Their flowers are beautiful. I get a bouquet every year for Valentine's Day. This year, I was feeling under the weather, was leaving work early when my boyfriend said the delivery window was 8-5. I called FFD and spoke with a staff member who let me know we couldn't reroute the delivery but they would make me a new bouquet to pick up. The staff member was so patient as I had almost completely lost my voice. I showed up to their shop with my mask on and a barely audible hello. They knew exactly who I was and got my package ready for me. I love that they partner with other small businesses to create fun bundles. The candle accompanying the flowers smelled amazing and the chocolates were delicious. Over a week later and the flowers look just as good as on day one! They also have fun workshops to build your own bouquets and seasonal wreaths. Highly recommend them as a quality, ethical florist.

We popped by to inquire about grass-seeding, and their team is very knowledge! We're hoping to improve our lawn by doing some pre-winter work, followed my spring re-seeding. They've started putting our unique holiday item and fun ornaments. Plus, there corner selection of gifts for kiddos is always great. Of course we didn't leave empty handed, as my house needed a few mini xmas trees to add to the decor, and we even grabbed a fun little 'reindeer' game we'll definitely play with the family this season. I also made phone calls to follow-up. The manager never got back to me and no one ever called me back. Very disappointing at the time. Also, I have shopped here a lot and purchased multiple things from plants, to plant stands, to gardening tools, etc. I bought a pair of $20 pruning shears for my mom who has arthritic hands and the shears broke on the first use. I went to return them the next day, I didn't have my receipt but they remembered me, and they said I could not return them without the receipt. I was very annoyed.
