When ordering flowers online, customers expect the arrangement to be reasonably similar to the photos being used to sell the product. What I received fell far short of those expectations. What was even more disappointing was the lack of customer service. I reached out to the company regarding my concerns and never received a response. No acknowledgment, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue. I understand that flower arrangements can vary due to seasonal availability, but the difference between the advertised Deluxe bouquet and what was delivered was substantial. Combined with the complete lack of communication, I cannot recommend this florist based on my experience.
