And was told that the roses were $8 each and then the lady said 8x8 is 64. Like I can't do math. She then proceeded to tell me that since I live in NeYork city that I would be paying more. I live in New York State. She then justified the arrangement by saying that she has been in business for 53 year. I do apologize for cussing and that was wrong but I am tired of false advertising and downsizing product to make money. I was told that I shouldn't have ordered online. Came here with a friend and really enjoyed it--so much that I came back the next day with my wife…read more Another very good experience. Food: Both times, I got the mocha latte. They did a great job making it the way I really love: nice foam and a good balance of espresso and chocolate. The first time, the temperature was a little cooler than I like, but the next day I asked for it hotter, and it actually was--140°F. The bonus latte art was very good, too. The first time, I got a cranberry almond scone. That was very good. They heated it up, and the texture was dry and crumbly, just like a scone should be. I would have ordered it again when we returned, but they were all out. All they had was the pumpkin chai scone. The flavor was good, but the texture was wrong. It was a bit pasty, as though the dough had been overworked. Service: On both visits, the service was excellent. Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly. They looked and sounded like they enjoyed their work and made beverages with care. A special shout-out to Truman, who made both of my mochas and did such a fabulous job. He seems to treat each drink he makes with passion and care. Atmosphere: The cafe has a great feel to it. It's the Flower Cafe, which means they sell flowers, beverages, and food. I think that's a great combination. Lots of comfortable spots to sit inside and enjoy your beverages. Definitely a place I'd want to return to.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Deluxe version of the "You're…read morePrecious Bouquet," which was advertised as a step above the Standard arrangement. Unfortunately, the bouquet I received looked significantly smaller and less full than the Deluxe photo shown on the website. In fact, it didn't even resemble the Standard version that was advertised. When ordering flowers online, customers expect the arrangement to be reasonably similar to the photos being used to sell the product. What I received fell far short of those expectations. What was even more disappointing was the lack of customer service. I reached out to the company regarding my concerns and never received a response. No acknowledgment, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue. I understand that flower arrangements can vary due to seasonal availability, but the difference between the advertised Deluxe bouquet and what was delivered was substantial. Combined with the complete lack of communication, I cannot recommend this florist based on my experience.

Carter Creations was one of two florists that were really close to the house. I chose Carter because they had 4.7 stars on Google and the other place only had 4.4. It was kind of a "luck of the draw" situation. I have a florist here in San Antonio that always does a super job with the flowers I send for my wife. When I send to other places, I don't expect the same quality. My wife's friend sent me a picture with her thank you text. The flowers from Carter Creations are really beautiful. I am very happy with my choice. I actually ordered these online. Unfortunately, I messed up the order somehow, and the email receipt indicated they were delivering to MY HOUSE! I panicked for a minute until I saw that I needed to call their number to complete the credit card charges. I told them where to deliver them, and all was well.
