Since then I have been trying to visit this place for weeks and every time I go during store hours no one is there!! (Not to mention they have moved locations and not all addresses are updated so I was lost for a bit, just to find a subpar location that doesn't look anything like the venue photos on google). I called her and asked how she made a reservation and she said she just called so I called and the "store number" just goes to voicemail and I never received a response. This company is extremely disorganized!!!!! I brought this scenario back up and my friend said she has been having issues picking up her candles and have yet received them!!! It has been months!!! Park at the Public Market for the easiest way to find a spot or wait for a spot on the street. I am not sure about accessibility as it is a few steps to get in the front door. So I stopped into the Yankee Candle store during my lunch hour today. I was greeted almost immediately by a very nice associate by the name of Liz. She was very helpful, and even got me a basket to keep all of my goodies in. After she rang up my purchases, she and another associate took the time to wrap up all of my candles and package them carefully in bags. I am so glad to have this store near my home. There will be more trips to Yankee Candle in the future for me.
