 2nd blizzard. My boyfriend goes to grab it and she's screams at him "NO THIS ISN'T YOURS"(Again, no one else is inside). As we tell her, yes it is, we're still waiting our our 2nd blizzard, she yells at us again "NO THIS IS NOT YOURS. IT COMES WITH A CHOCOLATE EXTREME BLIZZARD" We tell her that we already have that one, and we have to PRY it our of her hand just to get it. Mind you, it was all melted like it had been sitting, and my first one wasn't even full. THEN. Today(5/26) my father went in to pick up a cake we ordered. They immediately flat out said "We have no cakes". After the kid's 3 trips to the back, the kid finally has our cake(Even though they somehow had no cakes??). My dad asks if he can use a $3 off coupon and the guy replies "No it's only on 10 & 8 inch" and my dad asks "isn't this 8?" and That same short RUDE lady marches from the counter to the freezers, pulls out a cake, SLAMS it on the counter and says "THIS. Every time I come into this location, the front doors are disgustingly Filthy!!!!!! Do any of your employees Know How to Clean windows????? You need to train them on that!!! When I went into the restroom ,the garbage was filled to the top and it was Filthy!!! My son said the mens garbage was full too and there wasn't anymore paper towels too.
