The last time was when a close friend lost her father, but was going through a difficult time leading up to his passing, including losing her job and a relationship break-up. I'd never seen my friend in such a low place. Leaves Floral had a creative arrangement of carnations that looked like a puppy, so I ordered it and had it delivered to my friend, who was really moved by the gesture, but also how amazing the arrangement looked, since my friend also had two dogs. To this day, my friend still brings it up. For Mothers Day, I wanted something that would last longer than flowers typically do. I spoke with Jamie, and she recommended an orchid plant and provided the care instructions for it. The orchid plant was a hit, so yet another perfect experience from Leaves Floral Design!

The excuse given when I called to express my disappointment? It wasn't a $100 bouquet; it was $90 with a $10 delivery fee! Okay, but was this really a $90 bouquet? Even had on fb about movement which knew didn't want that style. BM bouquets were to be purple with 20-25 % white. No white and gave a blue pink look. she said bc of camera but the eye doesn't lie. Medium center pieces had no cream in as well and low ones were just some greens around the candles with sea lavender and no real flowers for 65$ Complained after wedding and she said should of said day of. Seriously what were they going to do it all over again. No just get us more upset the day of wedding and upset the bride more. At our first meeting, we discussed the overall flower ideas we had for the wedding and she completely understood the look I was trying to achieve. Over the course of wedding planning, she was consistent about checking in to make sure that everything we had initially discussed was still what we wanted to do day-of. She was always quick to respond to emails (when needed) and was happy to discuss anything and everything wedding-planning related. She is truly kind and passionate about her work and day-of, it was clear that her instinct and skill could not be matched. One of the most exciting things Sally did for us was at our reception. There is a portion of the room that can be a little awkward if dealt with incorrectly (a stage that doesn't have a closing curtain!). However, right away at our first meeting, Sally presented me with an idea to fill the front of the stage with candles and a garland that spanned the length of the stage. Even though she hadn't done it before, we knew it would be beautiful. Day-of, to our surprise, Sally and her team went SO above and beyond and provided us with more than we could have asked for by setting up nearly double the number of candles. It was so moving to see her and her team work so hard to surprise us with the most beautiful display and we could not be more grateful for all their work.
