They have never told me that they can't get the fliers delivered on time, even when it's short notice. From a price perspective, i think their prices are fine. Everything has gone up let's face it. There has to be some profit made to pay your employees and stay in business. Kudos to Beth and everyone who works there to be able to provide excellent floral arrangements, great customer service and being able to survive Covid Pandemic and stay afloat during all of that! Thank You!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Deluxe version of the "You're…read morePrecious Bouquet," which was advertised as a step above the Standard arrangement. Unfortunately, the bouquet I received looked significantly smaller and less full than the Deluxe photo shown on the website. In fact, it didn't even resemble the Standard version that was advertised. When ordering flowers online, customers expect the arrangement to be reasonably similar to the photos being used to sell the product. What I received fell far short of those expectations. What was even more disappointing was the lack of customer service. I reached out to the company regarding my concerns and never received a response. No acknowledgment, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue. I understand that flower arrangements can vary due to seasonal availability, but the difference between the advertised Deluxe bouquet and what was delivered was substantial. Combined with the complete lack of communication, I cannot recommend this florist based on my experience.

I asked for something big and beautiful with balloons delivered for a woman's 80th birthday. For $100, I thought it could be pretty amazing. It wasn't. No balloons even. The excuse given when I called to express my disappointment? It wasn't a $100 bouquet; it was $90 with a $10 delivery fee! Okay, but was this really a $90 bouquet? I feel like Rachel's Roses made a hefty profit on this sale! I won't be ordering from them again and I wouldn't recommend them. I hope they think twice before pulling a stunt like this again.

Everyone had the best time and this venue is perfect for all different types of weddings. Amanda is the best coordinator a bride could get. Julian and his Mixology skills were top-tier. The whole family is so prepared and helpful. The food oh my God, the food. They cater all the weddings, and I will tell you it is some of the best food you will eat. It's unique and flavorful and we got so many compliments on how good everything tasted. There is a rule about no outside food or drink, but it's really not that hard to follow because everything they provide is way better than anything you could sneak in. And if you let them know about bringing certain things in advance, they are very relaxed about it. This rule is standard for any business to liability reasons and you just gotta role with it. It's not that hard, just be sure to remind your guests and family before hand. This family has your back and will help you make your wedding the best day possible. They know what they're doing. Johan is so nice and helpful and you can tell he truly cares about your wedding going the way you want. Any negative reviews about him are most likely embellished and honestly rude. Anyone that has a problem with him is the problem. Trust me...They've done so many weddings and really made it magical. Might I add that the pricing for this venue is very respectful and ideal for couples looking for a wedding venue on any budget. And we saved so much money on decor because the venue is already so beautiful. Thank you all so much for making the Foster wedding the best day of our lives.
