Quality: +++++ Price: +++++ Atmosphere/Cleanliness: +++++ Butcher: +++++ Fresh Produce: +++++ Service: +++++ In the local area ears ago we had one grocery store option. Then we had two options with Pic N Sav. Now, we have 8 not counting Sam's, Costco or Target, Walmart. all offering a different value proposition. So the question is, what are you looking for and what do you value most? I like Good Harvest Market for many things. Good Harvest is about natural, quality and organic foods sourced locally if possible. As we learn more and more about the effects of processed foods more and more of us are looking for natural and organic foods. Also, this is a wonderful place for those of you looking for gluten free options, by far the largest selection in the Lake Country area. Some people may feel the prices are high, but once you consider the quality, freshness and organic sourced (higher cost and lower yield) then you begin to understand it isn't that expensive. I like their fresh produce and butcher shop. Just look at the quality (color, size and freshness) of the fruits and vegetables. A good beer and wine selection with plenty of local beers. I typically don't buy my wines here. When I buy wines, I generally buy 6-12 bottles at a time and I can find better deals elsewhere. Service is great. Really great service. Always met with a "hi, can I help you" at the butcher shop. Advice on meats, cuts, are you grilling?" Fast checkout and extremely clean store. Need advice on natural remedies for health ailments, there is someone here to help. Join their frequent shopper rewards called ECO Rewards and at the end of the year you get credit/gift card to spend at the store. Check out the Harvest Cafe located in the store for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack. Yes I am a fan of the butcher shop and fresh produce, and you do pay for what you get. So if it is high quality, organic and natural products are the values you like, then Good Harvest is the place to go.

I'll stick with Fresh Thyme. The prices are outrageous, their berries were coverd in mold, and their broccoli is infested with insects.

I frequent this store initially for the Butcher/Meat Dept. Always so fresh & great prices. I was…read moreshopping today for a deal on Body Armor Coconut recovery water & there happened to be none of my fav flav Peach/Mango. I asked an employee who worked in the freezer dept, & he stepped up to help me w/out hesitation. My new friend reappeared w/ a whole case for me! Thank you Jay for going out of yur way (&above +beyond) for me. I appreciate you!

Many times there isn't any fish out/prepared and I have to ask someone in the back area if they could make more. Last week there were several pieces of fish available, so I bought those, which was a bad idea. That fish was quite dried out and I couldn't eat most of it. Today I thought I'd try one more time. There wasn't any fish available, so I looked for someone in the back area. No one was there, so I talked with another employee and they were able to get someone to help. I waited for roughly 20 minutes before I was told that they were waiting for the fish to thaw, which they figured would be another 10 minutes or so, and then roughly another 6 minutes to fry them up. I waited another 20 minutes before I saw the person that was supposedly preparing the fish leave to go on their break (I'm assuming as they came out of the back area with their water bottle). At that point I left, getting no fish after wasting almost an hour in total. I'm thinking this store's standard for a good employee is one that just shows up on time.

There is a menu there but the part I liked is you can go up to the meat case, pick something out and they cook it up for you. Entrees come with fries of roasted vegtables. I had the tilapia with the veggies. My friends had burgers from the regular menu. Can't comment on the bill because I had 3 glasses of Moscato. The second floor was pretty bare. There was seating and a large screen tv, for those who want to catch the game while the other one shops. The third floor is amazing. It has a huge floral section, candles, books, throw pillows, some clothing items etc. And we are talking high quality. I'm so glad my friend invited me to lunch today

Date of visit: November 10, 2025…read more I had never had need to come into this Sendik's before, between not getting out to The Corners all that often and not being a huge fan of this chain, finding it a bit overpriced. However, I was walking right by the upper level entrance and remembered that I needed a couple things so I did enter and was a bit impressed with the large variety of non-food items on this level. While none of them were things that I was there for, it was something I wanted to make a mental note of for the future. After heading downstairs, I did find what I was looking for though for the size of the store I was a bit surprised at the limited selection in both of the areas that I browsed (pretzels and baking needs), but they did have what I came for, so I can't complain too much! This isn't a store I would likely frequent often if I lived in the area, but it was definitely good in a pinch and since I was already walking by.
