I stopped in here to find some Easter gifts for my adult children and was not disappointed. I found the perfect items for them, and easily could have spent a lot more time (and money) here! The shop looks, smells, and feels amazing. Stopping in here totally made my day, and I definitely plan to go back! The woman who helped me (I believe she was the owner) was so nice and helpful. She answered all my questions and was rightfully proud of the amazing shop she decided to add to our community. Check out the Mixed Bag's website to explore all the items this place has to offer. You can even place an order online! If you're looking for someplace new to find a thoughtful, creative, and one-of-a-kind gift while also supporting Wisconsin and Midwest artisans, pay this place some attention!

Everything from reading all the class descriptions, selecting which kind of class (because there are lots of fun options!) to reserving the class and showing up were very seamless. We had such a great time making bath bombs and learning the process, and we were provided aprons and gloves so we stayed nice and clean. There were lots of scents, colors and shapes + glitter and other add ins to choose from. We both left with a whole box full of bath bombs and our instructor even packaged up the leftover "dust" as fairy dust to sprinkle into a bath. Even if you don't take a class, it's a perfect spot to stop in for handmade soaps or bath scents, great gift ideas! Really looking forward to doing one of the soap making classes here.

Date of visit: January 10, 2026…read more Never have I ever been inside a Paper Source store until this visit! I was concerned that it was all over-priced cards and wrapping paper and while yes, there was plenty of that, there were also a number of surprising other items and I spent far more time in the store than I expected to. Surprising bonus: You can earn and redeem Barnes & Noble rewards here. I came looking for a couple rubber stamps and an ink pad that was part of a gift and was mildly successful in that task, though the friendly staff did explain that stamps were not really popular right now and I nodded in that knowing way of how things can be so cyclical. I'm sure six months from now you won't be able to swing a dead cat without hitting a rubber stamp display and at that time, I won't need any. I also perused the clearance cards and found some good deals and was interested in some of the items near the register but none of them had any prices on them. Great that they are 50% off, but if I don't know what they are half off of, I'm not likely to buy them. Will never understand why stores have things out without prices, how many lost sales must that drive? All in all, a decent store that I will return to when I am in need of some cards--especially if they still have that clearance section!

I walked in and it's a nice space, i mentioned I saw their stuff on Yelp and I sat that right then and there for a reading. In the store not a corner or a private room right there next to the register with a guy sitting there. And someone on the computer, with a lady walking around along with one on the phone, it was a bit distracting NOT PRIVATE AT ALL. It was also timed 15min $20. I decided to give this place a try because I saw them on Yelp events Overall the lady that did the reading was nice but the distraction around me was not good. You would think they ask if you would prefer privacy but I guess they just do readings out in the open, I looked around briefly but left right after the reading. Everything in the store is nice and organized but I didn't look around much just did a quick sweep when I got up and left.

Carter Creations was one of two florists that were really close to the house. I chose Carter because they had 4.7 stars on Google and the other place only had 4.4. When I send to other places, I don't expect the same quality. My wife's friend sent me a picture with her thank you text. The flowers from Carter Creations are really beautiful. I am very happy with my choice. I actually ordered these online. Unfortunately, I messed up the order somehow, and the email receipt indicated they were delivering to MY HOUSE! I panicked for a minute until I saw that I needed to call their number to complete the credit card charges. I told them where to deliver them, and all was well.
