I'd give this shop zero stars if I could. I went into Robin's paperie with high hopes for my wedding invitations. I dealt with two reasonably nice ladies and we found invitations I loved. We were quoted a price and told to expect a 2 week time frame after approval. We had time constraints, so they promised me this order would be top priority and handled efficiently. After proof 1 came in with the wrong names on it, I should have demanded my deposit back. I didn't though. I let them try twice more to get it right and I approved the invites on June 16th. I waited until early July to call and find out why my invites had not arrived and I was given the run around every time. I asked for the owner to call me back after every futile call and she would email a response to me. Unprofessional. Finally, she sends me a tracking number. Upon looking it up, I find that my invites won't arrive until July 13th. Wait....a month? I was ticked. So, I emailed her expressing my concern. Why hasn't this be expedited? She responded by blaming the printing company. We went back and forth over numerous emails because she took zero accountability for this error. Annoyed, I called the printing company. They told me she wasn't in constant contact (like she swore) and that she had days to request faster shipment and didn't. Well, the printing press owner must have called her because I got an email telling me she knew I spoke with Tag (the owner) and claimed no responsibility AGAIN. As a discount for my order, she said she wasn't going to charge me for "proofing" ($40 to look over an invite? Seriously?!) and free shipping. Wow, how generous a whole $60 dollars of my thousand (plus) order (can you see my sarcasm?). Oh, but I haven't gotten to the best part yet! When I went to pick up my order, the price given to me was almost double the original quoted price. How did you manage to charge me more for this awful experience? YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. Please, do not support this business. She is uneducated, unprofessional, and frankly not nice. Let's weed out the bad shops in Cedarburg and get real business owners. read more
