I've had 2 Groupon massages and a gift certificate massage, and each was a great experience. Jeffery is the only person at Milwaukee Reiki I have had the pleasure of interacting with. He has both scheduled and performed all of my massages. He is warm, kind and before each massage sits down with you to discuss what you'd like him to work on so he can best address any aches and pains you are experiencing. He is incredibly skilled at manual massage, and is also well versed in other massage techniques like cupping. I have nothing but good things to say about Jeffery and Milwaukee Reiki! You can bet that I'll be continuing to go here as long as I'm in Milwaukee.

This was my second time coming here, and it is just an amazing space. Both times were to attend a…read moresound bath with meditation, and they were truly wonderful experiences and very different each time. I recently attended the winter solstice sound bath, and going into it this time, I knew what to expect. That being said, I dressed a bit warmer and extra comfy and brought additional blankets because I personally become very cold during the sound bath, especially at certain times when the sound vibrates through my body. It feels like actual icicles moving through me. I'm not normally a cold person, so it's definitely part of the experience for sure. I also love the guided meditation aspect of it. I don't think I would want to attend one without it, because it's such a nice added feature. I love that after the session, cards are given out and there's time to reflect on them. It also opens up space for any questions you might have about the experience that day, or more generally about the instruments, sound baths, or the other classes and services they offer. I'm not going to lie--the first time I did a sound bath, I actually got motion sick during it. However, the second time I didn't, which just goes to show that each experience is different for me. I feel extremely well-rested afterward, energized yet deeply relaxed. My night's sleep after is amazing--absolutely amazing--and I feel kind of reset for the week in a way that's just different. I definitely need to do these more frequently. I'm thinking maybe attending all the solstice ones would be a good way to keep things going. I went with a friend, and it was her first time as well. She also had a really great experience--similar, yet different. They also have an entire storefront. I didn't have time to go through it, but from what I glanced at while making my way into the room, they have some really cute and adorable items. I know they sell the essential oils used during class, including some of their own blends. The blend used was really nice, and I could definitely see myself going back to get one of their custom blends. Overall, this place is definitely worth it, and you should check them out if you haven't already!

Laurie and Djuro (owners) are so welcoming and willing to help in any way that they can. Also, they have 2 locations in the market on opposite sides of the shopping area, so make sure to check out both locations. One is mostly crystals/classroom space. The other is jewelry, apothecary and musical instruments.

I spoke to Michael about the treatments I'd been receiving on my shoulder, and when I mentioned Elements Massage, he asked if the therapist was Thom. Apparently he knew Thom, so Michael explained the technique that Thom used was Chinese Tui Na and used the same technique, since it was so effective for me. In the hour, Michael found at least 4 huge knots in my pectorals and shoulder area and got rid of them. He will be on my short list for future massage therapists. His rate is usually $80 per hour, but he is currently running a summer and fall special with $45 hour sessions. He typically only works 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday, but is willing to schedule an evening appointment if needed. I definitely recommend him, especially for sports injury massage treatments.
