Walmart.com is absolutely ridiculous. I purchased tires. They charged my account 3 times for over $1000 dollars in less than 5 minutes . I have been trying to get this resolved with not only them but the bank and I'm getting now where . They put my account in the negative. It's taking a huge toll on me and is extremely frustrating that after speaking to over 50 people I have gotten no where . While near by I checked yelp for a Walmart because I had some shopping to do so I drove over. The store looked like a newer one in a shopping center. As I walked in I thought that this is not the big Walmart that I'm accustomed to and as I walked around I couldn't find the deli, fresh produce or fresh meat departments. DAM I didn't even know that the old school Walmart's were still around because I thought they were all replaced with the big ones, this was more a market style Walmart not listed as a market but bigger. I found most of the items that I needed except the fresh groceries that I wanted. Selection was not as good as the bigger Walmart's that I'm used to so I would not stop back in the future and just go back to my store. read more

Terry at "Customer Service" has none! The whole staff here is WAY beloe par. The old lady with the short gray blond hair at customer service is horrible too. I actually think they were drunk and smelled alcohol on their breath which is way they feel they can talk back to customers. The blond lady had bo uniform or name tag as she was berating me and my return. I asked her if she was saying the item I was returning was a false return "what??" I said She said " I didnt say that" "Yes, you just did" I said Then she said "You dont need to answer back at me" "i can say whatever I want!" This was the strangest Walmart I've ever been to. The layout is very strange, kind of difficult to navigate. Luckily my WM personnel experience was a good one, compared to most here (yikes). Didn't get her name, but the checkout manager helped me navigate an issue I was having with a new debit card; good thing, as I had a cartful of items that were already rung up and bagged! And one other store person helped me find another section, so all good there. But I was shocked that, after running around the store trying to find it, there's NO fresh produce in this store! What's up with THAT?!? If there's ANYTHING a Wisconsin grocery store needs it's fresh product (I'm talking to you fried food!). But oh...they had plenty of room for all that liquor! Ah, Wisconsin. Don't ever change. So my experience was just...meh. Was kind of glad to get out of there. Next time, will go back to my standard Walmart, which has quite a bit more selection too. read more

Do NOT buy a bike from this place! I thought buying one assembled would save me time...WRONG! Went to ride the first time, and all gears were off. Just tried to make adjustments I've made 100 times on past bikes, and nuts and bolts were stripped out! WTF?! Cables were similarly abused! Came here for TPMS service kit replacement, a job that takes any novice technician 20 minutes. With 5 open bays and 4 employees milling about, (and I should mention no other customers) I was told a 45-1 hour wait time. Unreal. I've been sitting here for 30 and they haven't even touched my car yet. So glad I brought my own parts, but not really looking forward to getting the bill I wasn't given a quote for. Avoid at all cost unless you are broke. Took an hour to start working on the vehicle, was told another 20 minutes to replace the TPMS, and mount a new tire, since mine had holes in it. That was again, 40 fucking minutes ago. This is now eating into my work time. 2 hours to change a TPMS kit is absolutely unacceptable by any standards, be they dealership, or independent shop. It is a .4 hr job at most establishments. When I went to complain I was essentially ignored and treated like I was wrong for complaining about the situation. Also Walmart, you should definitely audit this location because there are definitely discrepancies in the way your (I assume) hourly employees manage their shifts. Will not be back. read more

Not Super Walmart but they do have a pretty good selection in their market section and I can find bread and lunch meat and really everything I need to get me through week of lunch for work and dinner for home. The lines move very quickly. I've never had to wait more than a minute or two to get through and the customer service there is very friendly. I'll keep coming here. Staffing was disrespectful just because I was trying to return a dog bed. I'd rate a 0-5 but there's no rating to do so.

Never felt this disgusted until being humiliated and disrespected by two Pewaukee Walmart employees. An employee working the returns desk argued that Pewaukee doesn't have a garden department. She went as far into the explanation that she was a freight associate and had never seen plants being sold here. She also added she's been working there awhile and knows what she is talking about. Sarcasm and jokes kept coming at me making me feel completely embarrassed for setting foot in the store. When a supervisor came over she said there was a garden center, but all returns have to go back to the original store. So now this supervisor is stating Walmart's return policy has changed, when it's clear on their web site. The manager working finally came over after this circus and was courteous and was respectable. If these associates treat every customer they way they treated me; it's not going to be long until this location gets shut down as well. Competition is out there on where to buy your stuff. Whomever, works the returns desk, you should have stayed on the freight team because you lack any customer service skills. read more

As far as Walmarts go, this one is pretty clean and the employees are generally above troglodyte intelligence. Still not saying much, but if I had to go to a Walmart I'd pick this one. Walmart is misleading their customers! I purchased a fan from Walmart.com and thought I was ordering from Walmart. I changed my mind & returned the fan (which I paid $73.49 for) and was told by the cashier at the service desk that because it's a Marketplace item it can't be returned to Walmart which represented the product. Now I have to deal with foreigners who are giving me a hard time returning the product! I never shopping on Walmart online service because its misleading their customers!!! IF you go there, make SURE you won't be returning anything! They are NAZIs about returning ANYTHING, and have seen it there with other people, then it happened to ME! Had purchased printer ink that was defective (one of the cartridges had leaked into my printer and ruined it). Was told by lady at customer service desk to go back to electronics and talk to Rob. Rob put me off right away saying that since the package was opened, there was nothing he could do (bulls*), but maybe the assistant store manager could. Was send back up to "customer service" (what a joke) and barely got two words out when "Vicki" said that there's nothing they can to and I'd have to contact the company directly. Told her i'd never go back there again. They just lost the $3000 a year I spend there. What kind of customer service is that?? I've seen a lot of lazy, obnoxious employees there in the past, so I guess that should be a clue as well, along with some third party harassing as you come into the door, something about do you own a home, windows or something, like a barker at the circus which is EXACTLY what this store is! Judging by employee attitude and actions, Delafield Walmart must not provide ANY customer care training. Employees are rude, self-concerned, apathetic and most concerned with employee comaraderie rather than assisting customers. These individuals are not worth even low wages. I am so satisfied with WalMart!! Last Christmas I purchased a Nabi Dream Tab from my local WalMart and found out months later that it would not hold a charge- $200.00 later, not happy!! Called WalMart and they connected me to their repair center"Asurian". A mailing label was sent to me ( mailing was no charge), and Asurion did a great job of informing me of the repair progress, within 6 weeks I received the Nabi back and it works like new!! They had to replace the main board! Thank you for your help, thank you for the repair,much appreciated! I will continue to shop at WalMart! And-- all at no charge!! read more
